Ordering is easy, PERFECT COLOR MATCH, received order in exactly a week from date of placing, easy to follow instructions for someone who isn't a pro.

The website is nice. Pretty straightforward on ordering.
The paint that was sent was way off in color. So I followed the instructions on what to do next. I painted a card exactly as their instructions state. Send it in. And they tell me I did it wrong and the paint is a match. But if they truly did look at my paint sample I sent in. They would've seen the correct paint color I provided with the sample. I provided a paint sample of both what paintscratch.com sent me and what the dealer gave me. Completely different colors.
I've tried contacting them thru the email they sent me and I still have not heard back. Now I'm stuck with an unfinished car. And am out 145$. And now will probably either have to find a local company to get paint from or have a body shop paint it.
I would definitely not purchase thru this company again.

The basecoat and midcoat are labeled backwards. Once i figured it out it matched well. Was a little disappointed at first but was able to wipe it off and start over.

I sent an image about the vehicle and get it back with the right color name and number, I ordered and received within less than a week and half and was the right color without any difference.
Dry super fast and was able to fix those smallest details with the paint.

Fairly easy to order and fast shipping. However, they didn't match my 1970 color. In their defense, the car was repainted at some time.

HI, someone explain to me how you can send out a pen which by the way is a perfect color match, with A BIG FAT MARKER TIP as a paint applicator?

Has to be one of the most idiotic things i have ever seen. How in the FKN HELL can anyone be accurate with a big fat marker tip? Demanding my money back for this poorly designed piece of garbage.

Always a perfect match for factory colors. Paint comes ready to spray and lays down very nicely.

The kit is higher quality than the OEM pen you can get in auto supply stores or the dealer at a much better price.

Went through he process easily enough. They added my specific auto paint code to their menu. The order came as expected and earlier than expected. I am very pleased with the service. However, my color was not a good match. The color of the car is British racing green. The color I received is much lighter; perhaps moss green. The color might deepen after the clear coat is sprayed on.
I think they did the best they could. It is very difficult to get a good match without a part. On the whole I think this is a good company and I would try them again. Matching paint by mail is is a gamble, at best. This just did not turn out quire right for me. There are plenty of customers who had a good match.

Weather is bad and have not had the chance to use kit yet. Shipped on time and in good condition upon arrival.Check your color per vin because depending on computer display it may not appear correct

I have not had a chance to use it yet as the weather has been to cool.
