After ordering the paint, it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Luckily I did not need it any sooner since we were away on vacation. I ordered S03 paint code but when I received it, the paint was not even close to matching what I had. Since the custom mix colors are not returnable, I am out almost $70. Would not use them again.
All color codes requested were in stock and shipped in a reasonable timeframe. Color were not exact match but I'm assuming it was due to the vehicle being 14 yeas old.
I've ordered from PaintScratch several times over the years, and the quality they deliver is unmatched.
I would think for the price i would receive 2k clear. I will be buying that from a separate company.

Order went well, no problems. I have not used the paint yet so I cannot comment on the quality, but I am sure it'll be fine. Shipping was a little slow, but that's to be expected because it was a hazardous material to ship.
Parts showed up
Damaged. Said going to replace but have not received them yet. How to use the pens needs to be better explained. Do you need to apply compound after base coat before mid coat if using a tri coat color. More info on clear coat application other than apply lightly.
