I have been trying consistently in conjunction with PayPal to get my money for faulty goods via Ozsale.
They have admitted fault and promised refund still waiting over a month later.
TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
I bought a $150 water fountain and instead received a Christmas decoration box. Refuse to refund until the box is collected by their courier which I'm still waiting for 2 weeks later. Gotten nowhere with contacting to resolve as they are all marketplace sellers. My fountain obviously went elsewhere but because the drips box has my name and tracking number they insist it has been delivered despite sending photos of the wrong item. Will never, ever, but from them again.

Absolutely angry about the experience since i want to return something that is not suitable for us and though it says they will respond 1-3 working days, im waiting 3 weeks with no options really to contact them. Emailed them 26 nov 2021 and its 15/12/2021 now. This puts me off to purchase anything else through them and it wouldn't be that way if there was any reply whatsoever to start with as it just strips any trust in online stores like that

Update: seller has asked a question that is answered fully on my return request in the firstplace, what to me looks like postponing request and finding excuses! The question came up exactly when i put review in here and still let me correct you, question was asked 14/12, which is 3 weeks over, when it should have been 1-3 business days.
Now you have refused my request stating covid as a reason and pointing out that according to your return policy ( which in your website) doesn't even fall under the refused return item category.
Absolutely ridiculous company to deal with! Shocking customer service!

*UPDATE* For anyone wondering how this is progressing - NSW Fair Trading has investigated and given OzSale 7 calendar days from yesterday's date [22/12] to provide a remedy to me "in accordance with their obligations under Australian Consumer Law". That's 6 days left OzSale.
Absolutely ridiculous scam company. After very carefully researching the dimensions of the solar tiki torch, including taking screenshots of what I purchased, I have ended up with 8 falsely advertised solar torches, at dimensions far far less than what I purchased. They are in fact a completely different product, the smaller size of what was sold to me. Advertised 790x120mm, received 500x70mm. Not even close. OzSale has not responded to my complaint in any way shape or form in three weeks - not advised how they are going to deliver me the products I purchased, not advised how they are going to retrieve the incorrect products at no cost to me and refund my money. Nothing at all. Not even an acknowledgement of the issue in 3 weeks of sending email after email. A complete dodgy scam of a company, and now an open case with NSW Fair Trading.

In point form to make it easy to understand how pathetic this Company is. OZ FAIL is what they should be called!
Approximately on 28th of July 2021 we order a Giantz Garden Shed.
Shed takes 2 months to turn up (Originally was supposed to be a few weeks). We pay someone to build our garden shed only to find out they haven't delivered the roof. We then contact them about the missing roof. After a week they respond apologizing for the stuff up. Then 2 weeks later a package arrives. We recall our builder to come and finish off the job. To our absolute surprise they have sent out flooring for the shed and NOT THE ROOF! After 2 weeks of trying to get this problem fixed we are still chasing them! You simply cant get any response out of them! Finally! After countless emails they respond by saying sorry we don't know what a roof is and can you tell us what the roof of the shed looks like! Are these people kidding themselves or what! Honestly its been almost 4 months! 4 MONTHS! Can you believe that. These Guys are either complete idiots or just plain thieves. Spend a bit extra anywhere else and save your sanity. Its simply not worth it. This has been the worst online experience we have ever had. If you want easy and smooth transactions without any dramas keep away from OZ FAIL! These Guys will take your money and never look back! We have a half built garden shed in our backyard with no ROOF!

I have never written a bad review like this one. They say that a bench was not claimed when it was supposed to be delivered to my house. This was during lock down and there was always someone home. The first bench arrived fine but no sign of the second one. Messages kept saying things were backed up and to be patient. Now they want to charge me for delivery whether it arrived or not. I am feeling very ripped off.

I ordered a bed from hear which took almost 6 weeks to arrive with an expected delivery of 7 days. Once opening saw there was a big crack in a side panel of bed which will make it stucturly unsafe to use as it will likely crack further and completely snap
I sent off a return and refund request 8 days ago and still have not heard anything back. Overall very disappointed with quality of product, lack of serviceand customer care and wish I had not chosen to shop hear

Too dodgy products from their "supplier". Never see my purchase warranty and end up have a back problems. Totally bull$#*! by offering us 10% off for their pillow... NO WAY will spent any dime for their bad products

After receiving incorrect item, it took OZSALE to reply to my return request couple of weeks. After receiving return label and sending it back, it was sitting in the post office for over a month without being picked up. I have left several messages on OZSALE site but only received vague replies that they are looking into it. The return package came back to me, after no one made an attempt to pick it up from the post office.
Contacted OZSALE again explaining the situation and asking for a new return label with correct address. Still waiting on reply two weeks later. Overall the return has been going on over 2 months, not able to return it and receive my money back.
The customer service is non-existent. I will never buy from this site ever again and would not recommend it to anyone, unless you have time to spend chasing them up!

I ordered a bed in August it took almost 2 months to deliver the it was missing a box, it should have been delivered in 3 boxes. It came in 2. I was offered an refund weeks ago and there has been no communication since. I have sent follow up messages no response. I understand there is no phone number to contact them but to not respond to customers is the worst form of customer service. I have been left without a bed and over $400 out of pocket. I'm devastated

I want my refund! Been waiting for my order to be delivered since the 25th August (now the 15th October). Haven't had any correspondence since the 28th September.
I have asked for updates on where my order is numerous times & have now requested a refund. There has been no response so I've escalated it to the Department of Fair Trading & they are currently investigating.

I I ordered a electric digger for my two year olds birthday. When we put it together it didn't work at all that - was a week ago, and I still haven't heard anything back from ozsale despite a number of attempted contacts. Feels very unlikely I'll be getting my money back... And my 2 year olds birthday was a fizzer.

Ordered a corner desk on 31st August. Received tracking shortly after. Once received I followed the tracking link on Aramex to see it arrived at sydney depot on 3rd Sept. Was told to expect a 5 business day delay which was understandable.
After this time not only has Aramex lost my package but I have had to continually follow up separately with both Ozsale and Aramex to get any further details. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience caused if no update provided and received no answer to this in my request. I now have to work off a coffee table while working FT from home and studying in the evenings. Dealing with Viagogo who currently have a lawsuit against them was better than this and that's saying something! Very disappointed in what I hoped would be a professional company.
I just received an update from Aramex (22nd Sept) only to find out they still haven't even searched the depot.
How is it that a 'search' takes over a week and the back office at aramex doesn't seem to know what the depot is doing? These are your business partners - if you choose a cheap/low quality delivery partner you need to own that decision - it is not the customers (me!) fault for your shoddy choices. My delivery from crazy sales was smoother and more efficient than this and they owned their delay!
Why should I have to continuously follow up? Is it just greed on your end? Maybe learn to support your business partners and work on your supply chain before just selling more items you can't deliver on.
Also - why is it that this customer service team is lying about sending the delivery item?! It clearly hasn't even been found yet at the depot!

As a collective, I do not imagine it would be possible to gather a more inept, unprofessional, useless bunch of single cell beings. I mean, maybe… but highly unlikely. These folks are about as helpful as a flywire screen in a submarine… Seemingly strangers to the truth. Systematically failing to honour their written word to take action… They are a truly… epically, a company that will fail to live up to even the very lowest of expectations. If you fancy having your time wasted, by all means… give them a try… but, don't say you have not been warned.

I was in urgent need of a desk in august and after looking online I found a nice artiss desk they were selling on this website. The latest delivery date was originally the 18th of August which was fine as I could survive without a desk for a few weeks. However, the date of delivery kept on getting pushed back and when it was the start of September I enquired with the company who essentially replied "we have no idea it's with the supplier we will message when we know (never got a message)" upon messaging the supplier myself I received what must have been a bs automated message of we will put this with the delivery driver urgently (I received 4 of these emails every time I attempted to reply across a few weeks. Finally, I received the package a month and a bit after the delivery only to open it and discover they only gave me 5 pieces of the desk out of the 20 needed to assemble it. I deserve a full refund for the false promises and poor communication and the fact I still do not have a desk is honestly a joke. My invoice number is *******

Purchased a product and requested a refund. I returned the product to them and they told me the refund was processed and on its way. I then hear from PayPal and they told me that Ozsale never intended to refund and told PayPal the dispute was resolved. I now have no product and no money. Be careful when purchasing from this company because if you need a refund you won't get one even if you return the product. They will keep your money and refuse to give it back.

I went into Ozsales on 01/09/2021 and put a queen bed headboard in my cart i checked out and paid using afterpay i was then redirected back to Ozsales website the little wheel span and span but never loaded to complete my order it came up error on page. I have written to Ozsales and they are not resolving my issue that now afterpay thinks i owe Ozsales money but i dont no order was finalised. Ozsales wrote back to me and obviously didn't read my email and asked for my order number - I said i already told you the sale was not completed and i want the afterpay transaction cancelled. Ozsales you can clearly see on your system I ORDERED NOTHING! I gave you many screen shots to prove this. You need to cancel the afterpay payment. So frustrated not getting a faster response and resolution. Cant even call this company which would have resolved the issue faster. Shocking will never buy from here again.
