Order a rug and received the wrong colour rug due to their misleading advertising my rug looks nothing like they advertised my rug is a green turqiouse colour no where near looking Navy navy is a very dark blue the rug I got is more green. Four weeks into the complaint they said I will need to pay for return postage which is about $200 for a rug if not more for their mistake don't they check the product before shipping it?! I'm very upset super disappointed as you can see on the photo what they advertise and when zoomed in the rug I got the boreder line is so green and light the stitching has no Navy at all visible at all just a very tiny amount and you can't see it now I expected a dark navy rug not a bright green Xmas decoration tree looking rug sorry but I'd I wanted a green rug I would have order one but I don't this is just ridiculous!
Received a faulty product and have been played tennis back and forth messaging trying to get a refund and been getting the run around making it complicating for a simple request of a product that didn't work and now battling to get the money we paid for it … it's the principle

It is hard enough to trust online businesses these days. I use to shop on here all the time. However when I ordered a rug they delivered it to the wrong adress and atl the item and so it got stolen. When you pay with afterpay the shipping adress does not get updated on there website. I also tried to redirect the parcel as they did not stop it going to wrong adress. This did not help that they booked atl cheap courier service so they left the item for anyone to steal from the wrong adress. Thanks for nothing you scam theiving company you are the reason people dont trust online businesses you should be ashamed. You obviouly dont care for your customers or you would have at least refunded me the $400 you stole during covid from me.

Terrible! Do not buy here, purchased $500 shoes from UK, waited 1 month for delivery, emailed to follow up and they said they are out of stock. No compensation no help and terrible customer service. No to mention the supplier still had them available for purchase on the website!

Faulty office chair purchased in March and reported to Ozsale after installation, but as at mid-July, there's still no resolution. I'm stuck with an unusable chair, with no response to my requests for a replacement or refund. Ozsale appears quite hands-off, most recently leaving it to the supplier to sort it out directly with me, which is infuriating. I don't blame the supplier (I've previously bought the same chair, with no problem). Furthermore, the supplier has been sending replacements parts via Ozsale through a long and drawn out process of elimination, but the most recent part I received can't be assembled as the original parts cannot be removed once locked into place. It turns out the supplier originally requested Ozsale to ask me to first confirm if I can first take the chair apart, but I never received that message from Ozsale. Now a stalemate. Terrible service and I will have to take this to the Small Claims Tribunal.

I have ordered 2 produts from this company and recieved 2 packages of the same item the item missing is valued at $300 and we have sent 2 emails and no response on getting a refund and there is no contact number we asked them if we could send the wrong item back and get a refund but this still hasnt been responded too. Very disapoitning as it is a lot of money.
They have also removed the product that we where purchasing off the website. So DODGY

Be wary buying jewellery... pictures look great and don't take any notice of original price either.
Received some pretty shabby stuff. Pity they don't do quality control before listing on site.
These look ok in pic but they are really tin like with butterfly backs that are too tight to remove without breaking.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago and upon tracking my order it stated despatched with an estimated delivery of 19/2. The date came and went and now it's 3/3. Sent an email for update( as this is the only method of contact) only to get a response " we'll check out your order and get back to you". Requested a refund, due to the inability of their customer service locating my order only to be ignored. Once you request a refund... you get ignored! There are so many other online bargain outlets who deliver on time, maybe look elsewhere before purchasing from Oz Sale.

I purchased a brand new e-scooter from ozsales. When itt arrived it had scratches on it. When I finally got thru to this mob, they offered me $30 to shut up and go away.

I have been buying from Ozsale for a couple of years now (probably longer) and I find them excellent. I probably buy something every 2/3 months. I love the fact you can buy English and American brands (which aren't available in Australia). I can also get hold of Australian brands which aren't available here in Perth! It's great to finally have variety! I am so shocked by some of the reviews, it's like people don't understand how Ozsale works. Of course you don't get the order in a couple of days - I usually expect to wait a month which is fine. All products I have brought are genuine, great quality (I know as I used to buy these brands being from the uk). When I have had an issue Ozsale have been quick to respond and rectify the issue (organic face cream from the uk, one of the 10 bottles I order was smashed) Ozsale refunded the money straight away.
What would be nice is a return system which the package it came in could be used to return in (similar system to other online retailers). It would also be nice if there was a loyalty program as I spend so much with them it would be nice to be recognised as a loyal customers. Overall very happy customer

Wrong item ordered at 7-10pm realised this immediately and asked to cancel order, got a response within 6 minutes saying I could not cancel my order as it had been sent to the supplier, in total 10 minutes of ordering. I immediately replied, and my reply was ignored until I wrote an online review. The product was refused at the door, as instructed, yet I'm still awaiting a refund. The customer service with the company is beyond incompetent, my advice to buyers is if you cannot contact a company on the phone, they must be hiding something.

I paid for sneakers, waited 1 month a day before the delivery due I was emailed no it's not coming we don't have in stock we refunding bad buzz unprofessional, by the way no one got back to my complaint.

I recently contacted them regarding an order as I received an item that was not even close to how it was described. They ignored my contact and this is what you should expect as I have had similar situations in the past. If you are looking for customer service, then just don't use them. As you can see from other reviews I am not alone in my experience. If you are happy to not have any response should something go wrong then the site is not bad.

I had quite good shopping experience with OZSALE most of the times. I'm very satisfied with the products which were described and shown as the pictures. I would love to see more photos on each product so I can strongly make decision on buying it for the future.

Purchased a coat worth over 1000, was supposed to be shipped on the 19/07, it is now the 27/07, coat is still missing, no tracking updates provided and cannot get in contact with anyone from oz sale. Terrible service will never shop here again

I ordered a pair of Gucci loafers ($850.00) they came after a long wait and were the wrong size I sent them back with the return sticker, ozsale advised me they can't track their own return sticker. They say they never received them back and refuse to track them for me! Please never order from this website they are so dodge.
