I buy regularly from Ozsale, in fact, I visit the site at least once a day, quite often more.
I really like the products available, particularly their beauty product deals. The prices are pretty good and there's a range of things that aren't easily available here.
It's exciting to find products that I've wanted but haven't found elsewhere.
My one negative criticism is that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a problem with some products a while ago, sent a contact request, and never heard back.
I've since had some products (one particular makeup, multiple bottles) that are faulty or possibly out of date. To be honest, I haven't even bothered contacting them because I know it's a waste of my time. (Which is something I've read in other people's reviews too).
So unfortunately I've got six bottles of foundation that I can't use and no recourse seems available to me.
But having said that, I've bought many products from them and most have been exactly as intended.
But do be aware that most of their products are sourced from overseas - the delivery time is often a month or two. Don't buy if you're in a rush to get the product, you'll be disappointed.
I still enjoy and appreciate the service and will continue to buy from them. It would just be nice if their after sales service was better, and showed a little respect to their customers.

UPDATE:
Having read my review, an OZSale customer service rep contacted me and was very professional and thoughtful in helping to resolve the issue I had with faulty products.
I've received a refund and have been assured that they are no longer using the particular supplier of that product.
(As a result of this, I've included this update and upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 out of 5 stars).
Thank you very much to Jack, who was outstanding in helping to resolve my issue.
It was a genuine and lovely surprise to find that someone cared about my experience and made sure that I have walked away happy as a result of his intervention.

Love the designer brands at discount prices. Despite the lengthy time for delivery, it is merely a problem as the savings easily outweigh the minor 1-2 week wait.
As a recent customer to Ozsale I can only compliment the company for the range and price of products on the site. I have received all my orders in a timely fashion with the added advantage of being notified of the arrival of my parcel the day before, therefore allowing me to be home to take receipt of it. I am entirely happy with this experience and will continue to purchase from this site.
I was pleased with the large range of products I had when making my purchase. The postage price was also very reasonable. The only downfall, though a very minor downfall, is that the delivery time was quite long.
