After having 2 kids and spending FULL price on every baby item from Babies r us and buy buy baby, I found Overstock.com. My car seat and pack & play are the exact same company (Graco) and quality as I had with my 1st two boys but for less then half the price! I'll never so at babies r us again! I also got my wedding ring on Overstock... gorgeous, and great diamonds. I had it checked by a jeweler.

I purchased a product "Kimberly Clark Professional Shop Towels" which was advertised as a case of 30 canisters, of 55 wipes each, for a total of 1650 wipes, which is supposed to come in a box with an easy grip handle for $7.19. For this price I decided heck I'll order 2 cases which I did on 8/19/2014. HOWEVER, what I received was 2 "canisters" of 55 wipes. When I contacted "Customer Service" they told me the website's description of the product was incorrect and they were not able to ship me the 2 cases I purchased but would instead contact me within 2-5 business days regarding a possible solution. To me this is unacceptable. I want what your website says I purchased. I was contacted on 8/25/2014 via email, which stated:

"I am contacting you today in regards of your Kimberly Clark Professional Shop Towels. I was able to get a hold of our warehouse and they advised that the information on our web site was incorrect. They do not have a case of 30. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused. As you are a first time customer, we have refunded you your full amount."

At that time you would think they would have changed the contents of the web page, however today 8/28/2014 the product description still reads:

"These shop towels are packaged in a box with an easy-grip handle. This case includes 30 canisters of 55 wipes each for 1,650 wipes total"

They are still FALSELY ADVERTISING their product!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They sold me a defective dog bed for $54.00 and after 3-1/2 months it fell apart when I washed it. Only willing to give me %10.00 back. There goes my long, long relationship with them.

I ordered a loveseat and although I was happy with the product the delivery people left a lot to be desired. They tried to force the piece through a doorway damaging the door frame & the piece itself!

This place just gives you the runaround! They say they ship stuff that they don't and then when you try to reach out to them to get an update/explanation, they have horrible customer service and just try to push you off to another day and another rep. Then (what has prompted this review) they have the audacity to send me an email requesting a review of the product I paid for and NEVER received! How can I rate something they never shipped, even after they said for days that they did?! Never again will I use Overstock... PERIOD. Stay away and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a bluetooth speaker because the audio jack on my laptop is broken, and I cannot hear the speakers when I watch TV shows on it. 9 days after I ordered it, I find out that, although a shipping label had been created, there was no indication that the item had ever been shipped. Customer service says I should hear something about the status of my order in 1-2 business days. Then, if I don't hear anything, or the news is not good, they will resend it by expedited shipping, which is 2-4 days, on top of 2-4 days for the order to be processed in-house. If I had ordered from Amazon, the item would have been here several days ago. The price was really not that great. This is both my first and last order from Overstock.com

Ordered from Overstock because they had a better selection of rugs than Amazon. Huge mistake! Customer service gave me the runaround for 2 weeks when the rug never shipped (info was received by FedEx but package never was) finally offered to send a replacement after two weeks but they were out of the original rug. I took a refund instead. Could only be worse if I had to fight for my money. Guys on the phone were nice but worthless. Will never order from Overstock.com again.

I'm trying to buy a living room set and it is so hard to do it. Always said that there's a card error, etc. With a card that I use all the time and never have any situation with it. I can't imagine what can will happen if a complete the order. So frustrated situation, because I really love the living room set that I chose.

I've ordered two pieces of furniture from Overstock. I've received half of each of them. Literally: half a bed and half a cabinet arrived. After weeks of fighting back and forth, I finally got the other half of the bed. Word on the cabinet is still out. For nearly $1000 of furniture purchases, it's frustrating and extremely disappointing. Spend a bit more to buy from someone more reliable...

I ordered a purse organizer and a wristlet wallet. I like the functionality of both. When I began using my purse organizer I realized one of the zippers has a sticky spot. I've given up on getting it fully closed. I can use it other wise. The wrist wallet is cute, but upon arrival I realized the lining was already shredding.It seems to be some cheap paper-like product. I should have returned it right away, but got to it about 40 days from the purchase date. I began a live chat with cust service rep, when I couldn't log into my account, because I forgot my password and the link to re-set only re-routed me to a sign up pop up box. He said he could help me, I clicked the link to receive password reminder and the text read 'there is no record of this e-mail on file. Really? Did I just get blocked. Well, I've learned my lesson. Make returns quickly and don't shop from Overstock.com.

All I have to say is, I got THE BEST Price from this site and I received my package on time. It was in mint condition and I love my new Breville espresso machine. I question if the other comments were bought and paid for by other websites.

I ordered a sofa 18 days ago. It was supposed to ship within 1-10 days. On the 10 day I called and asked where my email was that says its been shipped. They told ne it was just sgipped that day. She gave me tracking # and company. I called them and they have no such order nor can they find my name on any deliveries. I called back and they said its because it has NOT shipped. So I told them I want to cancell my order. They wrote me back todat and said they cant cancell because its been shipped. WTH is going on there. I wish I would have read the reviews first. This was my first time with overstock.com. Plus it will take 1-4 weeks from delivery. Absolutely disappointed. Will definately warn people away. I will never shop there again. Worst customer service EVER...

Great shelving!

Great shelving! Easy to put together however EXTREME caution is needed when handling the shelves. There are notches cut into each corner of each shelf that fit into the metal "legs". I broke each piece off simply by picking up the shelves and trying to put into place. As always, Overstock customer service was wonderful and sent replacements within the week.

Overstock.com title is so misleading and they are so way over priced on everything,, you'd have to be stupid to buy online from them! You can buy cheaper locally in your neighborhood store!

I was in the process of purchasing a product from Overstock.com and before completion the price was raised substantially.

I subsequently 'chatted' with the online help - tricky as it was clear that English was not the representative's first or maybe even second language.

No meaningful explanation of the price increase and I was cut off with a 'polite' any more questions for me?

I will not use Overstock ever again (had in the past) and strongly encourage all readers to be wary. I hope the site pulls itself together as it was once good.

Beware if ordering from Overstock.com. They took 6 weeks to deliver the merchandise, then substituted a cheaper item. Because it took 6 weeks to arrive, the price guarantee Overstock.com offers did not apply. After 30 minutes dealing with the on-line rep, he informed me that all the company would do is offer a $15 credit towards my next order. The $15 doesn't even cover the price difference between what I paid for and what I was sent, let alone the aggravation. Nor would they offer to pay for the return of the items that were sent that weren't what I ordered. A $15 credit! Like I would ever shop there again.

I LOVE the body butter. Shipped fast, great price, all wrapped, none were expired. The texture is perfect. Most of the scents are outstanding, but a few are sickeningly sweet and overpowering. So much so that people with sensitivities to odors will complain hours after the body butter was applied.
