Ordered some prints for an event that came up unexpectedly and paid $50+ Expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived 2 days after the event and 3 days after they had told us it would. There solution was to refund $7 in shipping cost'. Prints were useless at that point. Gave them another chance and the exact same occurrence happened. With more run around and false phone holds, supervisors are always in a meeting'. I do not advise you order from this company as we have wasted more than $500.00 by now on expensive fire kindling, this company is smoke and mirrors and certainly not overnight(over week).
I have been ordering from OP for years now, most recently their booklets. I paid extra for 100 lb. paper, as I have in previous orders, and I paid for expedited shipping so it would be here in time for an event. The product I received was NOT printed on 100 lb paper, but something far cheaper and inferior. For the last two weeks, I have been sending images, as requested by their customer service dept. I have sent all angles, multiple pieces, side-by-side with the previous order, etc. Today they told me that I have to mail them 3 samples so they can see them in person! Not only do I not have TIME for this, but they refused to give me a pre-paid shipping label and said it would be a "minor cost" on my part. Excuse me, but I shouldn't have to spend more time and money to get THEIR mistake handled, especially after a two week run-around. They were fully aware of the problem weeks ago and decided today that I have to send them in. They refuse to re-print or refund these and are therefore going to lose my future business. I am shocked that a company would choose to treat any customer like this, especially on that has been with them for years... They have only offered empty apologies and have cost me more inconveniences, and my small business MORE MONEY! Bottom line: what I got is not what I paid for and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for weeks on end and spend more money to get what I ordered.
All these good reviews have to be fake, look at other reviews online. This place is bad, my business cards we're horrible quality, they had weird color blocks around the edges. Their service was horrible, they kept giving me the run-around, and then lied that they were sending me replacements.
Not overnight, not great quality
It seems like when you order from a company called OVERNIGHT prints and then pay for expedited shipping, said item would arrive overnight. However, that was not my experience with Overnight Prints.
First, I got a message that my order was delayed. I spent all day emailing, using chat and even Twitter to find out how long it was delayed so I could figure out if I needed to make alternate arrangements. I got no answer until an automated message in the middle of the night that my order had shipped.
When it arrived, the cards I ordered did not have the envelopes I ordered, so they were essentially useless.
I was promised new envelopes would be shipped. It's been a full week since I placed my order and I'm still waiting.
Customer service is only willing to refund shipping, even though the entire order is useless when it's this late and has no@#$ envelopes. I'm astounded at what a poor experience this was, I will never use this company again and will loudly advise everyone I encounter against it. What an absolutely terrible experience.
Avoid at all costs. They contradict themselves, they are unhelpful, they will not guarantee delivery date and not stand behind their products at ALL.
I ordered basic notepads and paid for super rush shipping. They estimated a delivery date of 4 days to print and overnight. Seven days pass and the item is still "in production". I reached out to customer service and they had no information but promised to get back to me. (never did)
Days pass and I reach out again. At this point the item will not arrive in time for my event. It is still "in production" almost two weeks after ordered. Again custom service can't tell me anything.
I asked to cancel the order since it has not been printed yet but they refuse. They offer to refund my shipping cost and then NOT ship the item that I will still have to pay for. What? They offer to upgrade shipping "for free" but I have already paid for the fastest shipping so there is nothing to upgrade or refund. I can only wait and hope to receive them.
Their refund page says that refunds will be on a case by case basis. Unfortunately there are hidden "terms of service" that say something crazy: They are not responsible for any delays. They do not guarantee product delivery. They do not promise to meet your requirements. They may ship from an international location based on their discretion (what?) and you are responsible for import taxes and customs. They might send you less than what you ordered and will allow store credit if that happens. If something is damaged in transit, you are required to pay to return the damaged goods. It goes on and on like this, allowing Overnight Prints to take ZERO responsibility for anything at all.
Compare that to their "refund policy" page and you can imagine I was shocked that they were willing to do absolutely nothing to help. I still don't even know if I will receive my seventy dollars notepads but they refuse to refund my very high shipping fee or refund me for my order and they can't say when I will ever receive it! Just wow...
I've received the worst 'customer' support of my life. I've spent hours on the phone and my problem has STILL not been solved.
Two separate issues with two different orders:
1. One order that was ordered rush has been in production for a week and still had not shipped
2. In a separate order I received the wrong order - this is the issue that I've been on hold for HOURS. No one can solve my problem.
So far so good. I'll follow up when I receive them and make sure I actually get them in time or it was a waste...
I recently had a business card order come back very dark and the customer service people told me they would not reprint the order. After writing a review in a couple places I got a genera manager to call me and he was very helpful. He got the cards printed and to me on time. I appreciate his service. I am sad I had to go through 5 reps and writing some reviews to get some action. But it did work. Thank you for getting my order fixed and to me on time! I appreciate it.
I have used them for 15 years! I had 2000 business cards printed for myself. I am a photographer and the images were so dark they were completely unacceptable! I showed them the comparison of my old card that they printed which was great and the new awful card and they said it was within spec! Well if that is spec for them... I fear for the unsuspecting public who uses them! I urge all to stay far away from this company! They won't do a reprint or a refund! Again extremely unhappy with this company I once raved about! They are con artists and thieves!
I spent $100 on business cards and am very upset with what I received. Corners are choppy and not clean and some still even attached, 25% of cards have a creased line down the back, and all coloring is off. These are not acceptable! I paid an extra premium to get the cards quickly as I needed them for a conference. The quality is horrible and not a good representation of my brand. Upon receiving the product I spoke with an online customer service person that was not able to help me but rather said I needed to email the production people. They were supposed to have the mistakes and issues reviewed. I have sent three emails now and waited almost two weeks with no response. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I will not be back if this is not rectified! Too bad because I was a loyal customer and recommended lots of clients in the past! Order #*******
They sent me someone else's order. I try to contact them and the only person I can reach is their live chat, who offers no help says I need to send in pictures because apparently they outsource all their customer service. Haven't heard anything, and judging by other sites everyone is having issues with them this month. Stay away from this company there are far better, far more reputable, and caring then whatever this company is.
Purchased 13 different sets of very standard business cards. The text, cutting, coloring were all off. Once you call to correct the situation, you get customer service reps who basically doubt your story, are in no rush to correct the issue, extremely rude, one going so far as to say she couldn't hear me and immediately hung up. Also takes 48 hours to speak with a manger. These people have no concern for your need of your item and basically have made it extremely difficult to rectify any situation. Will never use again is an understatement
Reordered business cards. Some of the cards were defective and the color of the entire reorder did not match our original order. It was very pale. They offered to reprint 25 of the cards (out of 100) or to give a store credit for 25 cards.
I would have been embarrassed to hand any of those cards out, and their resolution to our problem was quite unsatisfactory. We wasted money, but did find another company (UPrinting.com) to help us.
I've been a loyal client of this company since 2008 and order thousands of cards from them. This last order (from the exact same file) came out horrible. The cards are very "washed out". Color is faded. They are not even good enough to use. After admitting they could do better it's now 3 months later and they have no interest is resolving the issue. Their response was "we think they are in tolerance". Which means they have no tolerance! If the color in the file is bad why did the last 5 orders from the same file turn out just fine?
This is not the way to treat a long-time client that has grown used to getting top quality products from this company. Apparently, they can't consistently print the same colors using the same original file anymore. And they obvious don't care about how long or how good a client you have been. Better to find a company that values your long-term business. They just lost my business!
The ONLY positive about my experience with Overnight Prints is that my order (#*******) actually arrived on time.
That being said, everyone here should know that of the 250 business cards I ordered, only 20 (TWENTY!) of them were cut correctly. The remaining 230 had thick or thin white lines (my cards weren't white) on any given edge. I HAD to use them for something the next day (so no time to re-order... not that it would have helped) and had to HAND CUT the rest of them so they didn't look like complete, unprofessional flaming garbage. I would never, ever, ever recommend this company to anyone and will never be giving them my money again. One of the worst parts? The company doesn't allow you to write reviews on their actual website. Once you're finished ordering they ask how your experience up until then had been, you give a star rating and THAT'S IT. You can't edit it later and you can't add a new one after your order arrives! /rant
Site was easy to use, it is always high quality and quick turn around. Customer service is always great at fixing any issues I have had.
I needed biz cards right away for a new project so instead of VistaPrint I decided to try OvernightPrints. Cards came in on time but all in tiny print. Huge White Border around the entire edge. I was told by customer service that I submitted it that way. Sorry I am not stupid and you are a business in making business cards & that's why I hired you. I was told its my fault like & they told me they are not responsible. This is the same problems as other customers on here. Buyer Beware!
My proof was perfect, but the print was not. It was missing an entire line of my business card.
I had to speak to a total of 3 customer service agents on the phone, email twice and chat with 3 customer service agents on the website. Not only was my re-print not resolved, but the agents were rude, untrained and offered zero apologies or a sense of compassion for the difficult situation that their error had put me in.
The only reason they even offered a refund is because I had to get to the point of threatening to dispute the charge with my bank.
This company is very poorly run and I don't recommend ordering from here unless you want to feel frustrated, waste your time, not get your proper prints and have to fight for a refund.
The company advertises "delivered to you, when you want it." I ordered with a 2-day buffer, but my order arrived 3 days late and after the event I needed it for. I requested a refund and instead received an email from outsourced customer service saying that the fine print has a disclaimer for late deliveries. They refused my refund request.
I understand mistakes happen and would have forgiven the late delivery with a refund. But compounding it with outsourced customer service that refuses the refund demonstrates a lack of care for the customer. (I sent a follow-up email directly to the Overnight Prints customer service address and their outsourced customer service. I received no reply.)
Total Lie. I made my order on a Sunday and paid an extra $41 to receive them by Tuesday. Their "OVERNIGHT" process. It specifically said I would receive by Tuesday otherwise I would NOT have purchased. I then received an email saying the shipping was delayed and I would not have them by Tuesday. They day the date I received them was "approximate" Wow What a cop out. I called and said just return my money and I'll make them at Kinko's- not an option they said I agreed to the shipping when I paif the fee.
The interface was responsive and quick. This company has a system that makes it very easy to create the preferred business card design.it's a great experience
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
