Terrible experience. Specifically went with this company due to their expedited services and paid 3 times the price I would have paid for the print job with my usual company and in addition, paid expedited shipping only for it not to arrive for the event I needed. Rang them to at least get the expedited shipping fee refunded and they wouldn't even help me until I had received the package (which was obviously past the shipping time anyway). Wouldn't work with me in the slightest, nor would they allow me to speak with someone higher up in the company. I was not being unreasonable and asking for a refund on the print job (albeit I am annoyed at paying so much more for something than I needed to when it wasn't delivered for purpose), all I wanted was my shipping refunded. Appalling customer service.
They cut their prints HORRIBLY i have a 20% return rate as you can see in images they dont center they dont follow their own bleed and cut safe areas.
I took a chance on this company to print letterhead for a new client. So disappointed with quality and now I have an unhappy client. Tried to give them a chance to make it right but they stopped communicating. Won't be using this company anymore.
Placed an order on a wednesday and expected it to be delivered friday. Paid the extra shipping. Hadn't received my order by Friday so I logged in to check. Was "in production" with delivery on Monday. The customer service stated they weren't responsible for shipping delays. I noted it wasn't a shipping delay... it was a printing delay. And if they were going to tout their ability to print right away and print overnight... then they should hold to that expecation. Awful. Print somewhere else.
Ordered 50 invitations and envelopes, order arrived and received 60 invitations and 34 envelopes. Contacted Tatyana Zabolotneva and without telling me what they could or couldn't do I get asked for a photo of the shipping label. This was something I ordered for a friend and they didn't save the packaging. They refuse to fix an order that they shipped incomplete and freely brushed off a regular customer with no regard. It must be nice to have so much business that you can $#*! on a customer and feel good about it.
I ordered some business cards from this company, and when they finally arrived, they were off-center, cut the wrong size, and the color and contrast was horrible, with streaks through the image. I could have done a better job on my home inkjet printer. When I tried to contact them about re-printing, they just ignored me.
Can't complain about anything. Everything was quick and of a great quality. Like this service and can recommend it to you.
They don't care about customer service or quality. I've been doing business with them for over 10 years and always received perfect product. These days the product is awful. My latest business card order had issues with smeared corners and spot UV not being anywhere close to being aligned. I contacted customer support and they offered to reprint the order but would NOT prioritize the shipping. I waited about 10 days to receive the order AGAIN and to my dismay the order was EXACTLY the same. They didn't even try. When I contacted customer service again, I honestly wanted to work with them. I really wanted them to get to the bottom of the quality issue, but Sergey (The only dude you can talk to about customer service issues) pretty much told me to get lost. He didn't want to investigate. He said that they would NOT reprint the order again, wanted me to SHIP the defective cards back to them before they'd issue a refund. I actually didn't care about the money, I really wanted a quality product, but they just don't care at all to make things right!
I guess the price for the services is too high. And I don't like their attitude to customers. There's no individual approach here.
My experience with Overnight Prints was horrible: steer clear of this company!
My business cards arrived with a smear mark in the same spot across all the cards, obviously a printing error. And also the cards had haphazard borders on what was supposed to be a borderless card.
I contacted Sergy Nosov at overnightprints.com and his response what that I had "skipped file review options" and that there was an "error in your design with not full bleed this led to bad cutting".
I went back and looked at Order # ******* Quick Preview and the card looks perfect. That's what I "thought" I was ordering. There is no smear running across the face of the card and no indication that my business card would receive haphazard bad cutting.
These cards were supposed to be handed out to disabled military veterans for Memorial Day. And while they arrived on time, they were so bad, I'd be embarrassed to hand them out. So in the trash they went.
Overnightprints.com totally ruined what was supposed be part of a goodwill gesture to our military vets.
Instead, this company makes it appear that it's all MY fault. When obviously I didn't print or cut the card I ordered.
Their reorder page shows the nice pristine card they'd like me to "reorder". No thanks.
Steer clear of this company at ALL costs. Because if anything goes wrong, instead of trying to help fix it, it's going to be all YOUR fault and the company wouldn't do anything to make it right!
They don't deserve a star. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Zero for their quality control and zero for customer support.
If you want to chance purchasing a crappy looking business card, go ahead and order.
I am from Indiana and decided to go to a helicopter conference in California, at the Robinson Helicopter Company. Since I have a helicopter business, I decided that I needed to take business cards with me to hand out with special pricing. I went on the web and found overnightprints.com and actually saw that they had an overnight shipping option. I ordered the business cards on March 7th, 2019 and was happy to see that there was a guaranteed delivery date on check out for March 8th. I left for my conference on March 10th and followed tracking to see that the business cards arrived my home in INDIANA on March 11th! When I contacted the company, explaining that the point of having overnight business cards was to have them with me for the conference, they offered to refund part of the shipping. They just did not get the big picture! The business cards had special pricing for this event on them. When I returned home after the conference, I had a box of worthless cards! $61.41 wasted!
Poorly cut, looks like in a rush. They Won't refund or remake the order. Every business cards has a different cut. Go to VISTAPRINT, where if they make a mistake they will fix it, no questions asked.
The preview looks totally different from what I have received. And they hide behind policies for a poorly done job.

We warned you that doing this would cause the text to be cut off but instead you wished to print as is. By choosing to go against our file review the order was sent to "print as is" as you requested and because of this we are unable to offer any compensation going forward. I am a brand new business and I enjoyed being able to design my own business card. I looked at the 360 degree preview of my finished design and felt excited for when they would arrive. However, when they arrived, the cards were so off centered that I would be too embarrassed to hand them out. I can't look professional with seriously off centered business cards. I thought, "oh, well I'm sure they will replace them with a centered product."
When I contacted overnight prints about my defective product, Sergey Nosov from the service department reviewed my order and told me that it was a customer error and they would not be able to replace my product. Thanks for taking advantage, overnight prints! I will be telling everyone I know to use a trusted and more reliable source for printing, rather than taking the chance on your unknown company that apparently puts out terrible products and then expects the customer to just deal with it.
Received envelops on such thin paper they are unusable. Customer service just told me to go away so we will never order from them again!
I had a pretty terrible experience with this company probably six or more years ago. Decided to give them another chance since it's been a while and I figure that things change.
For reference, I ordered 250 bookmarks from them initially. They turned out perfectly. No complaints. Fast forward a few months and my company decided to try using them for their biz cards. Three attempts at an order of 2,000+ cards and not once did they turn out correctly. Printing quality aside, they also never managed to get the spot gloss right-side up despite us double- and triple-checking our files to make sure the orientation was correct. Cropping was also all over the place, and in some cases we got spot gloss from someone else's order entirely. We got our money back but we wasted a bunch of time.
So, I placed a small bizcard order with them just to try them out again in the hopes that I'd actually get something decent. What I ended up with was 125 cards with some of the sloppiest, most misaligned gloss I've ever seen in my life, which is especially disappointing given how impressed I was with my bookmarks. The effect I was going for was essentially negated. I'll be able to stick these in shipments, I guess, but I won't be handing them out for networking purposes.
Give em a try if you're desperate, I guess, but realize that it's kind of a crapshoot as to whether they're going to get your stuff right and get it on time. That BS $1.00 charge to get a human to actually look at your files should have been the biggest red flag, but I chose to ignore it. I get stuff printed elsewhere all the time and I've never had so much trouble getting good quality as I have from Overnight Prints.

Honeycomb is the one of the best photo editing service provider I had ever seen. They had made my image more beautiful then my requirement.And appreciate their work and their way of behaviour with the customers!
Ordered coasters expecting drink coasters, the product we received was basically just round business cards. They are not of coaster material and do not absorb water like a coaster is meant to. When wet they warp and a drink can no longer be placed on them without tipping.
I ordered 500 cards on 2/7/19. Their shipping rates are extremely high. This feels like a bait and switch - even the name of the company is absurd when one considers that I ordered cards on 2/7/19 and they are due to be delivered on 2/19/19. These could have been sent for less ($7.50 flat rate) USPS and arrived two days after the order went in. Meanwhile, I miss a very important business deadline. The company was completely unhelpful when I did an online chat and when I telephoned. They were unwilling to help me meet my deadline. I do not plan to EVER deal with this shabby outfit again. Stay away!
Absolute Scam Please Stay Away-
I ordered overnight prints for CES conference in Las Vegas and paid $45 rush fee, the cards were supposed to be delivered on 4th Jan but never reached till 6th Jan and I was supposed to travel to Vegas for conference on 7Th.
When I call them to cancel they said they can not cancel although order is still not processed and they never said its guaranteed overnight service :) thats the name of the business but its not a guarantee. I was told that company can send it to my vegas add and I will get it as soon as I get there, I reached vegas and went to conference without business cards and when I called them they said upps still not done but tomorrow for sure and again they pulled a fast one finally cards got delivered on 11th after I left the conference and vegas and I lost $55 and still got no cards.

I ordered 150 business cards from Overnight Prints and this was a huge mistake. When receiving the cards, I found them to all be cut wrong. The print on the cards were also poor, as if their printer was losing ink. I contacted them and they said that it was my fault and they knew it would be cut bad. I followed all the guidelines and they even have a 3D template to base your card off of. Parts of my business cards were cut off and they thought it would be ok to send them out. This was not my fault, this was a template and cutting issue. They even told me they don't guarantee a quality cut. If you are looking for poorly done work, this is the company to go with. I will never order from them again.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
Answer: The same thing happened to me and they refuse to give me my money back!
