I ordered booklets for a nonprofit organization. Just in placing my order I had to speak to 3 different customer service reps. First I was told I needed to send in all these nonprofit forms. Then, they told me to wait 72 hours to get nonprofit approval. Still didn't hear from them. So I called back and was told their system wasn't working and if I could email the forms. In the end, it didn't offer anymore money off. It was all just a waste of time. That should have been my first clue of their incompetence. The print quality was absolutely awefull. The images were all pixelated and looked nothing like the preview. When I contacted customer service they asked me to send in additional photos, which I did. Then, they needed photos of severa books, not just one. In the end, they offered nothing. They have great reviews on their website. Look at Yelp and elsewhere and you'll see their true colors. They stink!

Do not use this company

I ordered business cards for a specific event. I will say in their defence that they contacted me to say the image would be poor. I redid the work using their programme and was advised this had passed quality. As a result delivery was delayed by a day ~ no problem. I had paid for specific delivery so it was still guaranteed to be with me by 23rd November. This being particulary important as only ordered for an event on 25th November.
23rd Nov ~ no delivery. They had been quick in responding so thought no problem just email them. Emailed, Facebook message and Twitter ~ no reply. Having worked in consumer law I should have checked this prior to purchase but have never had problems with other printers so didn't on this occasion. Of course this was a big mistake.
This company have appaling customer service and charge for services they simply do not provide. Of course as I don't have the product I cannot comment on quality. I will be requesting a full refund and will raise a chargeback claim via my bank.
As a company you should be ashamed of how you carry out your business. At some point the time will come where a business that could have thrived will no longer be used ~ the sooner that day comes the better. Absolute disgrace!
Thank goodness the rest of us run teputible businesses!

Poor customer service and product, stay away! I ordered bright blue background that was picked on their website for 2000 business cards, what I received was a dull ugly purple. These don't match at all with my business and can't be used. According to them too bad we don't guarantee our colors even when picked from our site. So I am out a bit of money and have no cards, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

If your order is done right; overnightprints is great. If its not done right; good luck with that.

I order one set of 500 cards a year ago to test them out. They came out great. This time I ordered more for my company with two sets of 500 for two people that work for me, and one set of 1000. The two sets of 500 came out great; the set of 1000 was cropped every way wrong. It was so horrible, I don't know how the cards made it out the door without someone noticing. The top 1/4 of the card or the left 1/4 of the card were literally cut off across all 1,000 cards (but not in a consistent way).

Mistakes happen with even the best companies, so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I called them up and let them know my situation within 30 minutes of receiving the cards. They told me to send photos of the cards being wrong; I sent photos of over 100 cards and a screenshot of the whole box where you could tell from the edge that something was cut to the edge (which should have been 1/8" in). This was sent over at about 1-2pm EST. In my email I indicated that I had a business trip coming up about 10 days later that I really needed the cards from. Over a day later at 10 am EST; I finally called the company after not getting any response.

I talked with a lady who was nice that eventually said she'd re-queue my cards for printing. A few hours later I got an email saying my cards had been requeued and I would be notified of a shipping date soon.

A couple of days later, I hadn't heard anything new; so I opened up chat on the website to see the status / expected delivery of my cards. I was told they were another 11 days out; which at this point was several days after my business trip.

I complained to the CSR on chat and told him I was unlikely to order from their company again. He immediately ended the chat. Clearly customer service is not their thing.

One of the reasons why I had considered them is because some websites showed them with really high reviews. As far as I can tell; the only places where you can actually leave reviews show them as 2-3 stars at best. The rest of the sites seem to have fake reviews or cherry picked reviews. Buyers be ware.

When you pay $40 for overnight shipping, you would expect to get it... overnight. But instead, it comes days later. Trying to resolve this with customer service and they say, "well, our delivery is an ESTIMATE". So in other words, you pay dearly for shipping and do not get what you paid for. This company misrepresents themselves. DO NOT USE.

Had I read the yelp reviews first I would never have wasted my money with overnight prints... the business cards sent to me were off centered when I sent a picture for there review there reply was careless offering a discount on my next order... as if I would trust to do business with them again... foolishness.

First order of greeting cards was perfect. Every order after that, had to be reprinted. The 5th order was just as nice as the first order, the 6th, the reprint of that order was worse than the one they were replacing.
I can not continue to do business with this company.

As someone who has spent HUNDREDS of dollars with this company just because of the convince, I am officially done. The print quality has always lacked, but my last straw was when I paid for expedited shipping on an order that I needed ON TIME, shipping department messed up and did not expedite my order. The package has not yet been scanned by UPS but they refuse to find my package and put the correct label on. Im sorry but that is pure laziness and inconsideration with a problem that was their fault. I run a company that I am expected to meet deadlines for my customers. I am now screwed trying to figure out how I can meet a deadline on my end, when they refuse to on theirs. Their only compensation was refunding $1.78 and a $10 credit for my next that I will never use! Thanks overnight prints!

If you are not in a hurry and can wait a LONG time for your prints, Overnight Prints is OK. But you should definitely ignore their estimated delivery times and assume your print order will be delayed.

Then their customer service reps will not be able to do anything to help you. They will just submit a ticket to production and production will ignore it.

I made the mistake of having invitations printed. Since it's time sensitive, there is no way I should have relied on Overnight Prints to get the job done in time.

I placed the order on 5/18/18 and as of today (6/4/2018), still don't have the prints. Last week they said I would have them today. But of course, as of today they are still being printed. Customer Service said to call back at the end of the day to check on the status but they won't know anything until the job gets shipped and can't do anything. So I guess they want me to call back every day at the end of the day. What good is that going to do? They can't seem to ever get "production" to do anything. Everyone just has to wait and pray.

I should have searched for reviews before I made the mistake of using Overnight Prints.

Don't make the same mistake I did!

After many years of successfully doing business with OvernightPrints.com, I can honestly say that I will NEVER spend another penny with them. This is the 4th time in a row that they have dropped the ball. I placed an order of 4/23 for 100 postcards that are an event invitation. I paid the upgraded shipping fee to have these in hand by 4/26. I never received tracking info. I checked my account on 4/26 to find that they were still showing as "IN PRODUCTION". I called the VIP line and was put on hold for just under a half hour. Finally spoke to someone who assured me that my order would be prioritized and would reach its destination on 4/27. The order was never shipped, I checked first thing this morning (4/30) and it STILL shows as "IN PRODUCTION". I immediately called this morning and again sat on hold on the VIP line for 15-20 minutes only to be told again, they will set my order as a priority. This was not an acceptable answer to me... understandably. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would have to call me back. I waited until 12:45 pm today, no one called me back, I called again. No manager available to speak to me. No call... called back again at 3:00 pm, I have been on hold now for 18 minutes and counting. I am canceling my order and will never do business with this company again. I don't know what has happened but the way this as well as the last four issues I have had is beyond unacceptable.

I ordered three sets of business cards all different designs. They were all very similar since they are for the same company. Slight changes on all three though. They sent me the first order and I was appalled at how bad they were. The colors were way off, the text was blurry on one of them, and the backs were totally off-center.

After three weeks of trying to email them, tweet to them and try every way to get a hold of them (except calling; I hate the phone) they finally responded to my third Twitter PM. They said they would reprint and send me new prints.

I specifically asked the person helping me if they could have a real person physically inspect the cards before they were sent out to make sure there were no errors and they looked good. They assured me this would happen and I'd have them in three days. I asked specifically for two things: make sure they were centered, and that the colors were correct. I do print design I know how to use a color profile for printing.

I did get them in three days, that much was true. The cards however were 10x WORSE. It felt like a joke. I was so aghast that it even *could* get worse than they were. The two things I asked for: correct colors and centered design were both still wrong.
All three cards were ordered with "rounded corners" and on one of the cards they completely skipped cutting that off. They sure cut the corners, but only metaphorically.

I'll be making sure to let everyone I know to STAY AWAY from Overnight Prints.

The name of this company is a misnomer. Production delays resulted in my order being very late. At that point, they refused to cancel my order, and offered to pay for shipping. If you need something done ACTUALLY overnight, or quickly, pick a company that guarantees it. This company does not.

What a joke.

I ordered business cards and paid extra for next day delivery. They call themselves OVERNIGHT PRINTS! REALLY? Well long story short, my order should have arrived on friday. It is the following thursday and according to the site, the shipping label isnt even printed yet. They offered my free shipping once it arrives, which is cute cause they wont tell me when it will arrive. I dont want free shipping, i just want my order. I have a deadline. They dont deserve their own company name! Should be called, "whenever we feel like it prints!"

I have ordered from OP in the past and had great results.

Something has changed in the intervening 3 years, this time was a complete fail from beginning to end. I will not bore you with all the details, but like others here, it was all about missing deadlines, horrible (non-existant) customer service and unwillingness to cancel order after if was abundantly clear they were not going to hit my deadline.

Find another printer, like vistaprint.

I ordered business cards for around $90 for 500. They were ordered with rounded corners. The cards came and the corners were cut so poorly that a first grade art student could have done a better job cutting them. The corners were totally NOT rounded; they were chopped off every which way. There was also red and black dielines on every single card in multiple places. They looked like garbage. As a graphic designer, I refuse to hand out that kind of quality cards to potential customers, etc. I would be EMBARRASSED to hand those cards out. I honestly can't believe quality control would let the cards out the door in that condition! Or maybe they do not have any quality control because it happened again...
Had to submit a ton of pictures to prove that they f"cked up my order. They refused to send me a refund so they issue a replacement, and the replacement has the same issue! After sending more photos, now they refuse to take the order back, refuse to give me a refund, and also refuse to send me my order in the correct condition. Basically they are taking the money and running. Now I have 1000 pieces of crap business cards in my trash can and I am out $90 + shipping.
What kind of company sends out defective product and then refuses to issue a refund or replacement when there is a proven problem?
If they did this to me, you can bet they will do it to other customers and YOU! Tell your friends.

I placed an order with Overnight Prints 9 days before a very important trade show and paid an additional $180 in shipping to make sure the order would arrive one day before the show. The day before the order should arrive I saw the estimated delivery date was still on time, but it showed my order as still in production. I reached out to see what was going on and was told it was there mistake and they would make sure to get the order pushed through now and that I would be compensated. But the email said nothing about when I would receive. I tried to find a way to call them but no phone number is listed on their site. After sending 4 emails trying to find out when I would get my order, with no reply, I was able to find a phone number at the bottom of the first email I got *******000). When I talked to customer service they said not only could they not tell me when my items would arrive, as the tracking number had not been produced yet, at most they would only refund my shipping. They didnt seem to care that these will likely arrive after the event, when they are no longer needed, nor the fact that they are leaving one of their customers without anything for a very important trade show. There company website Overnight Prints stands alone in the industry when it comes to delivery. And After all, "overnight" is in our name, so it should probably be in our business plan!, they also say not to be fooled by other companies, I guess you shouldnt be fooled by them either. Luckily a local company MinuteMan Press was able to come to my rescue. I will NEVER use Overnight Prints again and I will share my experience with everyone I know. Print locally people! Not only will you save a ton in shipping but you can talk to a real person, go by the store, and have your stuff on time. I would NOT recommend this company.
