(As others noted) was not impressed in quality (Propet Blizzard boots) and when requested a return it was like 'taking blood' and they must be anemic since they gave me nothing but a hassle trying to acquire the refund. Repeated emails that took weeks and twice they tried to tell me they credited my card (and did not). After further pressing they actually told me there was a problem w/ 'my' payment and when I asked why didn't they tell me this up front (more jibber jabber). Finally (when I called) they informed me they would need to 'send me a check' (which took even more time) to finally reach me. SHADY outfit! FYI in my view many of their '5 star reviews' look professionally written (they do that for a fee). Best save your money (and blood pressure) and shop elsewhere.
I was looking for a thin orthotic and I found one. Ordered it and it was delivered within a week. I wish I could have given a 5 star, but I couldn't wear them due to they weren't comfortable
I had a great experience ordering thru thr Orthotic Shop. Love Drew sneakers as well. I have wide feet and this is one of rhe only sneakers rhat fits my feet.
My wife's' OSSUR Cold Rush machine developed a leak while she was having an issue with her knee and was in a lot of pain. I contacted Orthotic shop and explained the problem and you were able to ship one out immediately and with 2 day shipping.
Since I received shoes, I went on two walks 5 miles each with little to no soreness in feet so far so good👍😎

These sandals are so comfortable and I can actually wear sandals again with my planner fasciitis. I only wish they had more size fives.

I love how soft my socks feel... My husband hasn't seen his yet though because his are a Christmas gift.

Good price on sale, timely arrival. Box & shoes have an unpleasant odor, unfortunately, shoes are too big & uncomfortable for me. Debating the trouble of a return, vs a community donation.
My husband says that the work boots are very comfortable.
They have been great on returns if needed because something's just don't work with my feet
