Love these sandals! Buy them yearly! I wish they would last longer, BUT use them down to the thread!
The shoes hurt, they are very stiff and I cannot wear them. I would like to return them but I am having a horrible time getting this done.
My shoes were packaged nicely and arrived quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, I needed to return them. The return process was smooth and prompt as well. I would definitely order through them again.
I have these slippers for several years and can't tell where the size is. The ones that I just purchased are too big. I would like to have the brown in a smaller size. If you can tell me where the size is then I will reorder them.
Except that the box was extremely crushed, probably from the carrier, the shoes were great. I paid more than I wanted to, but, after one shoe gets stretched (for my odd feet), I'm sure I'll get plenty of wear out of them. They're just what I wanted.
The leather of the slide is really tough. Not as good as my old Vionic.

I had an old pair of the same shoes which i wore for over 15 years even as travel shoes all over the World. The leather in the new pair is even more refined than in the old pair. I am now 75, and who knows, I may wear these new shoes another 15 years! Oh my!
I desperately tried every night for 4 days, to push my diabetic feet into the loveliest pair of shoes but they simply will not fit. For once, I found the perfect summer sandals but my imperfect feet betrayed me. As every wise diabetic knows, blisters on diabetic feet can lead to big problems. I already wear Vionic shoes, ie. The ones like Bella with the toe post, and the softest furry feeling slippers, too. But this style of sandals is based on three narrow crossover pieces: one of white leather, the other two of silver 'crystals'. It makes for a fabulous look but the three 'bridges' pressed against my small toe and big toe. And there was no way of loosening them up. So now I must be a 'big girl' and send back these lovely shoes. But how do I go about getting a return label? There was no paper work in the box. And I do not see a return policy. And while the box and shoes were in great shape, the outside torn plastic bag is near total destruction.

Ordered a pair of Vionic open-tied slippers (that were no longer available in the Vionic website), and received them in a timely manner. When I first tried them in, the arch support seemed a wee bit higher than the (closed-toe) Vionic slippers I had been wearing. Fast forward several days, and I can no longer wear the older pair because my feet LVE the new pair!
