Overall good shoe quality for the price

Not a fan of the shoes. They are hard, heavy, and they don't fit my feet properly.

First time I've shopped with Orthoticshop, so far I've been satisfied. I'm going to need to return some items and hope things continue to go well. They have a lot of different brands and I want to continue to do business with them.

I was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. I purchase a floral pattern sandal and was a bit disappointed the pattern on each sandal didn't match better. One sandal has the red/pink pattern and the other has more of the yellow part of the pattern.

Excellent selection. I shopped amazon.com and New Balance but you alone had the shoes I need. I wear leg braces and it is difficult to find the right size. But you guys did it! I will return.

I was not satisfied with the item I bought, as I could not use it and had to return it.

Great product easy website to navigate

I am inexperienced with using my iPhone but found your online order site very easy to find and order the products colors and sizes. For those who are from the older generation I highly recommend this website. Many great benifits like free shipping are also included.

The delivery box was a UPS Priority Mail. It was missing the invoice and a return slip

Wish it were easier to track item using amazon pay. No receipt from your store and my order never showed up on amazon. Only proof of purchase was my credit card statement. Not ideal to track purchase or package if there was a problem.

I love my sandals and will buy a product from your company again. I've already recommended you to a friend.
