I have ordered from Orthotic Shop a few times before, mainly slippers. Their deals are fantastic. Love them.
Great selection. Sizes that fit. Reasonable prices and fast shipping.
The footbed on these shoes are very comfortable. Some orthotic shoes have a very firm footbed that hurts my feet. These shoes give my feet support as well as comfort. They are easy to keep clean. I will buy them again.
Ordered a pair of Vionic slippers...on sale too!

I received my shoes and I needed a different size. I messaged right away and within minutes I had all the information I needed to return for an exchange. I have not received my new exchange yet but there's still time.
It was great! The only problem I found was that my older splints were made better around the thumb. Unfortunately, my puppy found them and chewed the plastic connector off rendering it unable to use.

I was looking for a particular shoe and found it on OrthoticShop looking online. They had my size and in the color I wanted. First time on this site and placing my order was easy. Received the shoes in 2 days. Extremely satisfied.
Directions were easy to follow. Looking forward to my new orthotics.
(As others noted) was not impressed in quality (Propet Blizzard boots) and when requested a return it was like 'taking blood' and they must be anemic since they gave me nothing but a hassle trying to acquire the refund. Repeated emails that took weeks and twice they tried to tell me they credited my card (and did not). After further pressing they actually told me there was a problem w/ 'my' payment and when I asked why didn't they tell me this up front (more jibber jabber). Finally (when I called) they informed me they would need to 'send me a check' (which took even more time) to finally reach me. SHADY outfit! FYI in my view many of their '5 star reviews' look professionally written (they do that for a fee). Best save your money (and blood pressure) and shop elsewhere.
I was looking for a thin orthotic and I found one. Ordered it and it was delivered within a week. I wish I could have given a 5 star, but I couldn't wear them due to they weren't comfortable
I had a great experience ordering thru thr Orthotic Shop. Love Drew sneakers as well. I have wide feet and this is one of rhe only sneakers rhat fits my feet.
My wife's' OSSUR Cold Rush machine developed a leak while she was having an issue with her knee and was in a lot of pain. I contacted Orthotic shop and explained the problem and you were able to ship one out immediately and with 2 day shipping.
Since I received shoes, I went on two walks 5 miles each with little to no soreness in feet so far so good👍😎
Very good service, unfortunately am returning today just not a good fit.
