My only complaint was that it showed me a higher price then when I selected my size it dropped. The price should be a range.

Shoes did not fit. Size was too narrow.

I wear size 8 shoes but these seem a little larger but still comfortable.

This process was easy and quick and met all my expectations.

I exchanged the Aetrex sock order with a different style of Aetrex socks. The customer service was amazing! We received our original package about 5 pm on a Saturday. I sent an exchange request about 7 pm and received an email response early the next day. Great business to purchase from!

I made an error on the order size. I emailed a correction and they corrected it immediately.

The orthotics I ordered arrived to my home within a day or two--so fast I could hardly believe it. This is my second order from this company and I will place orders again.

I receved one show wide which that is what I ordered and the other shoe is xwide. Very diappointed also shoes fit one size to small. Going to send back shoes.
