The slippers are great. My heel pain has been reduced greatly and I never have any pain while wearing them.
Had a great experience in dealing with the OS, and customer service was particularly helpful. I wrote a note with questions on a Friday night and promptly heard back and had all the info I needed to order on Saturday EVEN though they were closed! In other words, they were that attentive which was appreciated. I also got a callback so I am likely to be a repeat customer.
Awaiting full refund at this time. Sent the product back last week as directed. I was astonished by the product. It was so thin. No support. Insoles would have been just as good. For that price ($*** - Archcrafters Custom Running insoles) I was expecting heavy duty full length orthotics like the pair I had. I now notice it does say "insoles" hmmm. I tried them for a couple of days to make sure. Right foot big toe was killing me. I had enough. On the upside, I thought I would have to take a financial loss. I was surprised by their quick reaction to offer a refund. Still waiting so jury is out. They should call them custom insoles. They are clearly not orthotics. Offered to mail one of mine to them before purchase. They said I could do that after I paid. Never happened. I emailed photos of my orthotics and details. No response. Not sure if they even looked at them. Live and learn.

Quick and easy
I now own Orthaheel walking shoes, sandals, and slippers and can't tell you how much better my feet feel after dealing with plantar fasciitis. I can walk without pain.
