Great shoe site with many choices!

I ordered a size 7 thong with a black and white polka dot strap. I received a size 10 with a snake strap. When I reorder I found my original was out of stock. Do you normally just send a different size and style if what someone orders is out of stock.

Very expensive for slippers

Easy and fast. Last order from the Orthotic arrived quickly and in good condition. Unfortunately, the shoes
Did not fit properly and I received the paper work to return them. They were shipped back on the 6th or 7th. Sorry they had to be returned. This was the first pair of Orthotic shoes that have not worked for me.

So far so good, we'll see how they fit and feel... to be continued...received shoes did not feel good...returned!

I use them all the time. They really do the job, no pain in the heel.

Easy & quick transaction

Website was easy to use. I also previously purchased orthotic slippers and was happy with the experience and product. The running shoes are rather small despite the fact I ordered a half size bigger than I would normally use. I would have liked to exchange them for size 11.5, but the website indicated they are not available at this time. This defeats the purpose of the 30 day exchange policy.
