Ordering was fast and simple and the extra 10% popup message was a nice unexpected surprise. It took 12 days from when I placed order to when I received my order. This was a bit longer than anticipated but it's about 8 business days if you don't count the weekends. Propet shoes were nicely made but I think they are completely waterproof because they are just scotchguarded. The note states resists stains and water spills so walking through a downpour might not keep your feet dry. They are very comfortable and the 9 1/2 wide is true to size.

Enjoy the store and love my previous purchases, but slightly frustrated that many of the popular colors in size 12 shoes are out of stock.
One of the shoes I bought didn't fit right. I was disappointed because it is my size. Just need to figure out how to return it. Having info about returns in the package would be great for future reference. I will be calling customer service to figure that out.

A little problem signing in & going to Amazon but did not take very long.My reorder was good.
I had two free shipping options, ground shipping and standard shipping, but no explanation of the difference. Is there any reason to expect one to be faster than the other? I have no clue but I would have liked to know. Every thing else about the shopping was very good.
