The product was good and I was glad it came by Christmas. I bought it for my 88 yr old mother but I think I will have to return it but not because of workmanship

I need to return my shoes they're too hard for my feet and my feet hurt worse after wearing them for an hour than before...

Shoes are comfortable. My inserts (which are a pretty good size/thick) fit in just fine. They don't fit in a lot of shoes out there. Or you have to buy a larger size and then the shoe doesn't fit properly. This shoe is the size I always wear and fits great with orthotic. Looks good too!

The boots were cute but they were too large. There was no half size so I went up. I spoke with a friend and she is a bit larger in the foot than I. They worked and she LOVED them! Unfortunately, they were sold out in the color I had previously ordered.

Shoe fits fine. However, the first day my very sick 17 year old cat got sick on them. Advice: keep shoes off floor. Shoes have been cleaned and cat is better.
