The hiker II is a high quality product. Bought them for toe room & presumed stability doing woodwork and garden projects. Some size issues-currently trying out with different orthotic and sock thicknesses and note sense of being slightly too large. Diabetic foot problems such as anesthesia and hammer toes led me to order the larger size available. Generally wear 12.5 4E--these are the 5E (the other choice was 3E) which I ordered, but are labeled 3W as well. The shoes were surprisingly light, but feel a bit larger than usual. I was afraid to buy the the 3E due to the diabetes-related foot problems. Tried them with my previous orthotics-but felt uneasy in these shoes-they were fabricated using a cast of my feet. Made at the University Hospital (UCSF) orthotics division. Currently walking around indoors to accommodate. The bother of returning them and trying the 3E is a concern; if I try the 3E and they are too tight, do I reorder the 5E? In such transactions will I lose my promotional discounts? We'll see.

Product is amazing, offers great relief to the feet, knees, & legs in general. I can trim them to fit...and move them from shoe to shoe as needed.

I have been looking for a slipper that gives me the support I need and provides comfort. Once I adjusted the width with the Velcro tab they were perfect. I know one day I'm going to forget I have them one and go out with them.
I have a pair of your shoes that I bought in a store 3 years ago. I love them. First time ordering on line. I have the orange/grey combination. Hope you will have more colors in these shoes in the future
