This is by far the WORST on line site ever. The mdse. Is poor quality and they have NO customer service. They tell you you have to have a return code and the item MUST be returned within 10 days for credit and no one responds so they drag out past the 10 days. It took me 8 emails back and forth to finally get a credit 4 months later. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF. They never did refund all they owed me!
I am still waiting for half my order and a status report for such order

My 6-pack Arospa Bath Sea Salts arrived damaged----or to be more specific, it arrived incomplete: the tube of Lavender salts was only@ 1/3 full, with the rest of the tube scattered in the mailing box or in the plastic zipped package the tubes were packaged in, OR were "in the winds" somewhere after leaking out of the mailer package during the mailing process. That same day I contacted your Customer Service chat person and even though they said they were unable to reach the Seller and would get back to me when they had, I still am waiting for a response! Also, the CS person wrote that because this item was "Final Sale", they were unsure whether it could even be returned/replaced. I reminded him that your website states that IF an item arrives damaged, it WILL be replaced. Anyone "manning" your Customer Service should be aware of your policies in all circumstances for returning a product.
I also feel strongly that even if the Seller remains unavailable to your CS person, it would serve Open Sky well to at least keep in touch with a concerned customer and give them an update to "keep them in the loop".

That is why I order just inexpensive earrings for myself and sometimes rings which you call costume jewelry if people steal them when traveling it not big lost their jewelry not the best but they will look great on you in pinch

I ordered two sets of earrings--one with the cobalt blue, the other with black glass. They are both beautiful and well made, although I didn't think about how heavy they are (I have sensitive lobes!) But they turned out to be comfortable to wear, too.

I have received almost everything I ordered, the personalized items are on their way! Only complaint, I ordered a purse in burgundy, received it in blue. (?) I like the blue, though, so I am keeping it, but it was disappointing that the order was wrong.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, it's better than I expected, fast processing and delivery.
Everything on OpenSky can be purchased on eBay or Ali Express for literally 98% off the price OpenSky has it for. This is a sham operation that allows cheap Chinese factories and wholesalers to sell junk to gullible consumers at an exorbitant markup. Don't fall for it. If you see an item you like, do a Google Image search using one of the photos posted by the OpenSky merchant. I guarantee for most clothing and jewelry you'll spot it on a SheInside-type site for way cheaper.

Placed order for two lamps on oct22 and was told they would be shipped out within 4-7 days. When no receipt by 18 nov I contacted merchant who told me he never received order or his money and could not fulfill the order at the price guaranteed by open sky even though 37 of the lamps were in stock. Elissa in customer service seemed to understand that as an Amazon like company that they should negotiate with the retailer to fulfill and even if they had to take a loss because of their mistake, they should do so. Without further contact with the seller the cancelled the order. I did not receive a full refund. I will have to pay hundreds more for the item since I bypassed a sale elsewhere after placing this order. These people should be shuttered permanently. Worst on line retailer ever

I received a "reminder" email today that said don't forget about your $75 credit! I have never heard of this store. I will however not ever shop there due to the marketing scam in place. This is a horrible way to do business. They should have in small letters the details at least. This scam wastes peoples time.

When I have had site or store credit with other companies, I have been able to use it as cash to purchase merchandise at the corresponding store/website. Not so with Open Sky. After being told that I had a $75 site credit, I spent 30 minutes shopping for about $70 of stuff I didn't need, but figured I would take it was free. Then I saw that the "credit" only covered a few dollars of the purchase amount, so that after shipping and handling were added, my order total actually exceeded $70. Nice. Call me naïve, but I still felt pretty misled. I never checked out, and never plan to shop Open Sky in the future.
Update: My response to Open Sky's response: The appropriate word for what you are describing is "discount coupon" not "credit." Until you start telling people what you are really offering them, you will continue to get negative reviews.

Most frustrating! I placed an order then changed my mind after reading reviews. I requested that the order be cancelled prior to shipment and they sent it anyway. For over a month now I've been trying to make contact o get my money back. I received a shipping label, followed the instructions. Waiting and looking for my refund only to receive the package back. Marked "undeliverable " "address unknown". How can that be? I'm not giving up, I want my money back. I will try the BBB and ask my bank for assistance.

Opensky's advertising is very misleading. It states that you have a credit, and when you order something it picks and chooses what credit it is going to give you and you don't know that until the end of your order. They also retain your credit card info and automatically charge your account. I tried three seperate times to cancel the order, first time immediately after I finished order and I received a message that it was too late. Also, I returned the items that I ordered and never received a credit to my charge card. They owe me money. My next step is to write the BBB.

I ordered four pillow covers from Turish Kilim via Open Sky. This was on November 14th. The vendor said that they had shipped, but to date I have not received anything. Open Sky did refund my money but the vendor said that I could keep the pillow covers, which never arrived. Just one more reason not to do business with Open Sky. This site is one big joke.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
