I bought a pair of the antique Noxema jar glass and silver earrings. Open Sky was great in tracking my package and I knew exactly when it was going to arrive (which was very quickly). The earrings are lovely and they are not heavy on your ears. I'm very pleased with OpenSky and will definitely purchase from them again.
If i could put zero stars i would, the product i ordered is not as advertised and the only way to contact someone is thru email and they never reply... stay away from opensky, it is nothing but a scam!
Ordered the clip on lenses for mobile phones. I guess after my husband passed I got a little too trusting. This company is predatory. The lenses do not work. Not just me that has tried them. But very savvy technical minded people that cannot get them to work. No recourse at all. You order it then you are stuck. Do not be deceived by this company. No contact information for them on their website. Small wonder. I should have known better. Read everything on any website before ordering. No contact info? Don't order. Opensky is nothing more nor nothing less than a scam. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!

After 2 hours on the chat line with Open Sky, I was told so many 'canned' answers I actually thought I was being "punk'd". No, it was just never ending poor service. They then found the answer from the supplier and 10 days later, and finally shipped it. Not overnight because they had done nothing for 10 days, but their regular 10-12 day, which is now 20-22. They have added these tracking entries to the two above--I now have 4:

Open Sky has exceeded my worst service ever and that is a 50+ year old record. The slow delivery is only exceeded by the 'aggravating canned' written communications.

As you can see in the response below from Open Sky, their written communications consist of "aggravating canned" statements. Silence would have benefitted them more in this case.
The "Smart Bracelet" I ordered as a gift for Christmas was opened on Christmas day--it did not work--if you have read through these reviews, their 3rd party company "Vista" struck many times during Christmas. Since it was more than 14 days (12 of which were delivery days) the item could not be returned. If I every buy from Open Sky again, I have asked my wife to shoot me and she has agreed (a little too fast, I might add). If you do, shame on you.

My order that was supposed to be at my door within a week is still not here weeks later and I am continuously told OpenSky is "looking into things and will ship immediately." They give you the go around and when you call their customer service number you never get anyone on the line - I left my phone on speaker for over an hour and still no one answered. OpenSky is a horrible place to order from and I will never shop there again.

This place sent me horribly done personalized gifts from American Laser Crafts and for two weeks I've been trying to have them redone. I've sent multiple emails with no resolution - I ordered my gifts weeks ago so they would be here way early so that I can wrap them and send them to my newlywed sister and her husband. I'm shocked at how poor customer service is during the holidays and I sure hope I'm contacted ASAP and that my items are replaced and sent very soon so they can be given as Christmas presents.

When I ordered, several times I wasn't given a chance to review my order which made me think it didn't go thru. Happened several times so I hit the button again. I have been asked to give another review on OpenSky.com. I spent $39.99 and returned the blackish canvas bag. However, after many fruitless attempts to square this mess around, I wasn't able to contact these people and receive any results. After blasting the company HERE, and listening to their many excuses, I did receive $19.00 and change out of the 39.99 not including shipping of course. I did give one review of the outcome. Another woman had complained about the small amount she received back. Ladies and Gentlemen., this WEB SITE is only a WEBSITE and it is developed to make YOU give up in despair because you can't reach them without many wasted hours of attempting to contact them. IF YOU KICK UP A FUSS, you might hear from them after you have complained and written a review on SiteJabber regarding this company. They answer here. That canvas bag was light weight and didn't cost much to mail. I WAS sent $19 & change back. Charged $20.00 for shipping and probably handling fees. It is all about making you waste many hours and then repaying as small an amount as possible and delaying the shipping and return times so you don't have an option of returning the item you are returning. They use up extra days giving you a shipping label, they waste time in any reply they need to send you or they don't reply at all... I was huffily told that OpenSky houses HUNDREDS of business and "how could THEY be expected to know everything with every seller... NO ONE KNOWS what is going on and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think it is time that ALL of us bombard FACEBOOK and have OPEN SKY thrown OFF ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIAS YOU BELONG TO. SOMEONE STEP UP TO THIS SCAM... GET SOMETHING GOING TO STOP THIS. Unfortunately, it has not gone well so far. Ordered 3 items received 1 so far. The item I did receive was not as described. I wear a size 5 (US) so I figured I would order a size larger (6) just to be on the safe side. It turned out to be closer to a size 4. My other 2 rings have been delayed; side-tracked or whatever & I am still waiting to receive them.

This was my first order from OpenSky and I got several pieces of jewelry. The prices were fantastic and when I received the items was very happy to see they are all really good quality. Some sites pictures nice items and when your receive the time it is inferior quality. That is not the case with OpenSky. I will definitely be ordering from them again and again.

I purchased a fit watch for $39.00. It took forever for the watch to arrive, then I could not download the app. There was an additional slip of paper in my order that said the app was outdated and that apple was working on one. LOL! I downloaded an app for the watch, older version, that would only give me European measurements. I figured that out, thinking the newer version which was coming so they said, would take care of that. Wore the watch one day, the band has an impossible clasp system on it so it fell off frequently. Then I put it on the charger for the second time and the charger pins were all different lengths and I could not get the watch to connect or charge. What a catastrophe this has been. Mind you I emailed the company all through this ordeal, to get no response. Finally I looked on my credit card bill, found a number, called. The man on the phone was nice enough and said he would reach out to the company. Two weeks later informed me that 14 days had passed so too bad. Doesn't seem to matter that I had been emailing the address enclosed in the packaging since day one. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Now I'll have a chat with AM EX.

The prices are definitely more expensive than you will find elsewhere. As someone has already suggested... do a Google photo search on the item you want buy. The prices are much more, because they charge vendors 20% fee on all sells... hence, vendors have to mark up items to make money! If you don't believe me, search for yourself. Even with the credits and sales prices, you will still pay more for the exact same item; a small business can not afford to offer their lowest price on a site that charges them 20%.

Ordered a Lokai bracelet for my grandaughter for Christmas. Wanted to exchange it for a different size... was unable. Tried to return the item, was told it was a final sale. Their site states you can return everything for two weeks after delivery. What a joke. I will do anything to prevent people from ordering from this unethical website. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
