I now need to return the item that took a month to be delivered and of course customer service is not getting back to me. And I only have a 14 day window for returns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. BAD NEWS.
I ordered a beautiful looking personalized wedding present from them. All I have gotten after three WEEKS is and endless supply of lies, saying that the item will be shipping out within a day or two. (When I ordered the items they said that it would ship in three DAYS.) Now I've got to scramble to find someone to personalize the items immediately, so that they will be ready in time for the wedding. So, after weeks of useless correspondence, now I have to pay extra to get it done in time, elsewhere!

I still have not heard from this website regarding my order of Nov. 28th. I had to order my item from Amazon which I should have done In the first place. I already got a text from them stating it will be delivered Dec 18. I guess I am out of my $36.00. Live and learn.

I ordered a Silver Sparrow Bird and Olive Branch Bracelet almost two weeks ago and still have not received it. What's worse is I've contacted customer service three times with absolutely no reply back. It's too bad too because they have very nice products, but after this horrible experience I will not be re-ordering from them.

I paid to get 2 picture keepers and I only got one and I keep sending e: mails to see what happened and if someone is going to take care of this and no one seems to care cause no one is getting back to me. That is why I am giving 1 star. I ordered many times from OpenSky but very bad customer service. I am still waiting for an answer to see how they will take care of this.

I ordered my product on November 29th, pickup by post office from their location was December 1st. Sorted on December 8th. Where is the package? Supposedly it is in transit. I have made 8 other purchases from Tigerdirect, Newegg, Target and ebay and have received all of them. I have even mailed packages from my location to Utah and Ohio and they have been received as of yesterday. Either they have a postal problem in Texas or they are lying about when they scan their packages. No idea if the product is good or not. Right now we have a service problem. It should not take 2 weeks to get a package from Texas.

They look beautiful but they have ancient USB plugs that do not fit any of my electronics. Even tried to use my own iPhone plugs and they do not fit into the charger sticks. And, the seller will not give me a refund! Bought four for $58 and can't give them to any of my grand kids for Christmas. Bummer experince

Maybe it was because I placed my order on Cyber Monday but I found the website difficult. I think because it was running slow, I could not get to checkout. I purchased a cutting board and I was kinda

Delivery was incredibly fast. The product was a little disappointing. I ordered two cutting boards with names burned on. One was dark the other was barely legible. A bit disappointed with the product.
The gifts I purchased are for Christmas I am excited to see everyone's faces! I timing of receiving the packages is good.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
