I am unable to return this item... I am MORE than upset about that! The chain cannot even fit around my neck (and I'm not heavy)... the Initials are barely visible and the silver discs themselves can easily be mistaken for Tin... I would not recommend this item to anyone... I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY!
I ordered & was billed for 2 canvasbags, but only received 1. I sent a message to OpenSky 2 days ago, and I'm still waiting for a response regarding this issue.

I am completely disappointed in the way in which customer service handled my order. I contacted them to change my order from 3 to 2. They cancelled the wrong item. I contacted them again. They cancelled the entire order. I contacted them again. They reassured me that it was corrected. It wasn't. Now I am unable to order one of the items, and the one that is on order (for a Christmas gift) suddenly is also unavailable after waiting two weeks for it to be shipped! I will not order from here again!
I received the charge cord quickly. It works perfectly, and appears to be well made.
I ordered the neon green cord with purple, however, I received the purple cord with green. Not a problem because I like purple too.
The sweater I ordered arrived from China with no packing label, so no option to return or exchange... this sweater is so cheaply made I threw it out. What a complete waste of money.

I purchased the "Cut Loose" Long Sleeve Shirt by Amaryllis on November 27; shipping was not included. The product was not delivered until December 15. There were intermitent emails that repeatedly stated that shipping was delayed. I received the product today and tried it on. The shirt is medium to low quality and it doesn't fit or hang the way it does in the pictures. There are no reviews of the garmet on the OpenSky website so you cannot research your purchase. I will not make another purchase on OpenSky.

I received the same type of initial response as the woman who said she ordered several items and received them all, except one. I have sent 5 or more emails to opensky, with zero responses, other than an automated one. I ordered on 25 November, and it is now 15 December. The tracking number stated a delivery on 7 December. I will be contacting my state's Attorney Generals office to report your company, as well as initiating a call to my credit card company to start the process of cancelling my order in order to get my money back.

I purchased the black leather case for iPhone 6 Plus with side access for cards, license, etc. it's real quality and soft in the hand. I will be ordering in different colors. Great service and delivery time was only few days.

I was told that they contacted the merchant and they were waiting to hear from them. They sarcastically thanked me for my patience. I have ordered 2 other items that arrived in a timely fashion. RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
