OK, I take it back. Once you figure out how to reach someone, these seem to be good people. One of their vendors (only, and I dealt with 3) really messed me over. I did a bit of research and found the corporate offices. A bit of finagling and I found the president's email addy and sent him a very hot note. In less than two hours, they got back to me, processed a refund and let me know. And if the package ever does show up, it's mine for all the frustration. They may be hidden behind a lot of doors, but they are reachable. While not getting what I wanted for my daughter (and having to go out shopping AGAIN) is a bummer, at least my blood pressure has come down though I still have to stop crying about all this. They deal with a lot of vendors and can't be responsible for one of them messing up.
I ordered my "Christmas Gifts" on 12/2, today is 12/21 and still no where to be found. The tracking number they provided hasn't been updated since 12/16 so god only knows where anything is at this point NEVER AGAIN! You've lost a customer.

Easy to order, was able to contact a real person when I had a question. The items arrived quickly. I received emails with updated tracking information. I felt very informed from the first email saying it shipped to the last email showing it delivered by my postman. I will definitely be ordering from OpenSky again.
I purchased 2 items. The neckchain is very poor quality. I just realized that it is not returnable. It is so cheap looking that it will not be given as a gift as was intended. The next purchase was wireless earphones that I just realized can only be returned 14 days after arrival. I hope they work because they are a christmas gift and will not meet the return policy guidelines. I am very dissapointed and will not be ordering from open sky in the future.
Placed an order for cutting board for Christmas, 7 days after order, CC was charged, next day OPENSKY sends me a cancellation notice with no reason given. They state I will receive refund, but get this less the S&H! Sent two emails with no response, now I'm scrambling to get another gift. Stay away from OPENSKY
Well OPENSKY responded and said it was a mistake and it wasn't cancelled HD it would ship 12/21... no surprise it didn't ship. Still no answer on charges. Very bad experience other reviews on them are accurate

It was my first time shopping on Open Sky. I was looking for a certain type of purse in a certain color and having difficulty finding it. I started looking at the Open Sky site and found a myriad of purses. I found just what I wanted and had it in my home in 3 days. I am a happy shopper!

The item I ordered was shipped and I received several updates via email regarding the status as it made its way to my door. Item received in excellent condition and well before the estimated arrival date! Super satisfied and might I add, guaranteed return customer.
The products I have received, have been great - especially the Rock Hill jewelry. However, they listed one item as delivered and I never received it. I wrote to customer service, but have not yet received a reply.

I have contacted the New York Attorney General's office regarding Open Sky. This company is a dishonest, scamming company that only wants your money and will not deliver. I will not let them get away with it so easily. I already complained to BBB, and now pursuing legal action through the NY AG's office. I suggest everyone else do the same to stop this company.

Placed order for several items. Only a couple have been delivered. Despite NUMEROUS inquiries w/ customer no service I'm still waiting on three. All three have confirmed shipment BUT one tracking number (FEDEX) is bogus & the other (USPS) shows pick up but no further progress. I'm beginning to think it is also bogus.
Late breaking news! After waiting 3 weeks for item sent FEDEX, Open Sky now says the seller never shipped & no longer sells on the site! WTH- It took them three weeks after confirming shipment to discover their fraudulent seller?
After yet another week the second part of this order sent USPS has not shown any tracking movement beyond "pick-up". Open Sky Customer "Love" continues to maintain that they are unable to communicate w/ the vendor which seems curious. Surely the "vetting" process would include contact information for situations like this.
I "smell" another cancelled order coming!

I ordered an infinity scarf in Sept. Here it is Dec. Never got it. Contacted Love team at opensky.com and no response. Won't ever order from them again, not helpful at all.
I think this place should be investigated for fraudulent sales and be closed down and not allowed to open up again. Not even under another name.

Ordered fitness tracker on Dec 3. Tracking information states item was shipped Dec 7 but contains no other information. Customer service has not replied to any e-mails, live chat gets no response, and I waited 45 minutes for phone contact. I will try to get my money back and never order again.

Since discovering OpenSky, I have purchased several items. Ordering is easy-peasy and delivery is quick. I am very happy with my purchases.

My sister panicked when she thought my gift had disappeared from her mailbox. She went to check and found it had been delivered after all! She was delighted with it. I found no place to identify it as a gift from me. Or, a place to have it gift wrapped.
So I just got an email from Open Sky stating they have issued me a refund for the fitness bands I purchased and that they will be "taking measures" against sellers that do not ship promptly. I just checked my credit card and there is no refund from them, the phone call I got Monday of this week from a customer service rep stated that the bands would be here by Wednesday of this week or Friday at the latest. Apparently no one there knows what is happening either. What a nightmare! They have left me in a bad spot as these were Christmas gifts. Oh, and just to make it even more of a pain, I just reviewed the email and it could take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on my card. Funny, they could take the money off right away, but giving it back will take 2-5 business days? "Im sorry" doesn't cut it at this point Open Sky!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
