Just Plain Horrible

Paid for a $21.00 hoodie. Got a conformation Email from the website. And every link I clicked on said basically "sorry this item is unavailable". So I have to buy something else and I also didn't get a refund. I'll never buy from this website again, when they finally contacted me via email, they made it my fault. And will also be communicating with officials to get the site taken down mediately.

I ordered a smart fit for my son for Christmas and he never recd it. It has been sitting in Coppell, Tx since dec 15th, no movement. First of all, they charged me more for the item than advertised on their site. Second of all, no merchandise. I have sent them numerous emails, but no response, other than an automated message that they will get back with me in 2 to 3 days. I want a refund, but apparently from other reviewers that is impossible to get. Tomorrow I will be reporting them to theiA attorney General's Office for fraud and deceptive business practices. They email me every day with offers which I wish I could get rid of. There is no chance in hell that I would ever order from this company again. Hello Amazon! Pam

After returning my product and several emails to Opensky ( Remember they don't make it so you can call them) hence 3 months have gone by with no cooperation from Opensky. I finally turned it over to my credit card to dispute. Are you ready for this? They finally did credit my credit card but withheld almost $20.00 of my purchase price. So I am once again disputing that $20.00. If you get a refund and its not the amount you should be getting back. Contact your credit Card Company again and file another dispute. Don't allow them or any company to withhold any of your money out of greed! I will do another review once this dispute has been resolved.

Terrible

I will never order from this site again. I ordered a product for my husband for Christmas and like everyone else I never received my product. It took them days even to process it and when it finally "shipped" the link they provided never updated. My husband never got his gift for Christmas. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Ordered and paid on December 16th. As of December 24th no merchandise, no response from customer service and no tracking information other than the order was picked up December 19th. Would not recommend OpenSky or use them again.

I was going to order some things this morning, have been considering it for a week or so. The site itself made me uncomfortable, is not easy to navigate. And now so many negative experiences suggest I won't order anything, after all. Just too similar to what I experienced with Orbitz this week. No ownership of problem, blame the customer, no real resolution.

It's Christmas Eve and I'm still waiting for an order I was suppose to receive a week ago.
NEVER AGAIN! Save yourselves. I couldn't find a phone to talk to a human being.

Is it open sky or USPS?
December 24, 2015

I ordered two things on Open Sky great prices, good cute items for people hard to shop for. One was ordered Dec 14th and came on the 19th. One was ordered on December 16th and still hasn't come. Today is December 24th. The Open Sky site says it is in a USPS office in Texas, the USPS site says it logged my package, but it shows no activity since arriving in the Dallas site the USPS says expected deliver is two days ago. It looks like the Post Office that OPEN SKY orders are going through is the problem. I sure hope Open Sky figures that out. That Post Office gets terrible reviews.

Beware of Open Sky

I ordered a Fit watch as a gift for Christmas the first week of December. It was due within 10 days. No Fit watch ever arrived. Checked the tracking number, it was supposely pick-up in Texas. I live in Chicago. I called the company and the recording gave me a 3 hrs wait time. Wrote to Open Sky and the gave me a 2-3 days response. Now its a day before Christmas and I have no gift. I would never use Living Social or Open Sky again. I want a refund and I will also call my bank and get another credit card to protect myself from these Scamers.

Ordered my daughter's Xmas presents first week in December. The merchant is Vista Shops. It appears that Vista shops is one of their largest merchants. Order details indicated that it would be sent in 3-4 days, mail time as much as 10 days. That would put it at Dec. 20th at the latest. Exactly like another recent post, I received notice that it was shipped with a tracking number. It "stalled" on Dec. 13th in Texas. Nice notes from Opensky, like the ones below but no resolve. They offered to refund my money. Great, it's 2 days before Xmas and I am in bed sick. Tried calling Vista Shops - when you dial for Operator, it rings than disconnects you. Shocker. I have emailed, called, pleaded that they would do the right thing and overnight my order. Obviously, that isn't happening. It's a shame if Opensky is a victim of their merchant, but I will not order from them again and clearly NEVER from Vista Shops. Actually, not really sure they even exist. Yes, I'm angry. I've never written a review, but had to get this off my chest.

I requested no information about the price to be included in the package, as it was a gift. Customer service reassured me that the packaging slip does not include the price. The recipient of my gift did not know that I sent the item and was shown the price on the packaging slip. How embarrassing. I should have just gone to another website and have this done right.

On 12/12, I ordered 3 items for Christmas (supplier was Vista Shops). On 12/14 I received a tracking # for USPS. The tracking indicated that the order had left Texas at 5:39 pm on 12/14. I checked daily however nothing changed on the package tracking. I could not get any additional info from the Post Office. On 12/21, I contacted (chatted - they do not list a phone number and you can only email or chat) Open Sky. I was told by the first agent that he would contact the supplier and to please hold; he then disconnected the chat. I chatted again, after 12 minutes waiting, explained to a second agent. I was told that they were contacting the supplier for status but it looks like the package has not moved. On 12/22 and 12/23, I chatted again, and was told that the supplier had not replied to their inquiries from 12/21. I asked to be connected to a supervisor, that request ignored in the reply, and I was told they would refund my money and cancel the order. That is what I did but that does not help me now that it is 12/23 and I have no gifts for 3 little kids and have spent hours trying to track down my merchandise. If Open Sky uses such irresponsible suppliers or have such a bad relationship that they will not reply to customer inquiries, I will never make another attempt. It could be a fluke but this has been such a frustrating experience, I am not willing to risk going through it again.

HORRIBLE!

I ordered a Podium Style Folding Gadget Stand with Built in Power Bank on December 10th. I received an email telling me it was in transit. However, in transit was at Coppell, TX from Dec 14-22. Customer Service refused to ship overnight so I could have it for Christmas. The rude woman stated "you will get it on December 26th" No assistance in accomodating me when I placed my order in ample time to receive it before Christmas Day. Never again... stay away from these scrooges!

I made a purchase of a FIT bracelet was promised 10 day delivery I have sent numerous email with no response 2 1/2 weeks later I still do not have3 it. Finally chatted on line with their support and they said they do not know where it and can not refund my money because it may eventually show up. I had to call my credit card company and have them reverse the charge and they recommended that I close that credit card and issued me a new one so the company could not run my card again.

I ordered 300$ worth of Xmas gifts on the 10th and none of them have even shipped yet. I would never consider ordering from them again. I've written four times to get updates and twice now to cancel and I have not received any response. Worst possible service on ever level. I can't say if the product is actually any good since I may never receive it.

Disappointed

I placed my order on 12/3 and still no arrival of my items on 12/22. I had a heck of a time locating their phone number so I contacted them multiple times via their website. The only responses I received were automated messages stating someone would get back to me in 3 business days. Never once did I receive a personal phone call or email for a customer service rep from their company. I had a tracking number and the package must have gotten lost which is what I explained to them and you can clearly see by looking it up on UPS. When I finally reached a human, they lacked professionalism and customer service. So basically he said I'll just refund your money. I will get it in 3-5 days. That's awesome except that I was counting on this item as a Christmas gift for somebody. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I certainly will never do business with them again. Frustrating!

I made two orders one on Dec 9th and the other one on Dec 12th and not one has show up. The tracking number for both of them have never been change only says in transit. I call them on Dec21 and they say that the one from the 12 will be delivered on the 23rd and don't know about the other one. I called again today and now they say the one from the 9th will be delivered on 23rd and don't know about the other one. I ask about the Tracking number and they said it is the same number but the USPS can not find it and said that they don't know how they can tell me it will be delivered when they can't find it. I will never use this company again and I don't know how in the HELL THE BBB CAN GIVE THIS COMPANY A+
