Awful company. I will never shop from their site again. Didn't receive my order. I have sent so many emails and they have all fallen on deaf ears. Customer service is terrible. In fact the worse of its kind. Do yourself a favour and do not shop on this site. All they are interested in, is your money, not customer satisfaction.
I placed an order with Open Sky on December 11th. It was supposedly taken to the post office in Coppell, TX on December 14th. The post office has opened a case in order to track my package. I sent an email to customer love a week ago. Still waiting on a response! I wish I had looked up the reviews on this company before I had placed my order!

Well I am just another customer without the stuff I ordered on Dec 12th. Have received other orders since then with no problem but I want these 2 that I ordered and paid for already. One item was that poseable pad stand with the charger. Open Sky has great stuff but they need much more help with their orders. They will not answer my emails or refund my money. Now what do I do? Is there a place to go to that would be responsible for the lack of customer service?

I placed 4 orders with open sky, and received 3 in time for xmas (12/10/15 order date), the 4th through Vista Shops stalled in Coppell, TX for 19 days. I am supposedly receiving these christmas gifts today, after the tree is down, and the guests have gone.
Customer service would not help until they had contacted vendor, and refused to cancel this order.

Open Sky is a middle man for several different vendors. I ordered some earrings from Vinster and they were outstanding in service, promptness and quality. However, my second order was from MyFashionville... horrible experience. The item was ordered on December 16th and supposedly picked up the post office on the 17th. There, like the majority of orders it seems, became stalled in La Habra. Post Office was no help and "customer love" was no help. Finally, two weeks later I talked to an actual person who was very very nice. That afternoon I received a new tracking number for my item. HOWEVER, AGAIN, STATUS IS STALLED FOR FOUR DAYS NOW. I really dont think they have a product to mail and that it is all a big scam! DO NOT go through the frustration I have... it is totally not worth the time and effort! No product, no refund, no nothing!
I ordered my son's Christmas gifts on December 10th. Packages never arrived. Sent 3 emails and nothing. No response. Called USPS and they never received packages to be mailed from company. Tracking number invalid. Real shocker there! Total scam! BEWARE!

No one should use this site. It uses people. I bought the master star night light for my step son and when I received it the package was damaged but I decided that was fine then I take out the night light and the top just came completely off but once again I said no problem easy fix. Then I turn it on and it only worked for one day. I tried getting ahold of someone as protocol through email twice and still no response from them. They sell crappy items and take no responsibility for them. They are nothing but crooks.

I ordered several items from Opensky for Christmas. Several came in a timely fashion, but I did not like one so requested a return on Dec. 18 via the email protocol. Automated response, nothing else. Requested again Dec. 26 with same result. Another item is only now being sent. Was not pleased with quality of the jewelry items, but my daughter liked them and they were a gift for her. Given the issues with return, I cannot recommend this company. And the return will be at their discretion and deducted from my payment-IF I ever get the info.

Ordered Christmas gifts first week of November to make sure I got them in time. My account was charged that day they waited till after Xmas to tell me those items weren't available & still haven't returned my money or answered any emails & when I call it goes to a static & hangs up! I LEARNED A 200$ LESSON!

Ordered a gift for Christmas and it never arrived. The amount has been "processing" for 2 weeks, I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel the order. Finally when I called my bank to stop the charge, the bank tells me this is a reoccurring charge! I was able to block any charges from this company! STAY AWAY THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

I ordered a Christmas present gave over $50.00 for it, when it arrived the USB cord cover was broke and the wires also. To date Dec. 30 still no response. They would be a great company if they would just comply with orders.

Ordered on Dec 11 looked on their site for shipping and found out shipped on Dec 16 then no movement called on 12-20 said they will contact shipper I sent 5 emails with no response then on 12-24 they said they do not know what happened would issue refund now 12-30 no refund this company is simply BAD DO NOT USE

I have sent four emails inquiring why my USPS tracking # has had no movement in seven days. I keep getting the same auto response-- "we will get back with you in 2 to 3 days". And nothing.

Ordered a wool blanket shawl and necklace for my daughter on December 18. The necklace was guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. The shawl was not, but I was okay with that. The necklace never arrived and the tracking number for it goes nowhere. No mention about what's going on with the shawl. But my credit card has been charged on December 19! No response from customer service. Disputed the charge and going to let my credit card company handle this. Sorry I ever clicked on this site!

I purchased a 10 ft smartphone charger cord that said it would be compatible with my iPhone 6... only it doesn't fit snugly enough to let the iPhone charge! Totally useless to me. I'm returning the item! They were pretty good about excepting my reason for my return. It took 2 days for them to send me a return shipping label.
I have bought a couple of products and have been extremely disappointed. First I bought a Fitbit which I downloaded data to my phone. It's all in metric and the data sync to my phone only when I'm right next to my phone. Then I bought the Ispy mini for my son and again it will only sync to the phone if only a couple feet away. The camera picks up images but the screen stays green and fuzzy. Horrible horrible products and total rip offs. These products on this sight are not made well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SIGHT. IT IS A RIPOFF

I ordered an item from OpenSky a couple of weeks ago. I received it quickly, however, it was not the item I ordered. I have now contacted them FIVE times. It took them 6 days to respond, and zero progress has been made. I assume it will be another 5-6 days for them to respond again, so at this rate, it probably won't get resolved for a few more weeks (if ever). The item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom.
I was sketched out by this company prior to ordering but they had an A+ on BBB so I thought it would be okay. Totally regret it. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You've been warned!

I ordered two items from Opensky. One was a selfie stick with props. The other was a lariat necklace. I was aware they were not going to arrive before Christmas. The selfie stick I could have gotten for $10 cheaper on Amazon, but I liked the online pics of the face masks/props. OMGOSH... the props came in a sandwich size baggie and are cut out of tag board at best, so small and super cheaply made.
The lariat neclace with "pearls" just arrived. I was going to give it to my daughter in law as a late Christmas gift and forget it! The picture online of a woman wearing the necklace made it look high quality, the chain and leaf design... delicate and attractive. Looks like something you would get at the Dollar Store. Never again opensky.com!

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
