I was very excited to see a Smart Fit health monitoring wrist band at a discounted price. I placed the order on December 17,2015. I received an email on December 21,2015 saying it was in transit. I called Open Sky today (January 5,2016) because I still have not received the Smart Fit. The gentleman I spoke with was going to contact the merchant because the tracking email is not up dated, it is still in transit with the date of December 21,2015. I would not mind if it was out of stock and I had to wait but there needs to be some communication as to what is taking so long.
I placed a different order from Open Sky a couple days after the Smart Fit and received that order in a few days.
I am not happy especially since my account was charged soon after I placed the order. Three weeks later I still have a missing Smart Fit.
I ordered a 4x6 barn wood photo frame and was shocked at the lack of quality this had. The inner wood wasn't even finished! It looks like something I'd pick up at Big Lots... and even they have better photo frames than that! I'd return it, but it would cost me more to do that and so I'm just going to donate it to Goodwill.

I am very disappointed with my recent order which was the Satin Pillow Jan. Second I received a email from usps saying my order was delivered to my front door, but the problem is I never received it because tracking said it was shipped to Everett Wa. That is not where I live my address is Las Vegas Nevada, *******. I contacted usps and they said it was delivered to Everett WA. And open sky shipped it to the wrong place. I contacted open sky and was told I have to wait for 2-3 days to get it straightened out. That was Jan. 3 I believe so I am still waiting. I have been ordering from Open Sky for a few yrs now and have never had any problems (it was probably do to the holidays) so I will see how it comes out and hopefully I will receive my order soon.

I keep getting asked for my opinion on this order instead of replacing a unit that does not work with a unit that does work. I received a unit that was already charged. Then when I tried to charge it, it won't work. I have initiated communication to try to get an exchange but they don't seem to be responding even though they said they would. I hope this doesn't become a fight.

My last order was shipped December 19, according to the tracking info I was given, and has never arrived, also according to the same tracking information.

I have purchased several items from OpenSky. I have been exceedingly pleased with both the quality and prices of these items, especially the rings I purchased from Rockhill Designs
It has been picked up from Texas for 3 weeks now and hasn't updated. I sent an email a week ago to see where it is but no one has responded.

I purchased 4 items from OpenSky. One item came after Christmas and I have tried to return it with no response as to how to do this from Open Sky (email and call to customer service). The email response was about a change in shipping which had nothing to do with how to return and get a refund. Another item I ordered (Pig of the Month BBQ) arrived on time but my credit card has been double billed for the exact same amount. I will NEVER use this "community" again.

Why do you have to be a shady site that pulls people in then change your pricing, and offer 75.00 credits in peoples accounts that you cannot really get. Even clicked on three different areas that said 75.00 credit, it only takes you to shop more. I won't give shady businesses my business, period.
And now the company sends a reply to my review. Please. Look at your ratings, you have a problem with the way you do business. It's marketing 101, FIX the problems, don't tell people to read up on how your 'points' work. It doesn't!

I am very upset that I have not yet received my prepaid order from Dec 7,2015, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have sent several messages to Customer Service and have only received e-mails back saying they would respond in 2-3 days, and then received no further response whatsoever. My first 2 orders in October and November were handled very efficiently, but this is completely ruining my opinion of Open Sky. I am about to say I will never shop with them again, and I am about to complain to the Better Business Bureau about there horrible customer service.

After reading reviews, I was hesitant to place an order. However, since I couldn't find anything similar that I liked, I decided to ignore my gut and place an order. I ordered the LUX DRAPES Cozy Cardigan on Dec 12. According to shipping info it was picked up by the post office the same day. However, it sat in Coppell, Texas until Dec. 28. After one on-line contact and 3 phone contacts, I finally received it Jan 2nd; several days after stated delivery date of Dec. 31.
The cardigan is a very, very lightweight T-shirt material and certainly not worth the $129.95 list price or what I expected The cardigan I received does not have a manufacturer's tag in it as pictured, so I'm wondering if it's a knock-off. I've decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of trying to return it since I didn't pay that much for it.
I found it interesting that on one of my phone contacts, the phone was answered, "This is____." The person never identified that I had reached Open Sky or asked if he could help me. Doubt that I will take the chance and order from them again.

This company is terrible - stay away. I ordered my products on December 13th and have yet to receive anything. Despite emails to the company and an actual call where the customer service rep promised she'd send me a confirmation email - I've gotten nothing! I do not have time for this - save yourselves the trouble!

IN MY OPINION, THERE IS NO RATING FOR THIS COMPANY but had to choose something.
I placed an order on December 10,2015 and to this date, January 4,2016, I have not received the order nor have I heard anything by email or telephone regarding this order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM Open Sky AGAIN. POOR, POOR, BUSINESS STANDARDS in my opinion. I haven't heard from the "other" company that Open Sky represented. The only communication I received a message saying the order was packaged on December 14 and in "system on December 18,2015. I am sure that was their standard message they send to customers to pacify the customer. What kind of business can operate like this and stay in business for any length of time. Surely I hope not this one. My question is WHAT SYSTEM?
Again, very poor BUSINESS STANDARDS. I contacted my credit card company and they will take whatever measures to get their payment back. I will not be charged for the order. AT LEAST MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY acknowledges their poor business practices.

I placed a fairly large order ($308) with OpenSky. Unfortunately, these items were ALL Christmas gifts and ordered in plenty of time beforehand. 6 of the Items never showed. And of those items was my Mom's, MIL and Husband's gift from the Kid's. The others were for the Kid's. I started sending email's prior to Christmas and have continued to do so. 7 day's later I received a Response stating that they would contact the Vendor. Ok. And? What? Nothing! I have continued to receive zero response(s) to my follow up emails. My Bank has stated that "This isn't the 1st time WE have had this issue with OpenSky and/or it's Vendor's"
What is scary about that, is my bank is a smaller "Community" type Bank. So for them to have had these issues and know of this, freaks me out!
At this point, I just want my Money back so I can by these items elsewhere. I was unable to replace these items for Christmas for 2 reasons, one being Money and the other being, I actually thought they were coming! At first, I was more than willing to take the products, had there been some sort of communication. However, 14 days later, numerous emails and nothing has happened... I want my cost of them items (that are missing) and the shipping for each individual item! I told the Bank this morning (after finding a Phone Number HERE), that I will try calling Customer Support. If there is no resolution or response, they said they will deal with it on the "Fraud Department" end. I hate to go that route. It shouldn't have to be that way, as I have dealt with OpenSky before, ZERO problems with Product and Delivery. But this... has pushed my patience. I have tried and they do not seem to care. Not one but. After 14 days? Nothing.

I had never tried Open Sky but when they popped up in the search results for Maytag Blue Cheese I thought I would try it. Nice web site, easy to order. I got the cheese in a timely manner but the other order I placed still hasn't even been shipped. Ordered on 12/18. I sell online and have for years. I go to the Post Office everyday. They do make mistakes but very few. I have shipped thousands of items, a few have been late, one has been lost, but overall they are very good. It's not the post office. It is difficult to guarantee a delivery date when you are not in charge of shipping it. They need to sort out their vendors and have some shipping standards. Everyone thinks selling online is easy, it's not. You have to manage your product, inventory and SHIP. What's the point otherwise.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
