I did a lot of Christmas shopping this year (2015) with OpenSky and haven't been disappointed with the merchandise or the delivery of the merchandise. Excellent selections from various vendors and will continue to shop with them again and again.
Went well ordered easily and got to in a reasonable time.
I had received the wrong item and followed steps to return it properly. Its been weeks of no contact and there is no easy way of contacting them! However they bombard me with 2-3 emails a day offering promotions but no resolution to my problem. Worst customer service do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

THe stamped jewelry I purchased for gifts were just as expected and loved by those who receivfed them.
I ordered a pair of leggings a month ago and got an email just 2 days after saying my order shipped, along with a tracking number. When I track the item all it says is it was picked up. It's been like that the entire time. I've emailed customer service and just like other reviewers I get emails saying "thanks for your email we'll get back to you in 2-3 days." That was 2 weeks ago now. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm convinced it's a scam and just want my money back. Don't bother ordering from them. And what's the deal with the $75 credit?! A total scam if you ask me! Caveat emptor!

Shipping was prompt however the product was broken and did not function so it was shipped by today for a credit.

Your quality of delivery time and response to questions is spotty. I received my first purchase in 13 days and the next in 4. I'm still waiting on my latest purchase with no update in 3 days. I'd like to give you a good review but there is no consistency in service.

This necklace is even more beautiful in person.The chain sparkles and the aquamarine stone looks quite genuine! It is a great length! The disc with a letter fits well behind the aquamarine stone. I purchased this for a gift and it is perfect!

The last order was for a "guitar pick" which I've received no recent info on nor has it been received. I like your jewelry even though I know you get what you pay for.
I placed an order on Dec. 17. Was informed it shipped on Dec. 21. As of Jan. 5, I am still waiting. Their tracking number shows it in Texas on Dec. 21 and that's it. And their customer service got back to me today saying it can take up to 7 more days before they will even get back to me to let me know what's going on. But they sure charged my credit card within 24 hours of me placing the order.
Their return policy says you have 14 days from the date when you placed the order to return an item, so even if I don't like it (should I ever actually get my order), it's way too late for me to return it. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Will tell anyone I can to stay away from them.

I placed an order which ended being divided into 2 orders. I received 1. When tracking the second I found that OpenSky had given both orders the same tracking number. I reported this to them 3 days before Christmas & I have still not heard a word from them as to where the second item is or when I should receive it!
I have had a horrible customer experience with open sky and will never order from them again

This was my first time placing an order with Open Sky and I am not impressed. One key chain was suppose to be inscribed on both sides, but it arrived with words on one side only. I ordered a t-shirt and received a completely different one. I have contacted customer service twice now with no response. Still waiting on other items. So far, not so good...

I received something I need to return. Apparently I need a return number. I have tried calling (3 different times) and only get voice mail for customer service promising a call within 2 hours. And tried email also. Yesterday and today during their working hours. No response as of yet and another day past! Very frustrating

I ordered 2 Smart fit mini monitors on Dec 9 got them Dec 22 tried them they did not work i had my family helping was dissatified mailed them back Dec 29 sent you and e-mail have not heard anything Next i ordered Dec 11 a singing in the shower product and 2 fix a sport digit watch never have received anything so i e-mailed you and cancelled order last week also my credit card was charged for something i never received Please credit my card for all this you say you will get back to us 2-3 days but i hear nothing

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
