Make sure that you look at return policy. Even if they give you 14 days, sometimes it is from the date of your order, or the date of shipping out to you. Also if you have a problem they will not stand behind you or if your issue is with Open Sky themselves, they just keep placing orders and never take care of your problems. Actually after this, I don't think I will ever buy from they again!
Bought canvas purse with pockets and zippers - compartments were just what I needed.
After using it less than 1 month, (and I had switched to another purse for about 10 days during this 30 day period), the lining ripped away from the fabric in one of the pockets. When I wrote to ask what they would do - got so sad, too bad you can't return after 14 days. CHEAP product and won't buy from them again.

I order a fit band Dec 15th. It has been picked up In Copella, TX every since. Either the USPS there are a bunch of thieves or this company is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I am filing a report with BBC and will contact the Copella USPS Monday as soon as they open. This crappie Open Sky Scam company has gotten my last dime. Never again. Lesson learned! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but I had to put something. Ugh!

This wallet seems well made and at a great price for a leather wallet.
After 2 months, I am still awaiting credit on a return of a late shipment and a return label I had to be for. Totally unacceptable.

Opensky sent letter with tracking number on my account it states item has been delivered. In check-in item was delivered to someone in Myrtle Beach S. C. I just happen to live in MICHIGAN. These delivery companies deliver millions of items, a day but only items, from your portal Companies get delayed lost or vanish. I know these are not your companies but you placed your branding as the face of this companies as such you are the one we interchange with,, its your obligation to correct these matters as these companies go down so will you. I have ordered twice from your site. The first time it took a month to get my purchase. It was around the holidays so I let it slide. The second purchase didn't work properly. The packing slip said I had 14 days to return. I was to get a packing slip and pay for the return. I have never received the packing slip after emailing them several times. The 14 days have passed, so I am not sure if I will get my refund when I finally am able to return it. Not happy at all!

The product (a phone battery) came quickly, but it boasted being able to hold enough to charge 150% of a phone, but only does 40%...
Ordered a watch for my grandson for Christmas on 12/5. When I gave it to him on Christmas it did not work as advertised. I emailed to try to return. It took 4 days and 2 emails to get a reply, which was-youre out of luck as they have a 14 day return policy. All reputable vendors have a 30 day return, especially at the holidays. When they tell you immediately, that it may take 4 or more days to answer, due to the high volume of emails, you know this is a problem company. This is a scam, Another item I ordered did not even make it for Christmas even tho I ordered on 12/12. So if you order early to get it in time, you're out your money. If you don't order early, you don't get it in time. Either way you lose with Open Sky!

I placed an order on Dec. 17. It was, allegedly, picked up at Coppell, TX on Dec. 21. On Dec. 29, it was in Plano, TX. It left Plano late that night to NTX P&DC, which I read as being in Coppell, TX, where there may be 300,000 employees. It's still Dec. 29, when it allegedly left NTX P&DC, headed for Vermont and expected to arrive on Jan. 2. Today is Jan. 7,2016; no updates from USPS and no responses from OpenSky! I don't want the item anymore but I can't return what I don't have, and they are taking no responsibility that I can see.

I placed order for 3 SmartFit watches on Dec 19th to be delivered before Christmas.
Nothing came. USPS shows, they received something from OpenSky vendor, but no movement after that.
I called USPS, they said, it was just a scan, it was not a real box or an item, so there was nothing to ship.
I called OpenSky (btw, it took a long to find their number. For folks who are looking for it, here it is: *******779). OpenSky basically says, the vendor Vista Shops, basically is telling them all items have been shipped and I have to wait for them to be delivered!
When was the last time something that got shipped from TX would take over 10 days to be delivered any where in the U.S., that too first class.
Very very bad experience. I called the Credit Card company and disputed the charge.
Please do not buy anything from OpenSky or Vista Shops, just a bad experience.

I called the help desk, they said they will cancel the order, but money would not be refunded unless the equipment is returned (which I am not sure will ever arrive considering what I heard from USPS). So I chose to call the Credit Card and dispute the order.

So I finally received the order after 30 days, after repeated calls. I disputed the payment on my Credit Card, so I shipped the order back to Vista/OpenSky, as I don't want any more hassles with this company. I am done.

Open Sky, you should give that number more quickly and have other Customer a service people like Sylvia answer. She was exteremy understanding, eager to help, and is working on a solution. I placed a small order on Dec. 19th and it was suppose to be delivered by Jan. 2nd. I still have not received it. Since they use USPS, you can expect slowwwww deliveries, but this package just got stuck in the system. When I emailed OS, they said it might be a week for a response. A week? I contacted USPS & they opened a case. I probably will receive the order today. I was going to order something else from OS but then thought better. I'll stick with Amazon & keep my sanity. Eighteen days and counting. OS will be bankrupt within a year if they keep this pace up.
Since my package was shipped back to Orlando, for no reason, I told their Love people I was refusing delivery. I then notified my credit card and disputed the charge. I was told by USPS that the package was shipped by the slowest and cheapest rate possible. USPS can deliver it when they feel like it. I won't no part of Open Sky any more.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
