I bought some blue tooth headphones and they are absolutely terrible, not loud at all and have terrible battery life, if I still had the packaging I would send them back.
Saw the item on sale. Went to order item and the price was changed. Wanted item enough I purchased item anyway.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, orders 2 different graphic tshirts, promised before Christmas, didn't arrive by Christmas, arrived a week later, then it was not even what I ordered, they sent 2 tank tops, both the exact same! Not even close to anything I ordered, yet the order said my items were what they shipped!
Contacting them, HA! They don't care, said they don't do returns, or refunds WHEN they did finally respond, attempting to explain it was not a return or refund, THEY DIDN'T SEND WHAT I ORDERED, not even close to what I ordered...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS "COMPANY ", you will regret it.

I ordered a t-shirt from OpenSky and the seller was Biff Tees. After washing the shirt ONCE, the graphic was completely cracked and the paint was flaking off.
I contacted customer service who said they would contact the merchant to see if they'd be willing to send me a new shirt. Customer service kept saying they'd be in touch the next day and never got back to me so I had to keep sending them e-mails.
After about a week, they said they still never heard back from the merchant so they would give me a refund... MINUS the cost of shipping! So I only got back half of what I had paid for this horrible quality shirt.
So OpenSky and Biff Tees both have HORRIBLE customer service. It's completely ridiculous that Biff Tees didn't send me a new shirt and even more ridiculous that OpenSky only gave me a partial refund. Don't bother buying t-shirts from either of these sellers!

On December 14th, 2015 I purchased 4 Dr. Who Time Lord Gallifreyan Symbol Necklaces, order # *******. On December 23rd I received my order and there was only 3 necklaces. I contacted opensky.com on December 24th to inform them of my missing item and to inquire as to when I should receive the 4th necklace that I paid for. I heard no response from them. I contacted them again on December 29th, they finally responded and said they were sorry about my missing item and they contacted the merchant about the problem. After another week went by and I received no necklace or information about the necklace I contacted opensky.com again on January 5th. I received an automated response stating someone would get back to me but have still heard nothing. In my last email I stated I wanted the item within a week or I wanted a full (including shipping and tax) refund. I think it is preposterous that this company has no answer for me after almost a month.

I was so excited when it arrived. When I opened it I found a tiny little ring, size 4, when I ordered a 9. It doesn't even fit my pinky. I gave it to my daughter, she loves it. Thanks

It told me it would arrive in nine days. The shipping took over a month and it still wasn't arriving. No one contacted me back in my multiple emails. Then I finally got one saying my order has been canceled due to issues they had with the manufacturer. Not impressed. They lie a lot.

I placed an order for a SmartFit 4.0 Bluetooth Sleep & Health Monitoring Watch PLUS 2nd Free Belt on Dec. 12. Received a tracking# on Dec. 15. I have yet to see my product. I check the tracking# daily and it still tells me the same thing. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I sent a message to customer service. All they can tell me is that they shipped it.

On January 1st I placed an order for $60 for a ring from Diamond Veneer on opensky. I assumed it would be just like groupon or Amazon. After a long10 days of waiting I was super excited to see that the package was delivered today. I tore open the yellow envelope and opened up the gift box, only to find that it was completely empty! I am so frustrated. I was so looking forward to wearing the ring to an event this weekend. I can't even get a hold of open sky via phone, I had to email them and it says it could take up to 4 days for a response. I am thoroughly disappointed and have never had this type of experience with any other company. I am hoping this issue can be resolved or I will not be shopping with open sky again in the future.

Ordered the 3 pearl ring. Delivered timely. Beautiful ring... I wish I had been able to order a size larger tho. Got size 8 and needed a size 9... wish there had been a way to determine the size before ordering. Will see if a jewelry store can help me size it a little larger as I dont want to wear it as a pinky ring if I can help it..

I ENJOY SHOPPING AT OPEN SKY. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE PRODUCT THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEND BACK, BUT i NEVER GOT A REPLY TO MY REQUEST. THIS WAS THE NECKLACE WITH THE LEAF SHAPES AND THE LITTLE CROSS WAS SO SMALL IT FALLS OUT AND IT DOES NOT STAY TOGETHER, BUT FALLS OUT. NOT ONLY EMBARRASSING BUT THE NECKLACE WILL NOT STAY ON THE NECK.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
