I love the products and prices on offer at this site. However when I ordered an item, but the wrong item was sent to me. I wrote asking for a return/exchange but haven't heard back even though there is a time limit to exchanges. Help please?
I made a purchase that I do not like and have submitted that and have not reviewed word about returning it. There is no phone number to call. You have 14 days but you are supposedly waiting for what I don't know. The quality is sub par and I don't plan to orde from Open Sky again.

Im very pleased with Costumerservice and how they are stay on top of my one Problem of getting my one Order. I like all my other Orders and how quickly I Receiver them. I will keep buying thru OpenSky.

This company sells garbage. The cell phone clip on zoom lens looked like, and preformed like a cheap child's toy from a mini mart. The purse, which didn't have any dimensions listed was cheaply made and half the size it looked on their site.
800 number for customer service is endless ads trying to sell you everything from life insurance to time shares. Emails back from customer service are auto-generated by a computer, I kept getting the same emails after complaining that the previous emails were not addressing my problems with them. Then the email comes that states your 14 day return window has expired.

Wish I had done my homework and checked out this retailer before ordering. My item arrived missing a charger. Multiple emails and all I get is an auto-response that they are swamped but will get to me. That's lousy customer service. Clearly I can kiss my $$ goodbye. The "deals" aren't worth it when the merchandise is of such poor quality.
*** 2/9/16 Update: Only after I posted a negative review did OpenSky respond to my plight. I received a charger for the shower speaker in the mail 2 weeks later. Although, they never contacted me directly to communicate.

I purchase a tunic from this company and wanted to return it. The only way to contact the company is through email. I emailed them 5 times n know one ever got in contact with me. I even put my phone number in the emails. This company is a fraud.

My son ordered a necklace for my Christmas gift early to mid December which I received today 1/16/16. He contacted them repeatedly. I feel terrible that I put this item on my Christmas list, and he had such a horrible experience. Just what we all want us for a loved one to get their Christmas gift in mid January. Must agree with all the negative reviews, stay away from this site.

I ordered the V neck flowy Long Sleeve tunic. The material was very cheap and thin. Not even pajama material. You could never wear this without a cami or undershirt. It smelled funny. Also, there were no care instructions or material content. The sizing was off. I ordered an extra large thinking it would be very big and flowy based on the picture on the model. NOT This must be sized for an XL 10 year old girl with no boobs and toothpick arms. I should have read the reviews first. Good thing I had a coupon. It was listed as 69.00?! Are you kidding me? Reduced to 49.00. My coupon reduced the price where it isn't worth the trouble sending back. This is going in the bag of clothes for donation.

These people have no idea what customer service is. Purchased a Mota Charger for my iPhone 6Plus and got one for a 6? Sent an email inquiring about an exchange/return and haven't heard anything in nearly two weeks! I have an over priced charger that I can't use and I'm out $124! I received a email at 9:19pm Friday January 15,2016 claiming I had 'Unlocked a Surprise', the email went on to claim I would get a discount on an item I had marked as 'I love it' their form of favorite. I clicked on the box as indicated. I was taken to the checkout process. There is no additional savings. There is no explanation as to what 'Unlocking a Surprise' is other than the initial discount indicated in the email.
BEWARE OF OPENSKY. I believe that they are scammers and Phishing for credit card numbers.

Opensky.com has to be THE WORST online company I have EVER dealt with. Placed an order in December. Got an email January 4th with a USPS tracking number. Here we are 12 days later, and that tracking number has proven to be useless. I've emailed them twice now, and gotten replies several days later telling me they are "looking into it". This is not the way successful businesses in the 21st century operate. Getting ready to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I'll be damned if I pay them a cent!

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE. Not only did it take forever to get here but when it did it is so cheap and nasty I threw it away. You may ask why I didn't send it back. In early December, I decided to try shopping at OpenSky. There was plenty of time to receive my items, assess them and return if needed (fit, whatever). One of my orders was split and, while I received part of it, almost immediately, it took 18 days to receive the remainder. I called repeatedly to see where it was and, on one occasion, spoke with an individual who suggested OpenSky would not be the least concerned if it lost future business. (Fails #1 and #2) As it happened, I was quite disappointed with a top that had been ordered, so I contacted Customer Service. They graciously refunded S/H charges for that part of the order. However, when I observed the refund amount, it was almost $8 short. Hmmm... so I call OpenSky again and learn that I had the great (while unknown) pleasure of losing $8 due to the restocking fee. Nowhere had that information been shared with me. (Fail #3) I would suggest your save yourself potential angst by shopping elsewhere.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
