We ordered two Smart Fits from Open Sky. We received 1 with a packing slip that said 2. I have emailed them twice and heard nothing. (emailed a third time today) DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! They can't count and seem dishonest to me.

Would not order from this company again. After 30 days of emails back and forth and plenty of tracking (usps), the product never arrived. Much to my dismay, I was very disappointed. First saw the add on a side bar on facebook... rip off. Don'the bother. Waiting for my refund... maybe 2 to 5 days.

The tops I ordered for upwards of $30 are super thin and poorly made. They have no fabric content or laundering tags of any sort. The site says the MSRP is $108. THEY ARE SOLD ON EBAY FOR $4.99. FOUR DOLLARS AND NINETY NINE CENTS! BEWARE... Order #******* 1

I will NEVER, NEVER order from this site again. Ordered merchandise a month ago, still no merchandise, but the card has been charged and the billed paid. I ordered this from Opensky. It came quickly and well packaged. Ordering was simple enough and good thing, because that sleep mask is the best one I've ever had. I've already ordered another one. It doesn't really block that much sound unless you have music on, but it is so comfortable it helped me go to sleep. Love it!

I could have done better at the dollar store. The smell of plastic is overwhelming and the delivery from Texas to California took a month. Don't buy this junk.

I bought a pair of earrings, buy one get one free, and only one pair was sent out. There is no phone number to contact them, only an email address. They claimed they knew nothing about the BOGO deal, they were very unprofessional & didnt try to solve the problem.

Ordered a bracelet for which I waited three weeks only to be disappointed to receive a bracelet I did not order. Emailed OPENSKY and got only a robo email response. Finally found their phone number on BBB's website. They didn't believe I'd received the wrong item and asked that I email them a photo, which I did. After another week, they responded by giving me $20.00 of their bull$#*! credit. The credit is not really a credit... it's a percentage discount on SOME of their merchandise. Why would they think this would make up for the frustration and headaches I had to endure. Their excuse was the bracelet I ordered was out of stock. Well... simple... refund my money! Will never order from them again.

I placed an order 1/7/16 ******* and have not received either item yet. I placed 2 subsequent orders and received both much more timely. The tracking page for the ipad case shows it was picked up 1/8, but page was never updated until today and it just now shows it arrived at Brooklyn USPS when it originated in Brooklyn. No ETA for arrival. The wallet was picked up on 1/8 as well, but that tracking page was never updated beyond that and now the link no longer works.

One side of the headphones do not work and the sound is so low I can hardly hear the side that works. Well I too wish I had read these review before ordering. I have two separate orders that have gone awry. One had the company ship me for an entirely different product than I ordered and paid for. I want to return these un-needed and unwanted items that I never ordered, and get a refund! I've sent multiple e-mails. No response! Order#*******. I am sick that I ordered a second item from them over two weeks ago, and they DOUBLED the order (an $83 handbag, charged twice!). I still have not received it, but when/if I do, it will be past the return limit time!

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
