This is the 2nd time I've ordered jewelry through Open Sky and I am very happy with the merchandise and how fast it's shipped to me. It keeps me coming back.
I hate ordering shoes, clothes, etc. online because you never know if what is ordered is going to fit, but the shoes fit perfectly. I was also pleasantly surprised how fast my order arrived... thank you! Great experience!
The entire progress of my order was protracted to me so I always knew what was going on. And it came really fast! Necklace is exactly what I was expecting!
I didn't read reviews until after I had put in any order and was not satisfied with response of dissatisfaction. Lesson learned. Never again

As usual, the items I purchase from Open Sky are unique, of good quality, and wonderful gifts to give. Keep a lot for myself as well. I am happy with everything I have ever purchased.
This company has no control over products sold through them and no interest in making things right for the customer. Either use the original in the model (Amazon) or go direct to the Mfg.
My story - bought a camera through Open Sky, being offered by one of their member dealers, Blue Nyle Direct. My order was cancelled by Open Sky, apparently because of an issue with the listing - namely the price was 'too low'. BlueNyle tried negotiating anew price over the phone with me, which I wasn't interested in. I'd already bought it, right?! I hoped to get resolution from Open Sky, but was brushed off with a 'can't help you, we can't sell what our dealers don't have'. Why does Open Sky exist if not to facilitate purchase from dealer to buyer?

Looking at Christmas Lights, going back and forth between amount of lights, and cord length and undecided, adding, and deleting from cart trying to make a decision, then all of a sudden I get "Thank You for your order" I never completed an order, and Never gave credit card information, they used that information from an order I placed a week ago for a Christmas present I ordered. I NEVER agreed to keep that information on file. I get an email saying order cancelled, but no number to call. Very bad way of doing business. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Its' all cheap Chinese imported stuff marked way up. You can buy the same exact items on AliExpress, DHGate or eBay for 1/10th of the price. Do not sell on here either! They do not care about their seller and are now charging a monthly fee plus 15% commission on everything! Stick to selling on Amazon or eBay!

I tried to place an order with OpenSky today. I set up and account, entered all the information, CC info, shipping/billing... etc. It took my information, advised me that the order was processed and then nothing. Just kept asking me for my email and password... I went to technical support, and one agent just magically disappeared and I had to start over with another tech support person. Nothing was resolved, the order is I-Don't-Know-Where... and I'm not going to pursue it any further other than to confirm with my CC company that nothing was billed against my account. Be forewarned. I would recommend steering clear of this site.

I plan to continue to order from Open Sky
Ordered a wheel of Norwegian gjetost which is a caramel and cheese mix. The shipping was expensive but very quick. I ordered on a Saturday and it came the following Wednesday afternoon, packaged well in a styrofoam container with multiple freezer packs.
It took the merchant about a month to send my top, and when it arrived in the wrong size, I reached out immediately for an exchange. They said 14 days had past and no exchanges were possible any longer! When I was finally able to reach, via back and forth email to open sky, they tried on my behalf... but the feedback from the merchant was I should basically - try to suck it up and wear a large and they would throw in 2 free scarves! I ain't havin' it sista!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
