Your "gift certificate" deal was more like bait and switch and I was very unhappy the way it was presented and actualized. I have one item that was delivered damaged and as soon as I receive all of my items ordered I will be contacting you for return instructions.
My earrings arrived sooner than expected. They were boxed (separately) very nicely. I was surprised at the tiny size! But I have have very short hair so they look great. It was my fault for not checking the dimensions. I love both pairs. They were well worth the price. I will definitely buy again from this seller - she has tons of beautiful things!

I have tried to order so many things from this site. They are advertised for one price, then when they go into your cart are another price. Ex: I ordered a $26 shirt. They gave me some of my $50 Off $$ off and the shirt was then $33? I would like to order but no way to contact the company and the prices change at will. Not good.
Disregarding the discount the shirt should not go up $6 from page to cart.

I am delighted to find some many items I like at such reasonable prices. Haven't yet had to return anything, so can't speak to that. Items arrive within a reasonable time period.
I bought my first items on OpenSky recently. I was surprised at how fast the items arrived and how pleased I have become with the items. There is such a variety of products available with OpenSky, and at first I was unsure of what the business was all about ( is it like Etsy? Is it for new not yet copyrighted products? What area does it cater to?), but as I curiously perused the webpages and examined the items offered, I saw some things that I needed and thought I'd give OpenSky the business (the discounts helped with that decision as well)! I happily received all the items I purchased with no delay, and I have enjoyed using the products (such as the clip-belt with two zipper-pockets for my daily run). Further, I have tremendously enjoyed this belt for outdoor exercise because it is sturdy, the actual pockets expand to fit my keys, ID card, iPhone and/or iPod, as well as whatever little items I can stash in there all the while not compromising my comfort while running. It doesn't bounce up and down nor distract me from my run. I looked on other sites for an item like this, but only OpenSky had the perfect item. I am extraordinarily pleased with the products, and the diversity of products, that this site offers. A clear explanation about the company is not truly necessary when you take a chance on it... then it is clear. It's a customer-friendly website to sell a diverse plethora of products that you might not find elsewhere and it provides a tremendous value proposition. I loved my experience thus far! A+ in my book! Thank you so much!
BEWARE - I ordered one product and paid via debit card. Promptly read reviews and decided to immediately cancel. Received a cancellation email only to have my debit card charged AND charged as a RECURRING MONTHLY bill. Going through process with my bank now to stop monthly payment - thankfully bank is very helpful and filling out fraud paperwork against this company.

Those 'discount' lures are lures nothing else. The price of the item I purchased turned out to be more than I would have paid on the same item from Amazon (free prime shipping). There was not only a mailing charge but a hefty handling charge added to my item. The product turned out to be defective and when I tried to return it, got a 'sorry but this item is non returnable' answer. I will NEVER order from this shady company again. In the long run, they do not back up their products and the shipping + handling fees are ridiculous. Stick with Amazon for quality and the ability to easily be refunded for faulty products.

We received our first order within the time frame we expected. The second order was tracked to Anaheim, CA but that was supposedly as far as it got. Been 3 weeks and no explanation of what went wrong.

For Halloween, a group of friends and I were going to dress up as members of the purge. I clicked on one the pictures and it had a distinct mask and I bought it. $35 was taken out of my account and that was the only thing the website was able to do correctly in this transaction. A couple of days later I received an email that said there was an unexpected delay. That's fine, no big deal as I ordered ahead of time and Halloween was still a week away. The mask finally shows up today (the day before Halloween, when it's supposed to be 2 night delivery) and it's something completely different from what was pictured. Not even close. Something entirely different than what was pictured. If it had shipped on time, I'd be able to come up with something different. Since 2 night delivery turned into 8 night delivery and I'm pretty much SOL. I've called and sent messages to "customer support" and I've heard nothing. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a sweater. It shows it was "accepted for pick up" on Oct 15th when I use the USPS Tracking number. It is now October 27th. It's just sitting in Texas? Hello? And now out of the blue they give me a $75 credit to use - and I'm afraid to use it if the whole site is a scam to just pay postage and handling on bogus "free" stuff.

First order went GREAT. No clue how their "discounts" work. Chasing my tail on that. Tried to enlist support for that, and it never went anyway. Then the second order--NIGHTMARE. Took forward. Pieces came, others didn't. Things were canceled. They clearly do NOT have a ordering system that authorizes everything at once. And the online support is VERY different than the phone support. Good luck finding the phone, but if you do (and I did once) it was answered by someone here in the US. The email support is slow and definitely zero help, attended to by people not fluent in English.

I was looking for a gift for a friend when opened your site. Found what she was hinting at and so much more. Placing my was easy. Tracking my order was grate, it helped me get the timing right. I even found one that I like and ordered one for me.
I ordered a mother/daughter bracelet that does not have a complete thought.
I requested a replacement heart with the word forever added after I sent a photo of the error on the bracelet I received. I have not received any response even after providing the order # and my specific request. Time is running out for the gift to be given

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
