I would order one Pair of something or a single of something I would keep track of expected ship and arrival dates, I would wait until way past that. Then I would go to support team. I would do this several times. I would either never get the item or I would get it and then out of the blue I would get another. You website is so bad, I could never figure out if I was paying for one or two. I will not shop with you or Etsy ever again. Your customer service are equally bad and you cannot lookup what you have paid for or if you were getting ripped off because of second items showing up. I shop online exclusively due to being handicapped. Your websites are equally bad.
I bought a 3 pearl sterling silver ring that I love almost as much as my 3 carat diamond ring. It is beautiful and very comfortable.
I have used this website often to help small business but this will probably be the last time. I had changed my address but all my products have gone to my old address and now returned to the business. I have no products and no refunds. I have tried so many times to get this fixed it is beyond ridiculous.

Despite tons of rotten reviews, I took a chance that my experience would be different. Not so: Ordered 3 of the same item Saturday evening 10/10. Received an email from *******@opensky.com today 10/12 that my order was cancelled. No explanation provided. I attempted to log into my Purchase Page to see if more information was provided, but my log in password is not recognized. After two requests for a reset link so I can research what's going on (because that responsibility should definitely fall on the customer) I emailed the company at *******@opensky.com and received a generic message about five seconds later that stated:

I replied back that I in fact did NOT request to cancel the order, that the company themselves cancelled my order with no explanation.No reply yet. I have no idea what has hit the credit card or if a refund is in process - I'll check back on that but so far this site is proving to be FAR more hassle than it's worth.

I got some really cool stuff! And a real person replied to me when I asked a question about a custom made item like almost immediately, and sent me updates from the seller which was really helpful. It seems like the sellers are actually really responsive and fast! I've had to wait many weeks for items from those other sites like ebay and amazon, so this was way better.
Ordered August 31. Partial order arrived. I waited through Sept. Then wrote in Oct.
They responded with hat the company cancelled the order.
Would have been nice to have been notified as these were gifts for this weekend.

Took forever for the order to get here. Showed in transit in Texas for over 2 weeks... I called about it. Very nice and curtious customer service advised me they were doing an update on the watches and would be delivered soon.

I was surprised to see bad reviews on here. I'veven bought from opensky a few times over the last year and haven't had an issue. Great prices.
So I order some fitness blue tooth wrist units for our Android phones to connect to over a month ago. Within a day "Your order is being packed" mid-week: "You order has been schedule for pickup by the USPS in 1 week" 1 week? That's odd, oh well, maybe they have a deal where 1 day is shipping day and it makes things less expensive.
2 days later:
September 16,2015, 5:51 pm Shipment Picked Up, CARROLLTON, TX *******
2 weeks go by. Nothing.
I write 3 days in a row to their customer help - no reply - I threaten a charge back and viola` A reply:
"The product you purchased is made specifically to work with Apple phones.If there is an update in Apple iOS, then there needs to be a corresponding update in the watch. Since Apple recently updated iOS 9 the watches needed to be stalled so that when they are delivered they can actually work. I'm sure this wait may seem like a major inconvenience, but the merchant is just trying to make sure your device works. Thanks for contacting Open Sky."
Huh? Who ordered any iPhone stuff, we don't own anything Apple... WTF?
I recheck the order - nothing since "Pick up" I write that I never ordered any Apple products, we have Android. Suddenly the "USPS" account goes active and again, Viola` The order was suddenly arriving "September 30,2015, 10:31 pm, Arrived at USPS Facility, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK *******" <------ It's MAGIC! Magic I say! The order magically shipped two days ago in less than 3 emails... Can they do that? I would want to defraud the United States Post Office with a bogus web tracking page... Things that make me go "Hmmmmmmm"
So I will be charging back - I cancelled the order and if they ship for real? Too bad for them.
RUN, do not walk to the nearest exit from Open Sky!

I ordered 2 seemingly pretty necklaces; when they arrived, they were clearly inferior products. China Cheap at it's worse. I sent them back as they misrepresented the products and was charged $16.18 for shipping for these TINY necklaces.
Unfortunately, I had ordered a seemingly cute top for $35.93 for which they promptly charged my card. It is now a month later and NO SHIRT and will not respond to refund my money!
Beware- they have cute misleading photos.

I have ordered from them 3 times. The products weren't awful but they don't come forever. Then you have to Try and get in touch with them. It"s happening to me right now! I ordered something the 5th of Sept. They charged me on the 9th. I have never received the product. Now I have to start nagging them to either send my money back or send the order asap. I ordered a phone cover that came within a couple weeks and I like it. It's exactly what I expected. The 2 shirts I ordered at the same time took a month to get here and they're homemade? There's no tag or anything. Total rip off. I won't even attempt to return them. From the reviews here, it sounds better to just consider this a good lesson learned and sleep in the shirts. :) A $99 shirt online for $25 is probably going to be a rip off.

I ordered a canvas bag from one of Open Sky's retailer. First off, it looked a little different than the picture or as advertised. Second, the 2 zippers and a carrying strap broke off within under 2 weeks. It was a piece of crap, and I wish I had my $55 bucks back. Caveat Emptor!

I ordered a purse Aug. 15,2015, and returned it less than a week later. I FINALLY got my refund on Sept. 16,2015. I had to contact them, asking if they had received my return, and after that, two more contacts about getting my refund. This is a shady company, and I was a fool to order from them. Please be aware that your refund will be minus a good chunk of money, for "shipping".

I ordered a gift item this week that was to have an engraved wedding date. I realized immediately after submitting that I had written the wrong date for the engraved gift and started trying to contact the vendor... I have sent numerous email, there is NO phone number anywhere on their websites and even when submitting a email form they provide to report a problem with an order they give you no way to talk to someone. Today I get another auto email that this product with the wrong date has been shipped. I will never do biz with this company again and I will tell the universe WHY if someone from BLUE sky at Open sky does not contact me and correct this situation. I sent 3 emails asking them to hold the order until I had the correct date.

Open sky is a horrible place to buy anything. I sent back a purse that was suppose to be a 99 dollar purse, I purchase for 53.97, they only refunded me 40.09. What the hell. Will not buy anything ever again!

I have never written a review before, but I would like to save someone who might be contemplating purchasing from Open Sky. I purchased a necklace, that when it arrived, was a cheap looking version of the picture. When I tried to send it back, there were no responses to my emails, and the phone number just hangs up. There is no way to reach anyone that can help you. All roads lead to a dead end. Don't do it. Once they get your money, it's history!

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
