Fast and easy too buy on line. But have only received one of three items. So what can I say. Not happy.
It took 3 weeks from when I ordered the item to get shipping status. Was told it would ship within 7 to 10 days. I was not impressed trying to get the item I paid for. But my 2nd purchase was awesome. I received the item within 7 days.

It is unfortunate that companies do not realize that at some point, poor ratings and bad reputations will land them without a single customer. It's really sad that I paid for a beautiful sterling silver bracelet, and a better than beautiful tennis bracelet, only to find out that BOTH clasp had malfunctioned. One for each arm. Each time I'd put them on, moments later, they were falling off! WHAT?!? YESSSS! FALLING OFF! Well lucky for me, I can still have them as a souvenir. I not big on second, and third chances. KEEP YOUR MONEY for Hands-On Businesses!

The only problem I've ever had with Open Sky was from a company that sells bracelets. It took almost 11/2 months to receive it. But we were always in touch and Open Sky was diligent in keeping the communication open. I'll shop with Open Sky again.
Anna's Clothing on open Sky takes your info and then Jacks up the price and charges your card. You never receive the merchandise and the tracking information on the shipping is bogus. Open Sky does nothing.

They give you all of these sign up deals and charge you full price instead of the price listed under each item. Then they tell you the deals don't apply to any of the item's chosen for purchase.

I ordered a product on January 27 it shipped on January 28 it's still at the post office in Texas. It never left. Today is February 13 still waiting!

I purchased this for my granddaughter for her birthday. It appears to be very good quality and is something I was not able to find anywhere else. There is one large bangle and two charms on the bracelet all of which are anchored on quite well.
I will be mailing it to her. That's too bad because I'd love to see the look on her face when she gets it. She's going to be a happy girl.
My husband bought me the Noxema jar-blue hoop earrings for a surprise. I love them! My mom used those Noxema jars, and it feels like I am bringing a piece of the past into the future by wearing them. They are a beautiful blue--very catchy with so many colors!
I received an email from Open Sky that an order had been shipped to me. I did not order this item nor did I give Open Sky permission to use my credit card. It took 2 weeks for me to email and speak to people at Open Sky to take care of this. I do not trust them and they saved my credit card without my permission and used it. I do NOT recommend using this site.

The product ordered was well packaged and as described
I ordered some wireless earphones to use for running as the deal was phenomenal. Within minutes of my order I received a receipt. When the product shipped I also got notification. And the package arrived at my doorstep within 4 business days as stated. So far so good...
Communication from Open Sky was excellent. Items were processed and shipped by the vendors very qucikly.
Saw this cutting board, thought it would work for a gift... so I bought it?...

The next day it was cheaper over 5$... I contacted opensky. And they there was nothing they could do...
That's a bummer. Because I am not going to buy any thing from them again.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
