I placed an order on the 10th of this month and it says that it was shipped on the 12th, I have not yet received it. I have emailed three times over the past 5 days with no response! These buys were over $160.00, I received the cheapest thing on the order over 6 days ago... where is the rest of my order... I am very leery of this site now!
Love my new earrings! Well crafted and true to the photo. Also arrived sooner rather than later.
I was really excited to get this shirt since I just got engaged. I have a very large chest, so I ordered up a full size bigger than I would normally get. The shirt doesn't fit at all. I'm very upset with the purchase and feel like I completely wasted my money. :(

I placed a order almost 1 month ago, they send me the track number and never match with
The Postal Office, this track number never exist! When I send the email they respond me
3 days later telling me that the order was missing and they will send me again the item,
I am still waiting, no news, no traking number NOTHING!,,,
If you read the others reviews is hundreds problems like mine!
Just think? Is not a serious company! Just charge your credit card and after they don't send

I was supposed to get my package a month ago, I still have no package and no refund. They stopped answering my emails. They people tried to blame UPS, then they said UPS fixed the issue and it was being shipped out again... still no package and no refund.

I ordered a dashcam on 28 January, and it shipped out on the 29th. I still haven't received anything. According to the post office, it's still sitting in TX not moving. I wrote to OpenSky and was told they have have seen similar delays on this shipping route, but there's nothing they can do. They can't call the post office and tell them to send it? They can't send me one via UPS? They can't send me a refund check? Seems to me there are a few things they can do. Now they aren't even responding to my emails. Don't ever order from OpenSky.

I ordered some battery operated candles very early in February and received a UPS tracking number almost instantly. But that is as far as it has gone. Never picked up, never shipped. Open Sky got my money and that is as far as it has gone. They claim they must contact the seller 3 times and then will cancel the order and refund my money. Why would they be doing business with a company that does not have product to ship? This a a disappointment, I but a lot of stuff online and have NEVER been treated like this. 3 weeks gone and no candles and no refund. Sad very sad.
I know I will probably never get what I paid for and can only hope I get my money back.

So far so good, it is not the fastest in the world, but the quality has been fine so far.
Placed an order on 2/14/16 got buyers remorse so I canceled the order within 15 minutes. All items say canceled 2/14/16 my debit card was charged for $83.21 and then on 2/16 the amount charged was changed to $71.95 then today the $71.95 was gone and the original $83.21. If they have time to do all these changes to the amount WHY haven't they refunded my f**king money?

Ok, so I see that OpenSky submitted a reply to my review leaving a workable phone number to call. The"Customer Love" rep was very friendly and expressed she was sorry I had an unpleasant experience with my order at OpenSky, but there wasn't anything she could do and reiterated the merchant/credit policy which I can recite myself by now. Nothing I can do, nothing they can do, so I just have to eat the charges as is BUT I AM DELETING EVERYTHING CONCERNING OPENSKY!

I placed an order on Feb 9 that shows it has been shipped, however, I have not received the order. I am mad at myself for placing an order with a company before doing my research. There is no customer service number listed to follow up on orders. I sent two emails asking where is my order, and how do I get a refund and to this day have not received an answer. Do not shop at this company.

I thought the prices of the items on sale were good. Some of the pages would not load, so that was frustrating. I received half of my order very quickly.
I purchased two of these, the original one is working fine as far as I know but is not used frequently, the lightning charger on the second one lasted less than one week after being used daily. Checking the return policy shows a 14 day return period... so my thoughts are that this is really not a "deep discount" item but rather a cheap item made in China and the chance of it working for very long is extremely rare. My apple chargers work for years...

I can't remember dealing with a more deceptive and dysfunction company. I was just on hold for 44 minutes before they disconnected me as I was to return items and have my email address removed from their sight
Terrible deceptive advertising. Terrible customer service I can't too be done with them. I hope this review will save others from getting the shaft from them Good Luck

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
