I ordered a "bullet proof" screen protector for my phone and it arrived broken.
I sent an email but haven't heard back regarding a replacement.
The retail prices shown seem to be exorbitantly high! I do not see enough items under $25! I guess I'm too poor to buy from this site. I make UNDER
$20,000. A year!
The short story... The sale price I was "encouraged not to miss" by Open Sky for a product in my cart (which I eventually ended up purchasing because of their reminder) ended up dropping 50% in less than 24 hours. No time to cancel the item before it was shipped. When questioned, the excuse was that they had no control of what the merchants in their marketplace do in regard to pricing, so they could not honor the sale price. (Me: Do you not vet the merchants whose items you post for sale? I order frequently online and have not found this to be true of other companies.) I asked for the contact information of the vendor. (OS: We can't give out that information.) No responsibility taken... only money. And, no response to my last email. Smacks of bait and switch. I initially thought that the email I received advertising the product was through Living Social. But, when I clicked on the product within the email, I was directed to Open Sky. Avoid the disappointment. I usually do a little background work on new vendors, but I didn't in this case because the ad came through LS. Won't make that mistake again.

UPDATE in response to OS: Thank you for your response. As a customer, I am relying on you to host reputable merchants who take responsibility for their merchandise, the manner in which they advertise, and the manner in which you take responsibility when they do not do either of those things well. It shouldn't matter whether it is 1 merchant or 10,000+ merchants.
When the customer has no recourse but to live with whatever questionable practices are handed them by a vendor, that is not good customer service; nor will it promote repeat business. The over 300 one star reviews for OS speak volumes. By the way, I never commented on the actual merchandise. Sadly, that was subpar, too. Sorry, I cannot in good faith, recommend your company.

No instruction as to how to use my credit. When I called, to ask, your offices were closed. I left a message which was not returned for 2 days. Today I see my credit 90 dollars, has expired... It'd be nice to know what the rules are for using it, before it expires.

This site sucks. Customer service is horrible and takes forever to respond... Sent item in cracked up condition...

It's been almost 30 days, no package although it says it was getting ready for que 20 days ago. If you call their phone number no live person gets on it's just a series of ads. Total baid and switch. No attempt to make anything better, no help whatsoever. I'd rather listen to 20 hours of comcast customer service then ever order from this company again. Id like my money back fyi.
Update: On May 16th shock and awe, i receive the items from OpenSky. 3 months for some solar powered string lights ladies and gents. The merchant in question is Unique Imports, (which Open Sky wouldn't tell me) I hope they get it together, i really feel for their customer service dept. I will never order again. Stick with a company that you know to be reliable, this one... ain't it.
Update 3/9/16 - they did issue me a refund, and said that the product would still be sent to me. (it hasn't yet) and while i hope it does, i don't think I'll ever see it. If you get stuck, with no one calling you back, no service, post on their facebook page. Whoever mans that is awesome, and responsive.

If you google *******736 there are many pages that list that number as Open Sky's contact. I would be slightly confused if Open Sky was hearing that for the first time. The correct number was actually a bit harder to find, but i did. I got a fairly standard greeting asking me to leave a message, which i did not. I have emailed twice and received one response.
Again, thank you for replying so quickly. I know the challenges i have are not with Customer Service.

Do not, under any circumstances order from this company. I purchased an item as a result of receiving a coupon. The coupon was never applied during the checkout process. When questioned, the company delivered some lame excuse about the manufacturer's price being cheaper than the coupon price. What a load of crap! Then, when my purchase arrived, it was not what I had ordered. It was supposed to be a two pack and only one arrived. When challenged, again the company gave me lame excuses and refused to accept a return. Upon viewing the website, the item I purchased is now only available in a single, and is miraculously half the price of what I paid. When I asked for a price adjustment, I got yet another rejection. This company is terrible. They seem to thrive on ripping off consumers. I feel ripped off and their lack of customer service despite numerous emails back and forth, confirmed it.

I ordered an item that was being advertised. A few days later, AFTER it should have shipped, I got an email that it was delayed because of problems with manufacturing. Is it ethical to sell something that you don't have?... that hasn't even been built? I cancelled the order. Their emails go straight to trash now.

I ordered an $80 phone case from OpenSky. I decided to up my normal price to get a better case. Waterproof and scratch resistant. Well, I'm unsatisfied. I would of been better off buying a phone case for $10 then wasting my money on this one.

I have ordered four items--one came in the anticipated delivery time and was good merchandise--purse organizer. The other was a silver mesh bracelet and it took way too long but is a very nice piece.
But my two jewelry items, one continues to be featured daily, both ordered back in Jan. 2016 and have not received either one. I wrote directly to the Customer Service department and received a "general" response stating they would look into it. Today, February 26, I have not received my two items nor have I heard back from CS department. I will not order again from this site.
I ordered 3 items from Open Sky, only one arrived in a timely matter. The other two showed they shipped but no movement for over 2 weeks. I had contacted customer service on both but no results until I ask for a full refund. Customer service does not get back in a timely matter at all, awful customer service. Also, it is very difficult to contact the merchant selling the item as well.

The Rolling Stones hit the nail on the head with my dealings with this company.
Ordered a item that was to be shipped in 4 business days. Wrong!
Email then arrives telling me it is being prepared for shipment. Wrong
3 days letter email states order shipment delayed. Next day I try to cancel the order. Two hours after I thought I cancelled order, email arrives giving me updated tracking information with tracking # from UPS. That was the 11th, today the 24th it still reads the same.
This is the reply after I contacted them for the 2nd time.

I ordered luxury home bamboo fiber sheet set. The description goes on to list all the good qualities of bamboo. It says bamboo on package label. But the sheets inside are 100% polyester. Ughhhh. Big hassle returning. And I'm returning because it was deliberately mislabeled.

When i opened the unit, the camera was scratched up as if it has been used for atleast a year. Both side of the camera. Similar to a vehicle with alot of swirl marks.
