I ordered two items as gifts and am having them shipped to the person I am giving them to. I was not given a "gift" option, so I'm assuming the person receiving the gift will be able to see my receipt. Immediately after placing the order, I wanted to contact Open Sky to ask about this and another issue, but the only contact information provided is email, no phone number (which is what I was wanting for a quicker response). I emailed Open Sky, but did not receive a response until after the item had shipped, which did me no good. Also, I am unable to locate tracking information. The item has not been delivered yet (I'm assuming.?) so I can't comment on the quality of the products ordered. I am hoping there are no issues there, as the customer service of Open Sky leaves much to be desired.

At the opening page it is announced that there is a credit waiting for you and it will expire soon so order now to get the credit. This to me is misrepresenting as there is no way to use this credit unless you purchase something special that will allow the credit. To me this is not an accurate way to advertise the credit. I tried to use the credit but couldn't figure out how. I sent an email and found out the policy however this was not mentioned at the beginning of the ad to me this is mispreputation.
I purchased a cute pearl necklace. Really dear and I like it. Then I was informed that I had a $90 credit! Oh my! Really? $90 to spend at will? So I found a cute pearl ring for $35 and ordered it. I don't expect to be charged for it, since I had that credit. I hope it was a credit.
Ever since then, I have been getting emails, telling me I have a $75 credit. Then that I need to use this 'credit' before the end of the day. I understand that you are trying to sell things, but I have been getting emails every hour. I think this a bit excessive.
I'm also hoping that a credit means that I don't pay, since I'm expecting not to pay for that ring.
Nice things on your site, but I can do without the hourly or even daily emails.

Vendor for Smart bracelet sent wrong color item and additional band was gray. I got black instead of the Sky Blue I ordered and what was printed on the shipping receipt. I have sent them a message asking for them to remedy the situation. This was to be a present for a woman. It was ordered Feb 21,2016 and just arrived here in Illinois on March 7. The party just won't have the present. A real shame. Let your vendor know - it reflects on your company reputation.
I ordered an engraved cutting board from American Laser Crafts. Actually, this was the second one, and both were beautiful. The transaction was easy and the merchandise arrived within a few days. Both were wedding shower gifts that everyone loved. This may be my new trademark shower gift.

I ordered an the hair straightening brush. The item took forever to get to me. I used it and it was defective plus pulled a lot of my hair out. I contacted the company. I was sent an email to print off the return shipping label and return it to them. I packed everything up, attached the label to the package. I dropped it off on 2-24. I find it back on my doorstep today with a postage due sticker on it! It went all the way back to where it was supposed to go and then they sent it back to me wanting postage to be paid when it was supposed to be paid already. All i want is a refund.

Merchant is 1 SmartDeal (all one word). Waiting on credit and wondering if the merchant will credit my account or HOW does Open Sky's credit procedure work? Anyone have comments on receiving credit and how it works? I have ordered jewelry twice from a merchant and it came quickly both times and no problems. This is my first return. Thanks.

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones and they wouldn't turn back on after three uses. Couldn't even contact company and don't respond to emails. Open Sky isn't innocent in this since they are supplying defective products. They also use deceptive tactics by promising discount on purchase until it's processed and no credit is goven. They then provide a lame excuse that it's up to the company to supply the credit. Hogwash! They are the ones promoting the credit in the first place! Their home office is probably out of a station wagon. I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

I've been waiting 6 weeks for my delivery -- OpenSky sent me tracking info on 2/17 - It's 3/3 -- I've sent 2 emails, with response saying they will contact me in 2-3 days -- never did -
Their phone number is totally bogus -- Totally frustrated with their customer service, I contacted USPS - I find out that USPS never picked up the item until 2/29! So frustrated. I live on East Coast and item is from CA -- I'm crossing my fingers I even get what I ordered -- Buyer, Beware -- I will never order from them again. So I get a response fro OpenSky that makes no sense -- they obviously don't read the reviews -- because if they did they would know that I got my answer from USPS -- My item was not shipped on 2/17 when they emailed me -- It was not picked up until Feb 29th. I placed the order on 2/15 --

This website is nothing but a scam. I ordered a shirt and it was horrible so I wanted to return it. There were no instructions on the packing slip on their return policy, so I emailed them. And a week later I emailed them again. And the next day I emailed them again. And when they responded, the email said they received my email and they'd respond in a couple days!
When they finally responded, they said that the shirt was a FINAL SALE (no where in the advertising of the shirt did it mention that, no where on the confirmation email did it mention that NOR did the packing slip), and because it was FOURTEEN days from the purchase, there was nothing they would do for me. Keep in mind it took me almost fourteen days to get a response, not to mention the days it took to mail it to me.
This website is a farce, a fraud, and a scam. STAY AWAY!

Open sky credits are a joke I will actually pursing them legally as the way they word their flaws sales and dollars off with credits is not legal and misleads consumers. Upon calling I was told that it does not say $35 it says up to 30% to be determined at check at. No it has a $ sign not%. Nothing told to me by phone was even correct. This company does not know their own terms The product I was looking to buy cost MORE after the "discount " was taken off. If any other company sends me an email offering $35 flash credit. I get $35 off my purchase. That how it's worded so that's what we expect. Not open sky - you end up paying more! If you call and ask you get told different reasons- not a correct one. I didn't purchase I would of paid more than the price listed prior to the flash sale. Made no sense and yes vendor accepted discount

I purchased a "fit bit" like item which finally arrived. I took close to 2 weeks to get a tracking number, which according to USPS was not a real tracking number. I attempted to reach Open Sky, which is nearly impossible by phone, and decided to send an email, which takes 2-3 days to get a response and the response helped in no way. The bottom line, the item was finally shipped when I called the actual merchant (Vista Shops) and once I received it, my phone would not allow me to download the app I needed to get it to work... so, I will NEVER purchase from them again and suggest you do some digging before you do.

Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
