I love the States necklace I ordered for a Friend, far away. It arrived quickly and looked great.
So far, it hasn't been pleasant. The headset won't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. I ask for help & 3 times have been sent a "canned" message. Still waiting!
My experience with purchasing the 1800 bamboo cotton sheet set was awesome, the order was placed with ease. And delivery was about 1.5 weeks. Everything came as stated and was true to the picture and description.
I wanted to change the color to get the Orange. But couldn't. So I am ok with the brown one. I was going to send it back. I am hard on bags. Leather or well made cloth will last a while but we'll see about this pretend leather.

At first I was upset so when I ordered because I couldn't talk to a real person and I thought I was going to have a problem with my order but I was assured after days hearing back that I could send it back if there was a problem, they fixed it before it was delivered and all was fine and I was very pleased!

There work great but are hard to get into the phone and ipod, maybe they will loosen up a little with time.

I purchased two digital device related products: wireless headphones and a package of 3 chargers with 3 connectors each for iPhone, iPad, and Samsung. Both times the information about the products was inaccurate. The headphones are working fine right now but contained a manufacturer's brochure saying 4 ear loops were part of the product package sent. I called attention to this and the response was that the information was a "mistake." The connectors said online and on the package I received that one connector would fit iPads. However, it did not say it did not fit iPad 2/3, which I have. I wrote about this and was told that 'yes' the connector was supposed to fit and I should call for help. I called for help and was told that the connector did NOT fit iPad 2/3. I could return the connectors for a refund. I am not impressed with this level of service.

I have ordered 2 chiffon dresses for me and my daughter. This company has a lot of different names. One of them is Fashion Mia and these dresses were from them. I was looking through Open Sky and found this dress here. Same dress different company name. Thank got I saw the dress because I was tempting to order something else. Another thing the price of the dress I've ordered was $10.00 and that is why I took a chance. On Open Sky the price is $40.00 and this dress is a piece of junk. I was embraced to give it away that is how horrible the dress was. I asked them to give me a credit because the picture was different and I did not want to bother returning it because of my busy schedule and returning fees. They just ignored me. Do not bye from them if you don't want to aggravate yourself.

I purchased two Drive TIme Special DashCam Hi-Res Car Video Recorders. Ordering was quick and easy. The rest of the deal - not so much. Almost four weeks for delivery although tracking said the package was delivered. Ah, The Open Sky Love Team blamed the merchant who wouldn't respond to their queries. Why represent the merchant? You are no Amazon, Open Sky. You are unethical, indifferent derelicts and should be banned for (from?) life. The crappy Dash Cams finally arrived, with a half-page manual written by a 7 year old child in China (or perhaps a Love Team member?). It might help if the on-screen display was in English, but likely not. This product - and I'm sure many others you market - is absolute junk. Caveat Emptor. Avoid these bums at all cost!

As I stated in a previous letter to you, I had to take my wedding certificate out of it's metal holder to verify I was putting the correct date on the order form. You replied that I did NOT put my wedding date (6. 9. 01) on the order form. Some how and some where the date was removed from my order. I am positive, that I put the date on the order.
I just will not consider purchasing from you in the future.

The two items I purchased were lovely and came very quickly. My only question was how I was to apply the $75 credit that the site said I had. I couldn't find a code or special box to click or anything and ended up paying full price for both items. The site is still offering this discount but no directions on who to use it.

I was excited to see the really attractive selection of items with prices that appeared quite reasonable. However, after my selections were put into my cart and when I went to checkout the shipping fees were $45.42 for 5 items three of which were merely jewelry! That shipping was almost 40% or my total bill! I then searched the same items on other sites and prices were almost the identical but the shipping fees were less than 10% of the total bill. What gives? Seems like you lose what you thought you gained by buying through this site. :(

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
