Open Sky had an offer of free earrings that were never delivered. After 2 months of haggling they say I placed my order too late. A month ago they said the earrings were on their way. I'm on my way to small claims court.
Ordered a shirt. Sizing was absurd. Shirt was pretty, so too bad. To return, shipping label charge is MORE than I paid for the shirt. Bizarre. BUYER BEWARE. Have asked for assistance from the company. Supposed to get back to me days ago. No help. Disappointing.

Bought this headset mainly to work at my desk and walk. I LOVE having cordless headphones... and they stay in range of my phone for several feet. I can get up and grab something off the printer and still hear my music. If someone needs to talk to me... just a little tap on the right ear set and music pauses. Sound quality is really good and volume control is also on the right ear set. When turning them off you just press until a voice announces that you are powering down. :)
I bought 3 dozen crabs but smell bad and too small. The ad picture showed big crabs but too small. I wanted to return but can't, I sent e-mail but no response and no answer. Don't use there. There is no phone numbers.

I purchase from a lot of different places online and I tend to only review them if my experience wasn't good because I want to warn people. I would like to definitely alert people to the fact that I ordered a blue and white checkered button up shirt (which is still displayed on OpenSky's website right now) last year. I also ordered the same shirt from one of those wholesale sites, RoseGal, JollyChic... I don't remember which one. I paid $9 for the same shirt from RoseGal and $58(!) through OpenSky. "How is that even legal", I wondered? I guess retail stores do it all the time, but that seems like more of a standardized process. Either way, I returned the one from OpenSky and the return process was terrible, especially for 2015! It took forever, the girl was nice enough and they try to make it all cute with their "Customer Love" thing, but really it just seems like a bunch of interns in some trust fund babies office suite trying to make sense of what exactly it is that OpenSky ACTUALLY does!? I still can't figure it out. Basically whoever came up with it makes a percentage off of other people selling any random thing and for no good reason. Unlike really cool sites like Etsy, where it's original pieces that are valuable. I urge people not to buy from here and not to sell from here. Create your own store, build your own business online, it's not hard to do today, and stop lining some rando rich guys bank account for bad customer service, and a "credit system" that seems like a trick to get you to buy more over priced item for no reason at all.

I ordered three shirts and a bag online from OpenSky for the first time in early February 2016 from the merchant Amaryllis. I received the clothing within a week and noticed that one of the shirts was not the one I ordered (completely different shade of blue, long sleeved instead of short sleeved). I got busy with work for a few weeks, then I emailed their customer service hotline, and was told that unfortunately, I couldn't exchange the shirt for the one I ordered because I would have had to let them know within 14 days of receiving my order. Thought this was ridiculous policy of OpenSky-was not asking my money back, just would like to exchange the shirt I have for the shirt I ordered. They were not helpful at all.

This was my first time ordering through OpenSky. I ordered a pair of earrings based on the picture and they were true to form! Beautifully designed- well made. Went back and ordered the necklace and a few other items.

They sent me the wrong pants, I ordered a pair of jeans, they sent me Palazzo pants. After ten emails back and forth, and me providing them pics of the pants they sent (at their request), I am finally disgusted enough to donate the pants and just take it as an expensive learning experience!
They just lost a repeat and good customer, and the first time there was a problem that they caused, they decide to give me the run around.
I would not recommend Open Sky to an enemy, let alone a Friend!

My shopping experience was great... great discounted price, quick delivery... however my pkg was somewhat damaged... looked like it had been crushed in the mail (?)... and the headset itself had a piece missing on one of the earbuds. I am waiting to hear how to return/exchange bc I liked the product
On March 7,2016, I called customer service to obtain a return shipping label. The label was emailed to me the same day. I finally was able to size the return label so all of the barcodes could be read. 2 to 3 days later, I was able to get to the post office to mail the item back. I was advised by the post office that there would be a $4 charge because the return label was dated March 7 and not mailed on that date & the small package I was mailing it back in was overweight. Are you kidding me? I was returning the item because it wasn't what it had claimed to be and was rather cheap looking. Then I was charged $4 to mail back the item when the cost should have been covered by Open sky!

I have ordered 4 things from this site. The first came through just fine. The second one was fine too but the next two both were not complete. The last one was missing items that the enclosed container stated were in there. The one before that was billed as 2 but only contained one. I won't buy from them again.

The buying experience was super easy and I received my order very quickly.
I ordered two shirts from Opensky. When they arrived, they were flimsy cheap material with poor uneven stitching. I will return them and hope for a refund. Do not buy anything from this website. It's not worth it

My order ended up several states away from me and when they issued a refund, it was not for the full amount. Disappointed that Living Social associates themselves with them. I would give them a minus if I could.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
