Horrible

Bait and switch. They list a price for a product on Living Social, you buy it and minutes later you get an email ad from Living Social with the same product drastically lower than what you've paid. Try to cancel your order within a few hours of placing it and you can't because it's "processing". You can't return some items because the sale is final even if you haven't opened it. Gigantic rip-off. Stay away from these jerks.

Overpriced

I've rarely found an item on this website that you couldn't buy elsewhere for at least 30% less. I've actually never seen a product that was sold here for the cheapest price online. Buyer beware, shop around!

Where is my order?

Order was promised to arrive within four days. On the third day we received an e-mail saying sorry, order delayed, will notify you when it's shipped. Two days later received notification item was shipped, with a USPS tracking number. After four days the only tracking showed it was entered into the USPS system in Coppell TX. Four more days and we e-mailed and called. E-mail stated we'll get back to you ASAP--that would of course depend on what Open Sky considers "as soon as possible." Then received a e-mail to our phone call--they'll also get back with us. At this point, and reviewing the many posts that also deal with the same merchandise, we wonder if it's worth the aggravation. Someone within the Open Sky network has a hole in their ozone and I for one would have to be very happy with the results or I will never, ever order from Open Sky again. This is our second on-line order that has disappeared into "open sky."

Snail Delivery

NOT happy for getting a package for more than 10 days - UPS Ground... it's bazaar, sounds like an international package delivery... and it doesn't specify what carrier will be used nor estimated delivery time. I got screwed b/c I could NOT give the package as gift to my good friend... it's a mess this OpenSky shopping website had created...

I'm a merchant and I get even worse customer service than people buying from this site.
They take 20% commission + 3% credit card fee. From month to months it gets worse and worse. Now they only "promote" on first page and emails only merchants who pay for it. It used to be $500/month, today I hear the minimum is $2500/month. They also added $39/month fee for listings and gave me less than 24hr notice about it. If I won't pay immediately they will deactivate all my listings that I put a lot of time and effort to put up there. Just huge disapointment and it's getting worse and worse.
Chris Towle-my account manager is the worst. Does not deliver what he promises time and time again and keep telling me his personal issues that I don't care for. Not professional whatsoever.

On March 4, I placed my first ever OpenSky order, for an item advertised as "iPad Air and iPad Mini 360 Case Cover Designed In Garden Collection" for which I was charged $17.96 plus shipping and handling, a total of $23.94. When it arrived it was significantly too large to fit my iPad mini, i. E., not the product that was advertised. I returned it and received a credit of only $14.91. It seems that OpenSky deducted the return shipping charges and declined to refund the original shipping and handling charges even though this was not a matter of me not liking the item but of it not being what they said they were selling. Still waiting for my remaining $9.03. In the meantime, I am warning people to stay away from this site. Amazon is far superior when it comes to this type of issue.
UPDATE: After I posted this review, I received a note from OpenSky with a number to call to get my refund. The person I talked to was very helpful. It took several days, but as of this morning my card has been credited with a refund for the shipping. However, although I suggested they change the description of the item to save themselves and their customers this trouble in the future, it is still listed on the site as fitting an iPad mini. I'm upping my rating from 1 star to 3. I'm glad to have my refund but it shouldn't have been so much trouble to fix this when in my experience Amazon corrects things like this almost immediately.

Great Service!

I ordered two decorative ladders for my boyfriends home. The ladders were exactly what the picture showed, although one was a little warped it wasn't a big deal to me. The shipping was super fast and the site was amazingly easy to order my ladders! I would honestly advice my friends/family to order from OpenSky!

I purchased 2 strings of lights in the beginning of Feb. They took the payment immediately and by the end of Feb I was still writing to them trying to find out when they were coming. No answer from anyone on the open sky website but since it was also living social, they tried to find out where my lights were. Needless to say, no one ever heard from them and living social refunded my money 6 weeks later. Do not do business with open sky!

I ordered a fitness monitor watch the package arrived and the watch doesn't work. I sent an email and they replied saying there is nothing they can do as all sales are final. What a scam!

Bait and Switch

I bought an ice scraper for 19.99 and did not receive the item ordered. Went back and forth with customer service for a month and a half. Then I noticed the scraper I actually received on the site for 12.99 so I asked for a refund of the difference and was told I could send the item back and once the Seller/Merchant finds the item in good working order that I would receive my refund. Well I received my refund and after going through all of that for $7, I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Great microwave popcorn popper

I placed an order for a facial brush. Ok. I got the product that was in the picture, but it didn't even resemble the description of the facial brush I THOUGHT I was getting. Through a Lil research, I found the name and description of the product they sent me, which, conveniently for them, was cheaper than the product in the description. I sent Open Sky and email, with no reply yet. I thought, I don't want to go through all this, and decided to keep the brush. So I put new batteries in this Facial brush, pressed the power button... nothing. It will not turn on. So, now, I have a broken facial brush. Yay. So I finally contacted the merchant directly and they were very helpful. The guy made sure that I'm getting the product I ordered. However, because I placed the order through this amazing Open Sky, THEY have to issue a credit. Great. Still can't contact them, and still no response. I will never order through this website again. Epic fail opensky.com, EPIC FAIL.
