What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I purchased the infra-red thermal heat straightening brush and was so excited to receive it and give it a try. I brought it to work with me and plugged it in - and waited for it to heat up. I combed it through my hair and NOTHING happened. It wasn't even the slightest bit warm. So, I thought... maybe it's not supposed to get hot to the touch. I brushed it through my hair repeatedly - and so did my co-workers. We all got the same result - NOTHING. I tried to contact customer service and saw that the brush was a final sale with no returns. What a HUGE waste of time... and money. And LOUSY customer service on top of it. Buyer be ware - sadly, the products on this site are not up to par.
I places two items via this site, did not received them and they are telling me that I should file a claim against the post office for items that I had not received them.
I will suggest every person to stay away from opensky and get these items from another safe site.
They are scam.

I still have not received a solution concerning the wrong item I was sent. Even though OpenSky gave me a polite response to my negative review, there has been no effort from them to correct the situation. I understand a "no return" policy. How does that equate to being sent the wrong item? BUYER BEWARE - you too may end up paying for something you did not order. Yes. I have proof they are in the wrong.

They advertise an item called "smart bit" a sleep and heart monitoring watch. I paid 35$ biggest piece of s**t I've ever purchased. They make it look like a nice watch in the picture. When I received it, it's nothing more than a rubber bracelet that has little black cube that is the heart of it that you take out of the rubber case and put it back in. I charged it when I received it. Tried to read the instructions on how to sync it to my i phone. Nothing worked. When I cashed support they were busy and asked to a message and they works return my call within two hours. Well two days later I called them back. I got the voice automated system again so I hung up and called back. Low and behold a real person on the other line. But I was told it wasn't they're fault I needed to contact the seller Vista Shops. I stated I already had and they pint the finger at you. Needless to say this piece of s**t is prob. Only worth about 5$ yet they charge you a premium and it's garbage. And I can't even get a refund.

I ordered a fit band. It came with a defective band AND a broken reader. It doesn't work! I tried to return only to be told that this is a "final sale item" and can't be returned. Seriously? I will NEVER order from them again.

I get robotic letters from someone at open sky named Jessie who assures me the vender was contacted and I would get a replacement for some defective headphones. Sounds good right? But I received this letter today, and the same letter or some minor variant14 times in the past three months, and my first complaint was five months ago! OpenSky strings you along, but there is no resolution. So, I contacted the New York State's Attorney General's Office Consumer Affairs Odbudsman, and later this week will send details to a complaint investigator. I ordered the New Yorkk BBB complaint form, and contacted my credit card company. And if I have to, I will find every social media complaint site, like this one, and give back to OpenSky what they have given to me. I don't want a generic apology from OpenSky - their apologies are formatted and meaningless. I would appreciate the CEO's cell number, but I am working on that anyway. You may not have a problem with the merchandise they sell, but if you do, don't expect their consumer service to help you.
It is now August. Open sky responded asking me to contact them back in March. I did. Six months later no response, and no further response from Jesse. Most disappointing of all, no response from the NY AG's office. The only lesson to be learned from this is Buyer Beware, and that their are crooks in every line of business. Please be very careful if you are tempted to use Open Sky. Simply scan their negative reviews. There are so many better companies out there.

Got suckered with an ad at the bottom of a bookbub email for wireless Bluetooth earbuds. Ordered them on 3/15/16 --still haven't received them. Contacted "customer service" (what a joke) via email (no phone number available for them) and received an email back stating they'd respond in 2-3 days. After 5 days I emailed them again only to be told that they haven't heared back from their merchant and to wait another week. No clue where the product I paid for is.
Another item I ordered shortly after the first arrived in a timely manner, but after opening the pack I discovered that the merchant decided to send a different color than what I ordered (crossed off the color I ordered on the packing slip and wrote in something different). Trying to return that item, but not getting any response. May just keep it and resell on ebay...

I ordered some jewelry from them, three days later got an email saying it had shipped. After eight days, still no product, so I checked the tracking number. The USPS site shows the shipping information was sent, but no package processed. The OpenSky tracking sight is straight out lying about shipping status. I emailed OpenSky CS and got a replaying saying it would take 2-3 days for them to respond(really?). I called OpenSky and was rudely told that there was nothing they could do, but they would try to reach the vendor for me. I was told that OpenSky just handles the money transaction and my dispute was between me and the vender (a company site I never visited) I'll never buy from these scammers again. Learn from the many similar reviews, don't be sucked by the company's paid stooge reviews.

I recently purchased sheets from OpenSky that I was not happy with and did not want to keep. I had not removed them from the package as the color was also not what I expected. I asked to return them. My request was approved. However, upon receiving the refund I found they deducted two thirds of my purchase price in shipping and handling fees. So I thought I was purchasing high quality sheets for $40 but was left paying $26 for nothing. These fees are RIDICULOUS and unprecedented. How could anyone feel confident purchasing unseen items if they cannot return without paying steep penalties. Worse, is the amount that was to be deducted wasn't even specified; I never expected such an outrageous fee so I felt tricked. Just one more unpleasant surprise at the end of an unsatisfactory experience.

I have been doing business w/this site for quite some time now and have always been more than pleased w/their merchandise and the "specials" that they run. I've purchased lots of things from them and have always been happy w/what I've received. Recently I encountered a problem w/an order I'd placed and OS was very helpful in getting it worked out. Love their products and their help. The things I've given as gifts have been well received and the first thing the recipient asks is "Open Sky"? Love it!

Purchased from 3D Luxe -Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Earphone Earbuds Sport Headset - Failed to work after two days- contacted company never heard from them - left VM, often got their out of office voice mail - I contacted OpenSky - they processed my return - the package was delivered back to 3D on 3/24- as of today refund has not been processed.
