I ordered three items of jewelry to be worn at a wedding and rehearsal dinner. After a longer wait than expected, one item arrived. Weeks have passed, and the other two times have not arrived, although my credit card was charged for all three items. A couple of follow up inquiries were sent to OpenSky, and they responded with two rather boilerplate messages, unusually cheerful, stating that they were following up with the merchant. Today, they responded to my latest inquiry, stating that the merchant had not contacted them yet, and my order will be cancelled tomorrow if the merchant does not reach them by then. I am very disappointed that I have not received what I ordered AND paid for, but also upset that this online seller offers items they cannot deliver. I can only hope for a refund for the items not received. 4-17-2016

I have been ordering products(mostly jewelry) now for over six months. Some products are slow arriving, but never longer than 5 weeks(depends a lot on the seller of the product). The products ordered are solid and beautiful and affordable. Been very satisfied so far with everything, except slow delivery dates. Some right on time and then some are slow to get here. Will continue to use OpenSky's products as long as they stay quality items.
I never receiced my shirt I ordered and I requested a credit on this purchase! But I have not received an email replying to my request., im disappointed. The tight are very thin. But the earrings aee beautiful and I did receice them in a timely manner.

I ordered a pair of 14K solid gold hoop earrings. The picture showed a pair of thick hoops, which is the reason I purchased them. When I received them, I could barely find them in the envelope they were mailed in! They were in a very little plastic bag, and were so tiny and thin they look like they would only fit a baby or child. No where in the ad did it indicate such. When I emailed my disatisfaction, I received a reply that it was a "final sale" and could not be returned. I will probably dispute the charge and return it anyway, because this was absolutely deceptive advertising.

So I ordered a blouse from OpenSky four weeks ago. It never arrived so I contacted them via email and was told to check the UPS tracking number, which I did. UPS says the information I was given was "pre-shipment" information and OpenSky never put it in the mail, but they charged me! Now I try to call, but the number is no longer working, and no one is responding to my emails either. This company has the worse customer service. I notice this sort of thing seems to be the normal operational procedure for them. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered 2 Bluetooth headsets, but only got one. I was charged for both, and the invoice said there were two, but two wouldn't even fit in the packaging it was shipped in. I ordered a necklace from opensky in very early March. Was notified that their vendor did not have the item in stock and waited another few weeks before the shipping confirmation arrived via email. I checked the shipping info, only to find out that the item had been shipped to CA. I'm in MA! I have tried to get a refund, but Opensky keeps putting me off claiming they have to confirm with the vendor that the product was actually shipped to CA Seriously, Opensky? RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
