Great Job

I had a great time sifting through all the neat offers and categories to find things that i really liked. And so far I have been really pleased with my purchases when I receive them. My only concern is that i tried to use the coupon i received with my confirmation email on another order and it did not change the price at all. I was confused.

I ordered a ring in late November and received a shipping notice along with a tracking number. The tracking results as of 12/27 showed:

This exact same item is still available on their web site (55mulberry.com). The only change has been a rise in price.

I would not be comfortable ordering anything or from anyone associated with OpenSky.com

Very Disappointed
December 11, 2016

Order was placed incorrectly. I asked for help immediately after the invoice came up, but it was days before any action took place on your end. By then, the supplier had placed the order, and I was stuck with an incorrectly monogrammed bracelet that is worthless. I'm out $35!

Bad first time ordering
December 11, 2016

Ordered something on Nov 30th. Kept checking the tracking and hasn't moved since the 3rd. E-mailed company and they are trying to contact vendor. Not a good experience with my first order. Probably will be my last. Had no idea company is from China. Wish I would of known.

Did not receive correct order

Order two sets of hot pads with different names they came in with one name chatted with someone on line with customer service they were not helpful told me they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and the did not!

Don't risk it

DONT USE THIS WEBSITE. I thought I'd give OpenSky the benefit of the doubt and ignore the bad reviews, I regret this now. I waited 15 days for a product that was suppose to arrive in 14-20 days, only to find out the product hadn't even reached America yet, nor even left china. This website also constantly changed its prices of products. Don't risk buying from this site.

I ordered a two personal gift on 11/28/16 - One was shipped within 4 days as promised and it is lovely - the other is still pending as of 12/9/16 and I have notified who ever types responses over 6 times with no information on when it will be shipped. What I got was because it is personal I can't cancel but I still have zero idea if I will get my gift or not. This is a Xmas gift and I can get zero resolution to anything but standard stalling. I have used OpenSky before but this is maddening now because I can't talk to a human or have a number to complain. Just computer generated stalling. I am extremely upset because I know nothing at this time and it's 12 days going through this stall.

I ordered at the beginning of November, and it's December 8-no package. The USPS said they received "pre-shipment confirmation" but never received a package. Yet, I was billed on my credit card for the purchase.

I have emailed Open Sky-no response and even Live chatted with "Srini" who was also zero help. TERRIBLE company and customer service! Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered the cotton/linen lose fitted shirt. I loved everything about it, the fit was perfect the fabric was great and the color amaryllis was true to the picture. As usual I washed it before wearing and line dried the shirt.
It shrunk... a lot... I was disappointed and realized too late that I washed it in warm water. Even though I live on a disability check and am limited by finances I re-ordered it in all three colors. I was so pleased when the package arrived and I was determined to be careful so I dry cleaned them and the label said I could also handwash in cold water. After wearing all three shirts I hand washed them in cold water and line dried them... they all shrunk... length wise by several inches. They come up to almost my natural waist line. Now I have lovely shirts that are too short to wear as a shirt but I may be able to use them as a type of "sweater"
If you get these be prepared to dry clean them. I have many other linen pieces in my wardrobe and none of them has ever shrunk like this.

Just get more e mails with deals but no response about my missing order. Of course no phone # to call, I will never order from them again

Usually good but not my last order.

Ordered 3 bracelets they were to have different engraving on back. They engraved all three the same and these were my Christmas presents to family who lost loved ones. I will no longer order from this site. As they refused to correct.

Highly disappointed

I ordered the Women's Black Cape Coat in Medium, but I received what seems to be an Extra Small. Tis the season for giving, so I decided to donate the coat to Goodwill instead of returning it to China. There was no receipt of any kind in the package, by the way. If I knew it was going to have been made in China, I would not have ordered it.

DECEPTION

I ordered what I thought was a nice western cardigan (like shown in the picture online) When I received my product in the mail, IT WAS NOT THE SAME AS SHOWN IN PICTURE ONLINE. It was a cheap almost see through material. This is absolute deception. To advertise a product and it not be what you actually sell, it DECEPTION. I will NEVER order from this place again. EVER.

I purchased 3 garments. All 3 were oddly sized. For example, on one shirt that was supposed to be an oversized big shirt, fit fine in the arms, but the body of the shirt was cut so small I couldn't even get it on. Another "poncho" type top was fine through the body but the wrist openings were made for a 6 year old. So when I went to return the order, it was somewhat confusing--and they are going to charge me to return these defective items. I have emailed about that, but I'm not optimistic. I wish I'd checked these folks out a little better before purchasing from them. I'll never do it again, that's for sure.

I thought the plaid shirts were adorable online - well what I got was a total piece of garbage. I ordered an XL so I could wear it with leggings, well it wouldn't even fit my 20lb. Cockapoo! The quality is terrible, threads/strings everywhere. Worst shirt I"ve ever bought online.
