I've had a similar experience as others. I ordered 3 mermaid blankets on Dec 3 and they said it would be delivered in 10 days. Today is Dec 22 and there has been no movement on my order since they entered it on Dec 7. My Christmas gifts are screwed! It took forever but I finally found a phone number and called because the automated replies are very frustrating.
I purchased a top with lace decor on sleeves. I ordered a 2-X as I like my tops to fit loosely. When I opened it up it was maybe a Small/Medium. The material was like a thin t-shirt material that had no stretch to it whatsoever. I emailed them to let them know of my dissatisfaction and that I want to return it. They sent me a return label and said I have to pay $7.80 shipping which will be deducted from my refund. Mind you, I already paid $2.99 shipping & $1.99 handling. It is going UPS ground 15 miles from my house. I live in the ******* zip code area and it is going to the ******* zip code area. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I ordered a shirt from them. The L was to small so I figured a 2x would work. It came the other day and measured the two. Same exact size. I wasted money not only on one but I bought another and wasted money again. Not even worth sending back! Never buy from this junk store

I ordered 2 smart watches on nov. 30th. I received one in a little over a week. The second one has not arrived yet and i can't seem to get an answer from open sky. The tracking has changed from entering customs in n. Y. to being prepared for shipment from china. I have been told the carrier has been changed due to these kinds of problems but although i've paid for it i can't find the status of my order. Getting no response and need information which i'm not getting.

I ordered a smart fitness watch which was to have call functions, watch functions, pedometer, alarm functions, heart rate monitor. It had none of these functions. The item would not even charge up. Their alleged retail price was 250 dollars and they marked it down to 35 dollars. It was not even worth that much since it did not even work. It took ten days to get this worthless piece of merchandise delivered

My order from OpenSky didn't arrive after the specified time-period. I contacted Customer Service and Srini, one of OpenSky's outstanding customer service agents, followed up with the merchant, shipping status and resolved the concern to my complete satisfaction. My order was re-shipped from the merchant and arrived in less than a week... in plenty of time for Christmas. Keep up the good work, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I was very surprised when the item showed up much faster than I expected it. However the wire was coming apart and I have to play around with the connector to get it to work in both ears.

Bluetooth ear phones worked great. Excellent sound, very comfortable. However, when I opened tab over charging port it ripped off. Wires in port were exposed and charging plug did not fit in. I retried listening through device and it no longer worked. I am hoping this was just a one-off defective product, as I did like it very much. It would be great to get a replacement.
Good price, fast shipping item worked as described.
I purchased a stripped top in extra large. I was unaware that it would come from China. When it arrived, it smelled strongly of Chemicals. It is also more like a size 4 (small) then an extra large.
There was no documentation with it, so nowhere to send it back to.
I will throw it out and will never purchase from this site again.

My order tracking has been saying in transit for 8 days now. I contacted the USPS and they are telling me the package hasn't even been scanned in a USPS facility as the order tracking info states. Sadly there is no customer service number, only email. Never again with this company. This was a birthday gift for my husband and his birthday is tomorrow

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this cheap cell phone wallet. The zipper is broken it will not move, and they want me to take a picture of it before they will take it back. I am a senior I don't have a clue how to do that. The wallet is very cheap looking and made very poorly. Don't order anything form this place as you can see from the other reviews I wish I had read first.

I order a very specific product and you substituted the same type yet the product is different. Never contacted me to see if it was acceptable. It was also quite expensive to ship. I have already contacted someone at your company. And they asked for a picture which I can't do.

If I could give no stars I would. This is crazy! I always read reviews before ordering anything this time I didn't until now. Very upset out of money and still no shirt. I have emailed three time and no reply to help. Its a shirt it SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE!

I ordered bamboo sheets from them for 50% off. Yay!. When the sheets arrived, they were packaged as bamboo, but the feel and the label indicated polyester. I tried to return and could never get through to customer service. Never again!

Open Sky sent me an email stating that my order was shipping - but I had NOT placed an order! It's impossible to get through on their customer service line because it's a series of adds (probably more scams).
Don't order from this place!
They said in the email that order could be cancelled if it wasn't in process, but it had already been shipped by the time the email was sent!

I orderd the Softlaser Plus through Living Social Paid $103.41. The claimed it was delivered at my front door. Never got the item. Called living social and was told that it was sold by Opensky and they cannot do anything about it. So i lost my money and still have no product. Had i known that the product was sold by Opensky i would never have purchase it. Bought a iphone case from them and it fell apart before i put it on. They sell knockoff barnds not the real thing. Buyers Beware.

I placed an order on 11/30/16 and was told that estimated delivery was in 10 days. Here it is 12/12/16 and nothing! Can't find anything out about tracking because it continually says that it is "in transit" since 12/3/16--doesn't even say where it is in transit to or from. Sent an e-mail but no effective reply. DONT USE THIS SITE--total ripoff--wish that I had read reviews before ordering!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
