Would NOT recommend them!

I will NOT use opensky again. When questioned them about two items I did not receive on an order, they sent me the same "clone" response a number of times. NO human interaction or help. So very, very disappointed. I would NOT recommend them at all!

Beware of Open Sky...

I ordered air of earrings and paid $55.00. I received them and thought I was satisfied. They then started sending emails for the same earrings for $20.00. I called for either a $30.00 refund or merchandise credit. They explained I had to return the earrings and repurchase them at the lower price. I promptly returned them and waited weeks for my refund. After multiple emails, I was told the refund was forthcoming. I did receive a portion of the refund for $40.00. The stole $15.00 from me. Beware of Open Sky, I consider their business practices unethical. I am out of $15.00 and no earrings. You have to spend so much time listening to explanations that make no sense. So I would advise you to be sure you want the item and then wait. After a few days it WILL be reduced. Their business model sucks. But I am sure they are benefitting from stealing money from customers.

I ordered an xmas gift on Dec. 13th, on Dec 16th I got a tracking number that the USPS said they don't have. I called them and was told the only thing done was the label. On Dec 23rd I was told it would arrive on Dec. 27th. It has been in route according to there tracking number. I looked up the locations and they are all within 11 miles of each other. It took 10 days to go 11 miles, and now 4 days to go 350 miles. I went on BBB to see if they have any issues. 46 reviews, 1 good all the rest bad. After ready reviews I will be lucky if I get what I ordered and if it does come will it even work.

My package smelled wonderful
December 25, 2016

I ordered a set of essential oils and upon receiving my package, noticed how insanely wonderful it smelled. As I began to open it I realized that one of the battles had to have leaked, and sure enough the tuberose leaked and permeated through the cardboard package. I was very excited to have this set and still love the product, but am a bit upset that the one bottle I was excited most for was the one that leaked.

Your service STINKS!

I ordered a mermaid blanket on December 2. It's December 21 and it's still in Florida at the origination point... multiple emails to Open Sky and ALWAYS a canned response. NEVER AGAIN! One star is too good for this rip-off... STAY AWAY!

SCAM

OpenSky online retailer is so disappointing and fraudulent. They claim you have "free credit" to use after you make a purchase which in reality is being deducted from your bank account without your consent.
The original item I paid for and found on this site was never delivered. But all the "free " items which I had to to pay for was NEVER delivered. You have to pay absurd amount in shipping fees to send the items back, the worst part is on top of that they CHARGE you a fee over $8.50 plus to return the "free item". How do business like this still exist? I feel beyond violated and taken advantage of. It's annerving the USA supports such fraudulent business ethics.

I bought a water resistant 'fit bit' style fitness band. Water did get into it & ruined it. It was after the 14 day return period. Opensky said I could return it but the company won't let me. Not happy!

Awful customer service

Instead of having a generic message sent, it would be best to have an actual human respond. I have been waiting for half of the order I paid for and shipped for a month and can't make a return because where the bot is directing me to print a label is not there.

Love the OpenSky

Recently purchased frome 2 different suppliers and had great experiences. The jewelry products were exactly as advertised, payment was easy and they each arrived quickly. One order was not the correct item but I was able to contact the vendor and everything was handled with delay. Great experience, will definitely return to OpenSky and have recommended to my friends. Worst Company Ever

I order ed something from this company since Dec14th. I received tracking with is fake because there is no movement when you track it. When I call customer service they give you the run around. It is not Dec 20th and still nothing. I requested a full refund back. I will never recommend this company. This company is not a legitimate company it is a fraud.

I ordered genuine amethyst sterling silver earrings and received cheap looking black earrings, doesn't look anything like what I was supposed to get and I haven't even received the ring I ordered yet... hopefully it gets here before Christmas and hopefully it looks like the picture :(

I ordered a sweatshirt that was stated as a hoodie sweatshirt in the description. I received the shirt and it is not hooded. I emailed customer service right away and I have not heard back from anyone. Said it would be 1-2 days but considering it's this close to the holidays you would think they would have extra people?
