I bought a set of cell phone camera lenses that were described as "universal" but they wouldn't fit my husband's Android. I asked for a refund, but I would have had to pay about $8 of the $13 cost for a return label. I wrote several times about this, but each time got a canned reply. Won't use them again.
I ordered a smart watch as a Christmas gift for my wife; when it was opened, it did not work. I attempted to reach someone on the phone to discuss a return because it was past the 14 days and I was never able to reach a human being. I have emailed them and no one has returned my email. This place is a scam and I will let everyone I know never to order from OpenSky. It is fine if your policy is not to do returns past 14 days, but to put a phone number out there that goes to endless advertising is just wrong. OpenSky is what is wrong with todays retail.

I ordered sheets on December 20th to be delivered on December 28th... nothing! Checked my order with no information. I emailed opensky "customer service" only to receive automated emails telling me how to find out what I need to know... I am not stupid and have done all of this... no information anywhere! Finally I get a "person" who says they have checked with their "merchant" and are awaiting a reply... what?!? How about an immediate answer! Who are they dealing with here...! I will not order anything ever again from this site... EXHAUSTING! Maybe I'll get my sheets or just get the bank to reverse the charge as this is too much! Details to follow...

I placed an order with OpenSky on the 26th of December and received it yesterday the 30th of December. I like most people do not write when I have a positive experience unless I receive an email to rate the business. I decided to write a review about OpenSky because I almost cancelled my order when I read all of the negative reviews on Sitejabber. The reviews reminded me of experiences I had in the past with other businesses that did not follow through after paying for products. I absolutely had no problem with OpenSky. I had even emailed them with a question about the warranty of the item I was purchasing and received a response very quickly. I do not know if OpenSky deals with 3rd party sellers and that is the reason there are so many negative reviews, but I felt compelled to express my positive experience with them. I was very happy and completely satisfied with purchasing from Open Sky and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
I have purchased a lot this year from this company. For Christmas, one of the orders contained only one set of earrings when I ordered two. No problem, except I have written two emails and still have no earrings and no adequate response. I am still missing the earrings and have disappointed a friend for Christmas. This is an unacceptable level of business.
Ordered 2 smart fit minis for christmas. Both are dead wont charge wont turn on. I can see maybe one defective unit. But considering my 2 plus the other 2 I see on the review list seems to indicate a ripoff. I just want my money back.

I ordered two shirts from this company and they looked nothing like what was shown in the picture. The quality is terrible. DO NOT order from this company!
Everything I ordered was as described, arrived when said it would be, and I found the items to be quality and very reasonably priced.
Purchased bogo wireless Bluetooth headsets and neither one works. Can't use the call feature and the volume is unstable. Changes at its own will. Terrible purchase.

My Large top looks like it would fit a small 12 y/old. It is very crummy quality. Gotta be out of China. Now I gotta hassle with sending it back and wonder if it will ever return. Would like a refund instead of more junk. BAD experience.

I purchased the "polished playful plaid blouse" from Open Sky and I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the product. It is made of very cheap fabric and looks homemade (I've seen better home sewn!). Even at a discount, I expect the quality that the site boasts about. I would return it, but it would cost me to ship it plus they will deduct the original shipping/handling costs. I will never order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I received my initial order 2 wks ago and it was incomplete. I contacted OS customer service who responded w/in 32 hrs & contacted the vendor on my behalf. It's been sev'l days but no word/action yet from vendor. It's the holidays so I'll give it extra time & hope they complete my order. Not a great first experience.
I went on the website and ordered. I kept being knocked off the website or the website wd screw up and I had to start over. The next week I get ten of one bracelet I only wanted one. 2 purses and a number of other things I did not want or was duplicated by the website which was not working. There is no number to call and it says no refunds or returns. Now I have things I didn't want, or duplicate and can't return and wasted a lot of money cause of a website that does not work

I ordered bed sheets the Ultra Soft 1800 Collection on 12/*******. Order # *******. I was charged for them but never received them. Its the first time I had a problem with Opensky. And I have bought many items from them.My problem was never resolved by their costumer service department. I might not be ordering any thing in the future.

The Bluetooth headphones seemed to work alright until they started with some static and fading in & out. Like is was out of range. Overall it was just ok. I might go back to my other headphones with a cord.

We ordered Copper-Infused Compression Socks size L/XL and they are very small. My husband has small and narrow feet, size mens' 8.5 shoe and he cannot even get these socks on his feet. I now see that we cannot return them even though they are clearly NOT what we appeared to be purchasing on their website. It says they should fit Large/XL sizing:

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
