OMG! I bought what seemed on the website, a lovely blouse. First, the size was deceiving. I ordered XL, and their sizing was like ordering a MEDIUM at other sites. The, the material was inferior, and the shape and color were way off from the picture. When I returned it for a refund, I never received any confirmation that they received it, nor did I get a refund. Never heard anything from them. Well, my Mom always said, "you get what you pay for" - - - ain't that the truth - - thanks Mom!

I ordered a messenger hand bag but received the wrong purse not what I ordered. Have been texting back and forth with customer service, they should just call me, and want me to send a picture of their product that I ordered. Instead look up what I ordered and express mail me the correct merchandise. I'm not computer savvy and don't know how to send a picture of your product, look it up please.

I bought an electronic pepper mill on their website for a very good price. (I had a coupon code). It was received non operational. Returning it has to be done via an e-mail request and then they tell you they will get with you in 24 hours. If they have any questions, once you answer them, they tell you it will be another 24 hours. I am now on day 3 and I still have no resolution. I just want to return the item and exchange for a working one. They are asking for pictures of the item. How ridiculous... I will send you the actual item & you can examine it to your hearts desire.
OK WHERE DO I START? THE ORDER TOOK FOREVER (MONTH) TO GET TO ME, BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING THEM ABOUT A REFUND. Aqua Tunes Bluetooth Waterproof Sports Headphones bought these for $50.00 plus, they are defective. The charger is really frail. I wanted a refund or replace. Not I had to do that with in 14 days. The product should be warranted by manufacturers. NOT shopping at OPEN SKY anymore.

Would give them a zero if it was offered! I ordered a shirt that was lovely in the picture. The piece of crap I received was no where near the description in any shape or form. The color? Material? And size were all deceiving! And then they wanted me to pay to return it. Negative! Not worth the $ or the horrible product you receive that is nothing like the description. I provided a picture and all the info on the broken item and still have not received an answer? They did respond to my review but never did anything about the broken item. It worked great just only lasted a month!

I made the mistake of ordering one item from Open Sky about a month ago - never again! I didn't like the item and the return process is ridiculously cumbersome. Do not purchase from this company! They are only too happy to take your money immediately, but the return is another matter. They charge you excessive fees to return an item and have not yet given me any refund (I sent the item to them via USPS, as instructed, 10 days ago and have heard nothing since. I know that the item arrived at their location 6 days ago, as I have the tracking information from USPS).
In addition, you cannot contact them via phone. Their "contact us" link does not list a phone #. I finally weaseled it out of one of their Customer Support reps via Live Chat. When I made the call, I hung up after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer - no luck!
I will never order from this company again!

I bought a package of Men's Dress Socks that, as shown on the site, looked to have bright and colorful patterns. But what I received were packages of "grandpa" socks in those fascinating, hip colors of all-black and all-brown. I tried to give them to my grandfather and even he thought they were out of style and gave them back to me. This type of service has happened to me a few times on this site. So buyer's beware!

Not having reviews on their site should have been a clue. I was excited to purchase what I thought, based on what was shown, to be a wonderful hand-held video game at a great price. Wrong. The Mario game, etc. shown were not included. The tiny bit of instructions were not in English. Plus, some of the games showed a story written in Asian lettering. There were no instructions at all as to how to play the games. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN! I am stuck with this.

I order the ring premium kickstand for my phone the quantity of two. They only shipped one and the packing slip receipts says qty 2. They never shipped me the second one nor did they refund me the one. They said it was delivered in mailbox and somehow lost... So disappointed. This is my first time ordering from Opensky.com. They kept sending ads to my emails. I lost my money, didn't receive my one item, and felt like I'm being accused of lost mail. Wth? Very unsatisfied.

After one week of nothing, my order was still "pending" I wrote to them twice and finally got a message that my order was cancelled. Now I have to go to another company to order the same product and wait another week or more. They totally just wasted my time. Use a reputable website, even if it costs a few more bucks.

I bought shirts for $62.15 and returned all 3. My refund was $28.99. They neglected to tell me that they would charge me $14.95 to ship them back using their return label. I could have sent them back for $7.25. Then they said the merchant refused to take the one shirt I tried on back because it had "several" pet hairs on it. I literally tried the shirt on for less than 1 minute and immediately put it right back in the package. This is a middle man that rips you off on S&H charges and doesn't protect the buyer at all.

I checked back on Feb 20
They did not know anything, said merchant has 2 days to respond to inquiry
Why were that not checking on this order until I called, if I had not called how much longer would it have been before they did their job as the middle man
Very dissatisfied
Would give the a -5 but the chart does not go that low
If you use them, which I will not, don't wait for them to do their job, THEY DONT
You will have to do everything after they take your money

I ordered LED floodlights 1/30/17 with a 4 business day delivery. I gave it an extra 4 days because of weather delays. I contacted Opensky via online chat and was told they would check with the merchant. Things happen and I get that, but any other vendor this has happened with before resent the item(s) expedited in 1-2 business days to 'make it right'. The rep then said they would get back to me within a week. A Week? To call a merchant? Filed a dispute with my credit card company especially since it is now the 19th of February. I agree with other reviews warning not to buy from OpenSky

I ordered a set of bamboo sheets from Open Sky and received them with no difficulty. Much to my surprise the sheet content is 60% polyester and "40% rayon bamboo." What the heck is rayon from bamboo? This sent me to Wikipedia. What I gleaned is that rayon is a specific industrial and chemically made fiber from cellulose, for which bamboo can be a source. There is fabric available that is made from bamboo, but these sheets are not it.
I went back to the website to see how I failed to see the fiber content. It's buried in the product description that notes the bamboo is "blended" with microfiber for softness. No percentages of any kind and no description of rayon bamboo. It is only then that I noticed there are no product reviews anywhere on the website. That should have been a red flag to me. In addition, the product is touted as eco-friendly which is definitely not the case in the production of rayon, let alone polyester.
So buyer beware. If truth in advertising and eco-friendly are important to you, this is not the company to deal with.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
