Out of 3 orders I was able to keep only one. Was skeptical when ordering sterling pop earrings and they would be suitable for a 6-month old. An XL shirt (($22) must have been a Chinese XL - and I can even wear a large. It would not even go over my head. The final item arrived and since I had already gotten the return label based on other experiences, I did decide to open it before returning. I was surprise the it was what I thought it would be. They need more description (i. E. jewelry), Will not shop again until they decide to offer more detail. But I will have to give them credit----they are very proficient in handling return labels. But they take out $3.99 from your refund, which is absurd. I Shop at Gudrun Sjourn and have never returned an item, and they include with the shipment a return label--so easy. No reason has to be given OpenSky is not very open.
I was very excited about receiving my order but the post office said it was delivered but I never received it or a notice. I have contacted the post office but still no response in regards to the tracking # for my order. If anyone can assist I'd greatly appreciate it!

Contacting the post office about this first was definitely the right thing to do, so good call there! However, if they are unable to locate it, please email our Customer Love team directly from https://www.opensky.com/content/contact-us with your missing mail claim number (which USPS should be able to provide) and we will see what we can do to help. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to have the merchant reship the item or provide you with a refund.
Ordering from this company, Open Sky, has been a challenge from day one.
After ordering items and unfortunately they were all too small. I returned to what I thought was the merchant. We left for our 2 month winter vacation and never received a notification that the items were returned back to me. So 2 months later they showed up on our front porch. A note inside stated, to call/email Open Sky for a return label to send back to correct merchant. It wasn't cheap to send this the first time and now I will have to send the items back again at a cost more likely than the items that I paid for originally. Stupid me, ordered a couple more items and I still haven't received one item after 6 weeks or so. Two items were delivered and I did like them. But, this is too much, fooling around with emails and having to return items that were already shipped. Customer Service is bad. Don't waste your time with Open Sky. It is not run well. If I'm proved wrong, I will add to this negative review after this is all straightened out? Mevco

Do not order from this company. I ordered something 3 weeks ago, and still haven't received item. Ordered something the other day and within 2 mins canceled order. Now I get a shipping confirmation that the item shipped (prob on the slowest boat from China) Repoting to the BBB, horrible

The customer service and quality of product on Dot & Bo was OUTSTANDING! Open Sky misleads customers regularly by operating under the defunct Dot & Bo name -- the service is unresponsive often and terrible otherwise. Good luck hoping to get satisfaction or good products from this misrepresenting company!

This bracelet looked adorable online so I ordered it. When I received it I was so happy as it looks so amazing & delicate, just as advertised. I bought it as a birthday gift, but I think I'm going to keep it for myself. Yes, it's that awesome!
That summary of what it does, is clearly misleading. I cannot really feel it does any good. A waste of the $25.00 spent. I'm sorry to say.

I like the earrings but I thought they were a bit to small but they were not heavy which was good. I thought that were very pretty and unusual, and I like the snap on how to open and close them, I don't think they will fall off iif it's closed very securely. Overall I like them for the price.
I tried to cancel with in 5 min as I pushed wrong info. Also tried to get help on line.
Said I could send back. Did so Wednesday as soon as received the envelope. Please credit my account. Hope this is resolved.

I purchased a sheet set. Then I was informed by e-mail that I had a huge credit. I decided to use that credit, but did not know that it was a trick to get me to "purchase" another item. The site was not informative. When I received my credit card statement, I learned that my "free credit" was NOT FREE,, but a ploy to deceive the purchaser into believing a LIE! I do not NEED the items. To return the items, I must pay a huge return fee and get approval, I will NEVER purchase from them again. Too DECEPTIVE!

I ordered a bracelet and never received it. The postman put it in the wrong mail box. Filed a claim with the postal service and emailed the missing claim number to open sky. The post office even wrote a letter explaining what happened. Therefore I requested a refund. The response that the merchant doesn't give refunds which is fashion vista. Open sky said that they would give me credit which is called open sky cash. So I reordered the same bracelet. Open sky replied by saying that they see that I reordered the bracelet and didn't accept their open sky cash. Therefore they were going to send me a refund. That was 3/27/2017. As of today I have not received my refund or the second bracelet that I reordered. I got an email say that was shipped on 3/29/2017 and it is now 4/11/2017. I used the tracking number that was provided and reads arrival 4/1/2017 at usps. I ordered two other times from them and received my merchandise two months prior to this. I will not be ordering from them again.
I have received all of my orders in a timely manner, and am pleased overall. All of the merchandise that I ordered was exactly what I expected.
I'm very pleased with the bamboo sheets I purchased from Open Sky. They are wonderfully soft and cozy. We'll have to see how they hold but, but so far I like them very much!
Very easy to use and they shipped right away no hassles what so ever its the second time I used them in 2 weeks its a relief to know they do things correctly and they are very inexpensive
ExorbitantI ordered 3 items. I returned 3 items. Nothing works as advertised. My review is that they sell cheap crap from overseas and there is not one ounce of quality in the products. There are absolutely no instructions. The papers that are in the product are in languages that are not English. When you want to return it, they charge exhorbitant return shipping charges.

Love these and the gem stones go with several colors. I really like the lever back closures too. Fast delivery was another surprise!
Received the picture keeper and am pleased with it. But the games I ordered still says it is in transit from Brooklyn NY since March 28th. Never received the product but money was deducted from my credit card. Over $60.00 for that order. If I do not receive the order soon I will never buy anything again from OpenSky. And I will spread the word to other AT&T employees to not trust this site.

I ordered a pricey computer chair from OpenSky because the price was a steal... then I started reading all the negative reviews on here and got really nervous. I sent two emails regarding my order and got immediate responses, so I had no issues with their prompt customer service. I received my item a week after ordering and it was in perfect condition.
Interesting note, however: The tracking name for my order was listed as Wayfair. I believe that this site is a con in that it orders whatever items are on their website from other companies, so it's little surprise that some people haven't been receiving the items they've paid for.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
